Yesterday was my first time ever visiting this salon. I used to go to another salon in Pearland where I was with the same technician for the last 10 years, and then her work became sloppy. And I decided that I didn’t want to spend my money with her anymore. I live closer now, and I’m in the Webster area, so it only takes me 15 mins to get to Herbal Nail & Spa! Literally when I walked in the door, I loved the decor, I loved the way the place was set up. I was instantly greeted and asked what services I needed. I actually had an appointment with Tracy the owner and she did an outstanding job on my nails! I did the shellac, and I didn’t know what colors I wanted, so she tried all of the colors and told me I could pick with one I wanted! When I walked in I was asked what I needed and I indicated that I needed a pedicure. I took a seat to wait and was told that someone would be right with me. I was not even asked to pick a color or nothing. While waiting I noticed someone else waiting as well. Then two more people walked in, no appointment, the nail technician was very courteous to them and they were asked to go on back and pick their color. So in short I left and spent my $72 dollars elsewhere. Well worth it!!! Read Less

Great place! Clean new buffers and files used on me each time! And I loveee the decor! They have so much colors to choose from! Tracy has an amazing team! Wonderful experience! I went to get a facial there as this winter weather has been wreaking havoc on my skin. I went for the acne treatment facial, and wow! My skin looks and feels wonderful. I came to this place based on their ratings and sure enough the ratings are not fake! They are very nice people, ALL of them. They are attentive and they do not rush you. Holy colors to choose from !!! It was almost overwhelming and nearly impossible to choose a gel color for my pedi.... however, with a lovely friendly welcome and the ease of making a last minute appointment for a pedi i desperately needed, I was able to figure it out without being rushed.  Seriously though, this salon has the most variety for gel polish i have ever seen!!!Herbal nails gets great reviews and I was not surprised after me experience .  Friendly staff , comparable prices to other salons in the area, great pedicure and very clean.I chose the basic pedicure for $25 and always get gel polish, so the total was $40 before tip.  Pedicure was relaxing and Yvonne took her time and was very pleasant and patient.  I will definitely be back to check out the SNS for my nails very soon.... Love my nails. Great service. I will definitely be coming back here. As soon as you come in, you are greeted immediately. The guy that did my manicure really took his time. He was gentle and the manicure was painless. I've been to other nail salons and a lot of times they rush it and I end up not being happy with my nails. Everyone here was so attentive and they made us feel welcome. I wasn't supposed to have glitter on my nails but they chose wrong powder. I ended up really liking them anyway and the owner was apologetic and she was willing to have him start all over if I wasn't satisfied with them. I found this place by chance. I called and the woman that answered assured me they take walk ins. I have now been twice for gel nails and very glad that found this salon. There are several technicians so that you don't wait a long time for your service, they offer drinks, and the space is clean and not too loud. They do great work with friendly service, are gentle, and both spa manicures I had were done quickly, but they were not rushed. I've had nail design and just color and have been happy with the results. I will be going on a regular basis and I look forward to trying other services here. Read Less

New management took over apparently about 2 years ago. Amazing service from start to finish! The spa itself is very relaxing. Oasis style murals line the walls. Multiple tv's with closed captioning and soft music plays for entertainment. The techs are all friendly and skilled. Anthony did an incredible job with my nails! Highly recommend! Read Less

I came in today for some girl time with mom and loved it.We were immediately greeted. We told the nice young lady that we wanted to get a full set of the SNS color powder nails and she gave us the sample swatches to choose from. Wow!!! Sooo many choices-- I like that. Once we made our choice we were led to very clean workstations. I was greeted by a super sweet nail tech named Sue. She handled me with such care and did such a great job. She didn't nick me nor leave my fingers raw. She took ample time to make sure the results were great and that I was satisfied. She was on the quiet side but I'm okay with that being that I consider it me time.I highly recommend this spa for a relaxing time and on point nails :) Read Less

All I have to say is WOW! I discovered Esthetic Studio Two while walking in the neighbourhood and discovered they used Dermalogica in their facials (one of my favourite skin care lines). I have very sensitive skin and I'm pretty selective about who or what goes near my skin. Nevertheless, I'm so embarrassed because I completely forget the esthetician's name (mostly because I was so blissed out) but my skin feels incredible. Also, I felt no pressure to buy any of the produ...cts, but instead she gave me some generous samples to try the products at home before buying anything. I often come here for herbal spa pedi. The staff works really carefully & attentively. I love the smell of herbal & relaxing feeling when my feet are soaked off. That's an amazing experience. $20 Gel Polish in the heart of Texas. This place is clean and has great prices. Really professional folk running this place. They keep their gel polish bottles fresh and have a wide selection of colors and I'm very pleased with it. Great customer service, they want everyone to walk out happy. Will definitely be back!
