My friend recommended this place to me and finally i get a chance to try it due to my regular place had a wait time 35 mins! The place is very modern, spacious and bright! I like how they have another section with 4 pedi massage chairs, kinda like a private section. This is the first time i feel they actually care about ur feet, the lady was very gentle to my foot and still get the job done!! The rest of the place i go to, they are always so rough! Also, when i was done and ready to pay, i accidentally drop my car key to my toes. She immediately check on it and insist of fixing it for me. That was very nice of her! I always have a great experience when I go. No appointment is needed. But if you have to be somewhere at a certain time, you can make an appointment. The spa pedicures are very nice and I normally get the shellac manicure to go along with it. Usually someone can do both the mani/pedi at the same time which is great! Andy and Hannah are superb when it comes to customer service, details, and they both give the BEST deep pressured massage I have ever experienced at a nail salon. I have been searching for the perfect nail spa that provides exceptional service. I gone to just about every nail salon on Westheimer, literally. Just when I had given up, I found Trishy's Spatique.... A little piece of heaven. I found her on Yelp. She had 5 stars all the way down the page. I called quickly and made my appointment. When I walked in I was greeting warmly by her magnificent staff. There was no wait. I was immediately taken to the pedi spa to get star...ted on my pedicure. They offered my water, wine or a cold beverage of my choice. The gentleman that did my pedicure was so gentle and took his time. He gave me the best leg and foot massage EVER! He didn't rush, he took his time. I loved it needless to say. When it was time for my nails Trish walked in. My appointment wasn't with her but I asked if she would please do my nails. She politely said yes. I am so happy she did. I just closed my eyes and let her work her magic on me. Not once did I have to do a nail check to make sure everything was good.
