More like a 3.5. I booked pedicures for my mother and I. We were a little early, the receptionist was very nice and directed us to pick out polishes. There is a large wall with the standards OPI, Essie, China Glaze, etc. My mom was looking for the newer OPI collections which they didn't have. After we got done one of the techs (I think Hanna?) was ready and moved us to our chairs and started to work on my mom, there was a language barrier so we weren't sure if she was going to do both of us, when I asked I don't think she really understood what I was saying. I was comfy and figured I'd just wait. We ordered drinks, mimosa for my mom and a cuba libre for me, both were good! The spa is clean and the tools came in the little sterilized plastic packets. About 15 min later another tech (I believe Vickie) finished with a lady across from me and started, she did apologize for the wait but I wish someone, the receptionist, or the other tech would have said hey she's with another client and will be with you shortly. It had been a couple of months since I had a pedicure and I was feeling really self-conscious, I let the tech know and she mumbled no problem and stared working. I had no issues with the pedicure itself, my big toenail was impacted and she fixed that, she was quick and efficient. Little things that bothered me, she didn't introduce herself, I think she might have been tired/frustrated but she seemed annoyed throughout not rude but just kind of over it, you know? It was a Sunday afternoon and my feet did need a lot of work, so I chalk it up to that.My mom's pedicure was terrible, the tech was sweet but she moved too fast and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Her big toenails were filed to a slant, she kept asking her to even them out but she didn't get it. She didn't do cuticle work on all her toes and polish was on her skin as well. She over scrubbed her feet or something because once we got outside we noticed dry patches and flaky skin on top of her feet. My mom ended up calling back to complain (initially she was just going to go to another salon to fix it but she changed her mind) the receptionist apologized and said that the owners were out but took her number and said they would get in contact with her, I'll update when that happens.***Update 4/5/17***My mom received callback from the owner the next day, she had already read my review so she was aware of what happened. She offered a free pedicure to make-up the mistake and to book with Wendy. My mom waited two weeks and went back, the owner was actually waiting for her when she got there which was nice. She got a shellac manicure and pedicure both by Wendy and it's going on a week with no issues. Read Less
