My first experience here was FABULOUS that is why I returned today. OMG! I got the nail tech from HELL. She didn't want to listen to what I wanted. She was ear hustling the lady's conversation next to me, she cut my toe. When I complained, she started getting rough with my feet. I told her to stop. I absolutely love the way they do my nails! After getting a manicure, I get my hands, arms, and back massaged! Besides my hands and feet looking great, it's cheaper than most places. The pedicures are amazing. They scrub your feet really good, taking away all of the calluses, and the nails look great. Great service, definitely would recommend. Read Less

They took long and they were really rude about things. I got my nails done by the owner and she kept wanting to change my nail color. She did not file them the way I wanted them so I had to go home and reshape them myself. Nails are extra thin to where they fell like they are going just break off. Took my aunt to do her feet she said they did awesome on her feet(it was a guy) but she didn’t like their customer service was horrible. Asked for dip powder nails and Ive never regret something so much! The lady who helped me out had NO idea what she was doing. The nails always look funny to begin with but they look better at the end once they file them and smooth them out, but that wasn't the case this time. I spent over three hours and a half hours at the nail salon to come out with the most hideous nails I've ever seen. They're ridiculously thick, bumpy and over all just plain ugly. I have been a loyal customer of Humble Nails for 20 years. Every person that works there has wonderful customer service skills and are very professional at their work. I have two favorite people one is Leslie which does my nails and the other one is MI which does my pedicures. If I could give 0 Stars I would. My nails look TERRIBLE as if the lady wasn't even licensed. She had no idea what she was doing I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't even apologize also because my nail was free she said she couldn't fix it. I got a gentleman named Win  ( he doesn't speak much English, but other workers will translate) to do my nails and he did a wonderful job!! I go to some high end salons and their employees will hurt me, rush, and almost never do exactly what I want. I haven't left a bad review in a long time, but I'm pretty unhappy with my nails. Went to this place because it was the only one open for service at 9 (even though the tech didn't get there til 9:15) on my way to work and I was overdue to get my nails done. I needed a refill and shellac. The lady I got was stern and argued with me about the length I wanted (short) and in the end after her telling her friends an animated story my nails are chunky, the polish is on my skin around my cuticles, and just plan gross. Do NOT. Go Here!! Yesterday, I went for the 3rd time. Every time I've gone I only go for pedicures ..it's not the best but it's $20. Yesterday I went for a pedicure it was done by the owner (another customer said she was the owner) she did a good job but like always they are trying to get you to spend more money so she kept bugging me about getting a refill on my nails and since she did good on my pedi I figured she would do good on my nails && .. $25 so why not! BIGGEST waste of $28 dollars in my life. She said $25 and charged me $3 just to cut my nails down (isn't that part of a refill? I've never been charged for that) so it went from $25 to $28. She left my nails so thick so I asked her to make them thinner she said she couldn't because it was a refill (I get refills all the time they are never this thick) so I told her I didn't like it, she started sanding down or whatever they do and the powder started coming off she starts cleaning so I tell her the color is coming off (the tips literally had no color)... This lady had the nerve to start polishing my nails. I told her to stop because I paid MORE for color powder she got mad and started putting more powder (all while complaining in her language) and I told her to take them off and she wouldn't. Definitely giving this place 5 stars. My nail polish and toe polish are on point no mistakes and didn't get any on the skin. The take their time with whatever service you get and are not rushing to finish. There are more than enough techs so you aren't just sitting around in the pedicure chair until your water gets cold. I've been to two nail salons on the side of town and as they say 3rd times a charm because I had a great experience so far compared to the other places. Worst paint job ever. I asked her to redo it and it was even worse. Pedicure was good but the lady who did the paint job had a attitude ... I am going to rate this 5 stars not for the building and decor by any means, but for the pedicure I received. They do your calluses and hot stones to massage as normal parts of the pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever received. I have not had a professional one in over 1 year (only my own) so she had a lot to do in terms of cuticles and calluses and stuff and she did great! The decor was faded and dusty and they did not offer wine or stuff like some of the more modernly focused ones, but again the pedicure was amazing! Others getting their finger nails done left happy as well, so they seem to do a good job there as well. The service was alright and the employees were nice but I hated the way my nails turned out. I showed her a picture on how I wanted it and she told me that she could do it. After she cut my acrylics to the shape I wanted I told her I wanted them shorter. She made my nails all different lengths and she also filled the side of my nails really hard. I must have gone on a bad day or went to the wrong place. The reviews I read talking about the cleanliness here must not have looked very closely. Bathroom and floor was filthy. After being 'up-sold' on the most expensive pedicure, the massage with the pedi was less than 1 minute on each leg, and I had my cuticles cut multiple times. They treat you right. Great service. Love the massage chairs and the massage you get with mani. Pedi includes lotion massage and hot stone as well as hot towel after the minty scrub. I get a solar mani and basic pedi for right under $50. Read Less

Beware! My sister and I got a full set here about 2weeks ago we had a horrible experience. The manager lady did my nails( full set) had the machine on high cut my cuticle on my thumb and began bleeding and she ignored it and continued buffing.I had to tell her to please clean the cut with antiseptic so she did quickly. She argued to keep my nails natural but I wanted polish she insisted I keep natural I said no! I want polish. She finally polished but looked thick and uneven bad polish job. My nails lifted from my cuticle that same week not to mention my hands hurt for a week and my cut on my cuticle would bleed everytime It rubbed against something. "It hurt like hell". The overall nail salon was dirty pedi. slippers everywhere dirty tables and implements buffers all used up probably with somebody's dried blood they cut. Yuck! My sister had same exerience the girl cut her numerously and her polish looked  like crap the lady super glued her nail and my sister ended up with a glob of super glue under her nail stuck to her finger the nail lady couldn't take it off so she left it. The sink to wash your hands had no soap no napkins and bathroom smelt like sewer. We will never return to this place again we regret walking in there. Went there yesterday to have my nails filled. Very nice nail salon. Clean. Nail techs were dressed professionally in pink smocks. Awesome service. At a very reasonable price. The is the worst place you would ever want to take your nails. Not only is it DIRTY people must have their eyes closed but their service sucked! They made my nail bleed and sanded almost all my nail off before hurting me and placing a new nail on. They promised it was because it was a bad job prior, but I didnt believe them. The nails were cheap and they chipped and broke. I only had them for three days... and for 50 dollars! Horrible place! I do not recommend anyone going there!
