Went here for my first time today for a refill, and was waiting awhile before anything was done to my nails. But Molly came over to do them, and if it wasn’t for how good she did on them, I probably wouldn’t return. But even though they were really busy she was super nice to me and did a great job!! Btw this does not even deserve a 1 star.. This is absolutely ridiculous, I've been a customer of heavenly nails for the past 9yrs and today was a no appt day which i came in early as a walk in and Molly does not even come to tell me shes taking a lady that walked in 15 mins after i had been patiently waiting. I also waited on Tina she was doing a customer and no one acknowledged me as i came with my two kids. This is so sad as i came here for years. Went to this nail shop after work to get a color change and my eyebrows waxed. While picking my color a lady walks in for eyebrows and they take her to the back immediately. I remind them I wanted the same service and they tell me they will do it after my nails, but I’m just sitting here waiting to be serviced why was I overlooked? So the young black girl starts working on my nails. (I don’t believe she is licensed to do nails, but everyone is in such a hurry to leave for the... evening so they really don’t care). Someone finally comes and finishes what she attempted to do but really just made the matter worse. They get my nails done just fine but then I am sitting for the next 20 minutes waiting for someone to do my eyebrows. The staff is so busy trying to get out the door they are All walking around me with their coats and bags leaving for the evening. They see me, but they don’t acknowledge me or even ask what more I need. They are closing in about another 20 minutes and then a white woman strolls in and they All jump and cater to her request. . You know I’m hot now!! So to avoid a ugly scene, I kindly walked over and paid for my color change. When I tell them how wrong the are they now want to do my eyebrows after they’ve gotten the white woman taken care of. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and they have overlooked me and my requested services. They are always talking freely to one another into their native tongue, and that is fine but it’s very rude when it’s obvious to customers that your talking rudely about the person you’re currently servicing. I decided to try this salon because my sister was to inpatient to wait at another salon and this location only had a 15 min wait on busy Saturday afternoon. I'm so happy I tried it out! I have black powder nail polish on my nails and have been told by many salons I would have to stay with a dark color, which I've been wanting to change. This was the first salon that said they could go to a light color! And they have the largest selection of powder, gel and shellac I have ever seen. I was very impressed. Best part is the young lady who greets you, great customer service. She was happy to help anyone pick out a color (it was hard with so many choices) and I had a ton of questions she answered in detail. Anywhere else I have been has given me short yes or no answers that seemed like they were just saying whatever to get more money. The only thing that was good is the greeting. My nails were horrible. I wanted the ombré nails and I guess the guy couldn't do them correctly, he couldn't blend the color. So I chose another color and he still didn't get it right. Then he filed my nails down to thin, put grey powder over the pink which looked terrible. So I have been here many many times... the last time I went I got an infection under one of my nails (molly did them) so I found a different place to go. Fast forward to today and my regular shop was booked and I had my niece so we were going to get pampered so I decided to give them a shot again..... HUGE MISTAKE!! My nails are crooked in the curve of the French tip and one is longer, also had to go back to get one sealed up on the edge, you could see where it was cracked an...d water could get under( which would lead to another infection smh) I left in a hurry because I had two kids with me, ages 10&6, and we had been there for 2 hrs I started to drive and saw how bad my nails looked and called Molly. She says ok come back we will fix them. I told her I needed a time because I didn't want to have 2 kids sitting waiting forever again so she said 3pm. I go back and she is busy so she has her sister look at them. The sister starts to file the ends when I show her that's not where they are crooked so she talks to Molly who at this point gets a funky ass attitude saying they looked fine when I left!! How do I mess up a curve UNDER the acrylic??? Molly then said I would have to wait until she was done for her to do anything( she had just started another client so it would be at least another 45 min) I had the sister seal up the nail that wasn't done correct and I left!! Been here twice. First time I had a French manicure, simple enough. But the guy doing them made uneven white tips, and charged extra for it as well. Second time, I simply needed my nails shaped and colored. Before I even say anything the lady clips away my thumb nail into a square. No asking about shape! I hate squared nails! We went to heavenly nails and a lady named Helen attended us it amazed us how friendly she was when we walked in . My daughter wanted to do her nails a certain way so she showed Helen a picture , after showing her the picture Helen decided to us pictures of some nails she has done in the past . Trust me they were stunning , so of course my daughter trusted her with her nails . While doing my daughters nails she was so gentle which she was surprised because the past nails we would go to would always hurt her by cutting her and other stuff . When she was done with the nails we were amazed on how beautiful / gorgeous they came out looking . Friendly. Plenty if staff on sight and ready to work. My feet feel fantabulous and my full set-on point. Only thing missing was communication! Not able to communicate with staff to let them know what you want and how you like it, without going through translators, is not good. there was a dead cockroach in the room where they did my eyebrow waxing... eeewww!!! I will never go back!! It was totally in plain site and they should have (and could have) sweeped it away before seeing any clients.... but they welcomed me in very friendly like.... and when I got comfortable I noticed the dead roach!! AAAGggghhh!!! She did my wax job and didn't seem to even notice the dead carcus. I did not leave a tip because, EEEeewwwwwWWw!! And even though I live in the apartments just behind the shop I will never return!!! That is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! I would rather drive out to Atascocita than know that the shop would overlook a dead roach carcus!! At least the shops in Atascocita clean their floors!!!! Read Less
