I went here for my first time on Monday around 2:30. The atmosphere was strange. There was no music playing, so all I could here was the screeching of a nail grinder. My pedicure technician was Stephanie, who I think is also the manager because she stopped my pedicure a few times to talk to all the customers and check them out. The massage part of the pedicure and foot scrub were pretty good. However, the actual paint job is bad. As she was just starting to paint, a customer walked in when all the technicians were busy so they had to wait. So instead of spending the time on my paint, she rushed through it. None of the edges of my nails have paint on them and the top coat was literally slapped on so it is uneven on every single toe nail. I was excited about the promising reviews, but my experience did not add up. Read Less

I'm a huge fan of this nail salon. I found it by accident searching for a cheap place to get my nails shellaced. For $25, you get your nails done and for $30 you can get your toes too. I was in a bit of a rush when I came in, so they pulled out all the stops and had two people working on me at once. The place has a great relaxing atmosphere and the ladies do absolutely phenomenal work. The customer service was very friendly and the job easily asked 4-6 weeks. They a great variety for colors available in the shellac. I was able to find one that perfectly matched my indoor skydiving suit! Read Less

I've become a regular here at treat salon. I come every couple of weeks for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. My tech is a perfectionist and takes her time. I've never felt rushed out the door. My first time here. Very peaceful in here. Frances did my feet. They look alright. I will clean up my cuticles when I get home. I probably won't be back. A little too pricey for it not to be amazing!!!6/22--- I went back about two weeks ago &  Frances did my feet again. I believe in second chances. She did much better the second time around. I was at Inail on a Saturday afternoon, having been told to wait for twenty minutes. An hour passed, and the employees were all screaming across the nail salon. I walked out, irritated and disappointed. I got into my car, and I decided to try Tanglewood Nails. It was fabulous. They happily directed me to a chair, and the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and mellow. My pedicure was really great, and I highly suggest Anna. My sister and I went on a Sunday afternoon for a manicure and a pedicure each. They were closing in an hour, so we were the only two in there. We had to walk al the way to the back to get anyones attention. Overall, it was not a horrible experience, but it was definitely well below average. They did not ask our proferences on any normal mani/pedi options, water temp, etc. The whole time the two manicurists were either talking to eachother or were on their cell phone. At one point the woman doing my nails poked me very hard in the cuticle (hard enough that it made me yell ""ouch!"" and she said that I moved my hand! Then to top it all off she said that the total would be $100.00 for the two of us! We had no special parafin treatment or leg/arm massages - none of that. They then quickly pushed us out the door as they were locking up and turning out the lights. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Read Less
