My two sisters and I went here the other day for mani/pedis, and it was wonderful! It's clean and spacious with brand new massage chairs. Mindy, Dayna, and Amy helped us. Everyone was friendly and professional. Mindy especially was really easy to talk to, and I lived in Houston I would come back to see her regularly. Horrible job and service, very rude receptionist. Very unprofessional and horrible shellac manicure . If I could give no stars I would. Run away from this salon. Went to this Salon for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The technician did not know what she was doing, I kept asking her to make it right, and at some point I realized she does not know how too. After almost more than 90 minutes that I was there, went to check out and brought it up to the receptionist attention, she was very rude and very aggressive, did not even acknowledge it, or even say , “ oh, we’re sorry that we have people that do not know how to do manicure, we basically wasted your time and money” she informed me that she will give me only untill tomorrow to come back and fix it, as if I want to fix it now I have to wait for an hour. I had to leave because I had to go to work. Called back today to get an appointment, talked to her again, she was more than rude, trying to make it difficult for me to come in and started yelling at me that we don’t have time and if you don’t come at a certain time that I say, unfortunately we won’t fix it for you. I realized, going to salons is about relaxing and getting a good job and I rather forget about the money, go somewhere that they at least respect you and have people who know what their doing. Love this place, I always leave happy and feel pampered. The owner is super friendly and on top of everything. She makes sure everyone is taken care of as soon as they walk in. I drive ~40 minutes to get here because I've been to other places and they didn't meet my expectations nor did the manicure look as good as they do here. Two thumbs up! Read Less

I finally found my favorite nail salon. I’m not loyal to nail salons. I usually just go to the most convenient whenever I am in the mood for some relaxation. But not anymore. I love this place. It’s very clean, really relaxing, the nail ladies don’t spend their time talking to each other in their native language, they focus on their work & they serve wine. The small details, like the lavender infused, warmed neck massage pillows make this place a gem. Oh and they have a rewards program too. Overall my experience was good. The neck and shoulder massage after my pedicure was awesome! Only issue is that wasn't told up front about an additional charge for the coffin shape, it's $5 in case you're curious. This was my first time, the total seemed a little high so I checked the pricing online after I got home...turned out they overcharged by $5 on top of the $5 coffin fee. This was one of the best nail experience I have ever had. The salon is very cute and is very reasonably priced especially for the location. I got a dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised that even the regular pedicure came with a wax treatment, massage scrub, and hot rocks. A special touch they add is a real shoulder/neck massage that feels fantastic. Very satisfied with my pedicure and dip manicure. Nicely decorated, great environment and very clean. They massaged my shoulders during my pedicure, but it looks like they might do that for every service. Regardless, it felt magical. Amazing service. My go-to place for top notch services when I want to feel relaxed. I have other places I go for cheaper when I just need to get a paint job done but this is where I go when I want a more luxurious experience. REGULAR pedicures automatically include hot paraffin wax, hot stones, and mint scrub. That's unheard of. With each service you also get a shoulder massage! Score. I got 2 - one for mani, one more for pedi. I got shellac on my hands and she did such a good job. I think I just found my new favorite nail salon. I was looking for somewhere nearby to do a good powder dip manicure (and my old go-to was great at regular manis but botched every powder dip) and this salon came up.I am (probably annoyingly) particular about the powder dip, and my technician (Cindy) did a perfect job. The shape of my nails is exactly what I wanted, and the dip is THIN- it almost looks like it could be gel, none of that thick gooped-on looking nonsense!Bonus: the "regular" pedicure includes all the extras that competitors "deluxe" (and accordingly more expensive) pedicures do. Sea salt scrub, clay mask with hot towel, paraffin wax, massage and hot stones. My technician (Lynn) was a doll- really attentive and bright and kind. I'm a big fan. Also, there's a shoulder massage + hot shoulder compress included as well.The setting is lovely, and the value is unbeatable. What did I pay for all of this gloriousness? $70. The salon is clean and nicely designed I really wanted to like this place. I came in for mani/ pedi the manicure was really good; however my feet were horrible done. The nail tech don't follow my instructs and cut my nail extemely short. Than layered it will several coats of nail polish. Extremely disappointed. I guess the search for nail salon continues. I looked this salon up yesterday, while out running errands. It was one of the most beautiful nail salons I have been to. All of the staff had matching purple smocks on with the salon name embroidered on them. All of the nail techs were wearing name tags so I could call them by their name. Very professional. I really wish I could leave a better review for such a cutely decorated shop but I'm finding very few kind things to say about my experience.Went to this shop after it was recommended by a friend who had been before. The shop was clean and had cute decor but that was about it. The tech insisted I take my shoes off even though I was getting a manicure and that made me feel uncomfortable. I got dip powder nails that I have gotten done at a couple of other shops and it was no where near the quality for the high value of the service being requested.I specifically asked for her to shape my nails a certain way and she did not; she did what I assume she thought I wanted (even though I told her exactly what I wanted three separate times). She made my nails very thick and bubbly and super fake looking and I told her I wanted her to file it down and she insisted it was better that way. -__-I spoke up for what I wanted changed or fixed and it was not done which is pretty frustrating. My nails are uneven, the filing is crooked and the top coat is not even or shiny. Not worth paying for. Going to a new  nail shop first thing tomorrow to have them re-do and fix them. Pretty upset and would not recommend. Plenty of other great shops in Houston who offer higher quality service to their customers. Please don't waste your money. Read Less

I really wanted to like this place... super close home (4 minutes!), beautiful interior, and looks sanitary; However, my low rating review is because of the service & pricing(1 star given only because I like the way my nails turned out). Before arriving I called in advance to give them notice of my arrival, as it would be 45 minutes before closing, and the service I would like. Confirmed, cool. Upon my arrival, still mentioning I was interested in a color acrylic over-lay, the lady wanted to upsell me to getting the dip.(I've done my research and I knew what I wanted) After the refusal of the upsell the whole mood seemed to change and I began to feel stereotyped as she began to look me up and down.I then picked my color and waited for my technician to arrive. My husband came with me and was just sitting there so I began to look at his hands and the lady from the beginning came asking if he wants a manicure/pedicure. Declining the pedicure but accepting the manicure we were THEN brought over a warm neck pillow that smelled a bit like popcorn and red wine that was cold and tart(ugh!)Jenny came over and began on my nails. After two fingers in she said she'd be right back. Right back turned into 10 minutes. I noticed the two fingers she did had build up (see picture) underneath from not cleaning it while applying the acrylic (this would not be a problem had these been fake nails, but these were my real nails) so I politely asked her to clean as she goes. She said "later" and I told her no I would like her to do it as she goes. She then mumbled something in her language under her breath. I politely asked her what did she say and she shrugged and said nothing... moving on. She continued on my nails and I began to notice the color she was using was not the color I had chosen(see picture). But, it was a soft pink and I ended up liking the color anyway. Finally after Jenny completed my nails it was time to pay. Just for an overlay on my natural nails I was charged $40!!!(+ $16 for my husbands basic manicure) As I questioned the pricing she began to show me the price menu (kept behind the desk) there was not a price listed for an overlay but I saw the pricing for a full Solar set with white & pink acrylic was only $35. How the heck does it cost more to do less! For what it's worth the pricing was given after I told her I had a $5 off coupon, leaving me to believe she added the extra cost to make up for the discount. Inexcusable and I will not return for this reason. This place seems to treat customers based on the amount of money they are spending. I've been known to rack up a nail salon bill but today was not the day and I don't want to patron an establishment who's customer service is contingent upon who's spending what. It's been a month and a week since Suzanne did my dip powder nails and I'm STILL getting compliments. People love the color and shape. I love love love the shape, how thin they are, and how my nails STILL have NOT lifted! This was my second go at powder with a tip and bow my natural nail is long enough for an almond shape with no tip, an d more importantly they are STRONG!Although itms embarrassing to post this picture... my nails don't look bad! Going in for a color change/new dip powder set today!I'll be trying out their pedis soon!Location is great, it's quiet and clean and they take their time on services. Much appreciated! The thing that will keep me coming back is how beautifully my Almond shape came out. Just discovered this place about a month ago and I'm so glad I did! I need somewhere that gave stellar pedicures, did dip powder nails, and was nice without being over priced. Sweet Moments hits all those marks!Salon decor/environment - Inviting, clean, trendy, plenty of space, relaxing, and 3 (maybe 4) giant TVs to watch while you get your nails done!Treatments - I've gotten the Pearl Pedicure. I've never been somewhere they they spend so much time on your feet! It's amazing. They pay attention to detail and truly give you an awesome pedicure. Not to mention the leg massage, plus shoulder/neck massage. Awesome!Employees - So kind and welcoming. My favorite spot, and I have been to a lot!This place is so new and nice. I get the dipping powder and I love it. It is finally my perfect solution to nails chipping or the gel peeling.What I love is that they go the extra mile. They give you a neck rest, put lemons in your water for soaking fingers and don't rush the service.They are so nice and they also do a reward system that I've never encountered before.
