Service at LL is exceptional. Very personal, customized, tailored, and thoughtful. Great selection of ethically produced products in an edgy and hip setting. Opening hours are compatible with almost any schedule and the team is very accommodating with appointment times. On the rare occasion that I need a repair, they are friendly and responsive. I tried out London Lacquer Nail Lounge, it was a complete pleasure ❤️. All cruelty free, organic, vegan products. My hair has been washed at home since and feels very soft and easily managed. That's after processing highlights and lowlights. The regular professional hair dyes have left my hair a little like rope in the past, so I would have to grab a deep conditioner as soon as I washed it. There was great care and attention to detail, with no smelly or stingy products. Very ...pleasant conversation or not according to how I felt, and gentleness. Felt a million bucks coming out, my husband loves it. Found out that all their treatments are safe for people during cancer treatments or immunity weakness. The pedicure baths have liners for each client so there's no chance of infections. The interior is great, I come from London and found it fun, and had privacy, so felt v soothed. I just moved to Houston from Austin, and I was having trouble finding a natural nail salon. I'm so glad a friend recommended Lacquer London, because I went for the first time yesterday, and I loved it! I needed a haircut too, so I saw Amneh first, and she did a wonderful job on my hair. She even called me a few days before my appt to talk to me about what style I was looking for to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted when I came in. She was meticulous when cutting my hai...r, and it turned out great. I'll definitely be going back to her for my color, as well. I also got a pedicure from Jasmine, and she did a great job. I got my nails done June 25th. I work with my hands, always washing dishes, a lot of bleach. I've gone swimming over the holiday weekend. Not one single chip in my nails. I love this nail salon! The owner Amneh and the Manager Stacy are incredibly attentive. Everything they do is organic and vegan. No drills, no acrylics, everything is hand done. Let me start by saying upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly employee who then got me a latte. The atmosphere in the salon is very unique very clean good music and very relaxing feel . Ashley my nail tech greeted me introduced her self and asked a few things about what I wanted and was looking for. I LOVED The staff! Very friendly and open to conversation. When I go to other nail salons there is always a language barrier that I can never seem to break properly. They always made sure I was comfortable and gave me drink options, I went with an organic Cosmo! The music was great and everything was very clean. When I search for spots, I usually return based off of great atmosphere and customer service, Lacquer London was above average on both of these things. The pedicures are amazing, I didn't feel rushed, it was very relaxing. They even offered to let me take home the leftover scrub that was used.
