I always like coming here. The staff is friendly and always remember me when I come in. I usually get the milk and honey pedicure which is just above a regular pedicure at a pretty good deal. Such a great salon for my nails- got a dip manicure and was a little concerned about it making my nails to thick, they really took my concerns into consideration and made sure I was happy with the results! Also really great relaxing pedicure as well, reasonably priced services (dip, 45, but gel mani is 30, and a basic pedi is 25). The ladies here were all so nice! They were very friendly, offered complimentary beverages, and even have a 15% student discount. I came to get my nails done for a formal event, and had a very specific nail art in mind (I brought in a picture). The lady explained it would be better to do a shellac because the design would be easier to clean up, so I acquiesced. For the pedicure, I got the milk and honey add on. Very reasonably priced, service is great, and they have complimentary drinks! I think the complimentary drinks are a big incentive because no other salons offer alcoholic drink in this price range. Service is very good, everyone asks how you're doing, what type of nails you want etc. However, based on all the amazing reviews on technique, I was expecting a higher quality of nails services. They did a good job but about the same as other salons I've been to in this price range. Also there is a STRONG smell of nail product. Like think salons in the mall in the 90s, when you walk in there's a huge whiff of that smell. That is uncommon these days and turned me off. So just FYI in case that bothers you, because I didn't see that mentioned anywhere else.Overall, great service, prices and complimentary alcoholic drinks! To start, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to my nails and salons in general, so it was of great surprise and relief that I found Heavenly nails. I did a lot of research online and read many reviews of places all around Houston after moving back here about 2 months ago. I went to very fancy upscale salons with beautiful decor and dingy places with no clean supplies, and everything in-between. And to me, at the end of the day, service and quality is what matters to me most. That being said, Heavenly is not the fanciest salon you'll visit...but you'll feel like you're in a palace with the way they treat you. The previous reviews did not lie, their service is just that great. The husband and wife (sorry don't know their names) who own it, are as sweet and accommodating as can be. Visiting for the first time yesterday, I was greeted by the husband at the front desk. I asked him if I was ok parking at the ice house across the street where I had my car because the spots in front of the salon were all taken...he told me it was best to not park at the ice house, and told me he would move his own car out of his spot to let me park there so I wouldn't get towed. That was above and beyond. I had the wife start on my hands, another lady do my toes, and then Bella finished up with my hands at the end. All were so super sweet, friendly and warm. I know I can be picky and a bit demanding on how my nails are done and my colors etc, but they were so patient and didn't blink twice with anything I said or requested. They were so easy going and made me feel so comfortable. While I think some of the technique on my hands can be improved a bit, I know that's just more about getting to know your technician and them getting used to what you like/don't like and establishing a routine over time. I'm usually not as picky about my toes, but I was impressed at how much time she took with everything and how diligently she worked.I'm always picky about my color and I used to live in Austin where dip powder was all the rage and gel was on the outs. So the color options at most salons in Houston were somewhat disappointing to me when I moved back here. I discussed the popularity of dip in Houston vs. Austin with the wife, and I had mentioned how I loved a few specific colors in the SNS brand. At the end of my appointment, she asked her husband to write down the name and number of the colors I was referring to so they could order them in and have them in the salon next time I came in. Y'all! That is service that you can't find anywhere else! I was so shocked and surprised that they offered to do that, and acted like it was no big deal. The prices don't hurt either...I was very surprised how great everything was priced compared to other places I've been. Oh, and their cuticle work is included in the price of the dip manicure I got...so no surprises on it being extra like some places in town! And they're open until 7:30 pm which is a huge plus for us working gals. Overall, I'm so glad I stumbled across this place, and will definitely be my new regular spot. I'm so shocked to find service this great in a big city. They really care about their customers, the quality of work they produce and your overall experience. When you're spending your hard earned money and a few hours at a salon, you want to feel exactly the way they make you feel when you're there. I really enjoyed my experience here today! I’ve been at a conference for the last four days and I just wanted to feel a little relaxation and pampering before returning home (and I had a couple of hours to kill). The ladies were absolutely amazing and thoughtful. You might feel as if you’re walking into a typical nail salon - there’s not an over-the-top feeling of luxury, but the service is far beyond what you’d expect. I’m not from Houston - I live in Oregon - so I literally chose a salon based on distance and positive reviews. I’m so glad I came! The menu of services had a lot of options but they were all focused on what they do best: high quality service. I did the charcoal detox pedicure and I can’t remember the manicure option but it included the paraffin treatment. I loved it! I wish I had done the shellac manicure, though. I hustled out of there and had to deal with my luggage and returning a rental car and you know I messed up my nails. The manicure itself though is perfect. No messed up cuticles and a perfect shape. My dear friend and I came here for gel nails and pedis (she got a gel pedi). I liked the yelp photos of the cocktail menu, and doggie in once customer's lap from the start ! Everything about this place I was a fan of. It has an inviting boutique with a touch of southern feel to it. The massage chairs seem upgraded from what are typically used, and I like the choice of pedicures offered. They range from $30-70 If I remember correctly. Definitely an option for you ! My favorite part of this experience is the service. Really good work done by Sherrod. Sometimes when I have gel nails- it's too thick or even too sheer. Sherrod did a very even coating on my nails, and my absolute favorite part is she asked me if I liked the color after doing just one nail. My friend's nail tech did the same as my friend was deciding between chrome and unicorn finishes for her gel. I really appreciate a positive service experience, and I got it here. First visit here. Very polite and accommodating staff. I was just going to do a basic pedicure but I was tempted to upgrade as they offer a lot of low priced options. It has such a relaxinv atmosphere---It's quiet and soothing. They also provide complimentary drinks which is another touch of elegance. This is a great nail salon! This was my first time at this salon and they had no wait at 5 PM on a Sunday. I saw a lot of walkins and no problems accommodating them. They have a HUGE variety of Shellac gel colors. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They also have free beverages including wine and mimosas. I had an iced green tea which I saw was freshly brewed and yummy! They did a great job with my mani and pedi. Even the classic pedi seemed very luxurious. The place was very clean. This is my absolute favorite nail spa in Houston! I used to go to another one at which the service was mediocre but the place was very nice, although the price was much more expensive and the employees looked very annoyed. It was an ABSOLUTE BREATH OF FRESH AIR when I visited this LOVELY nail spa. The employees are as kind as they come! The prices are very reasonable, especially for the high quality work they do! The most attentive staff! They spend so much time making sure everything is perfect. I have never been to a nail salon that dedicated so much time to me! I love that they do my pedicure and gel manicure simultaneously! They really work as a team here, sometimes 4 people may work on me while I'm there. I don't have to leave the pedicure chair! Very friendly staff! Always greeted warmly and they have complimentary drinks! I definitely recommend the dip powder nails. They're a little pricier than shellac but are way sturdier! Downside is that it doesn't come with a manicure like other nail polishes do, so it's just $40 for the nails, but that seems to be how all salons are doing it. Probably one of the most affordable nail salons without compromising quality and customer service. There were three of us and they accommodated us quickly as walk ins. We chose the  $30 pedicure that comes with hot stone massage. It was wonderful. The ladies were super friendly and even offered us seconds and thirds on our mimosas and wines. The manicure was $12 but so good. One thing I don't like about other salons is how they do mani and pedi simultaneously, making me contort and turn uncomfortably. That wasn't the case here.  The mani was relaxing and done so well. I even switched the colors after they had put it on. 2.5 stars. Came in with a friend to try out dipped nails. It was $40 a pop not including tip. For this price it's literally just getting the dipped nail polish. There isn't a hand massage or soak or even trimming your cuticles that comes with it. They just file your nails and prep them for the dip. I noticed my nail lady topped my nails with a UV gel topcoat at the end... Isn't the benefit of dipped nails is to not use gel to help protect your nail?? Anyways I think she was just trying to rush and let it dry quickly because my friend's manicurist did not use the gel topcoat. Only about 3 days later the gel topcoat began to chip.. I think if she used the regular polish to coat it, it wouldn't have chipped the way it did. The actual dip polish stayed completely intact though. So I'm sure if she did it correctly my nails could have lasted a long time. So now I feel like I wasted $40 for nothing. I could have spent less for a full manicure and polish with a better result. Overall, I will not be back for dipped nails. I'd rather just do my nails at home for free for a longer lasting and better quality manicure. Read Less

I definitely found my new place for pedicures! Before my visit it had been about a year since my last pedicure. The old location I went to gave me two ingrown toenails that required surgery....yay.Anyway....Heavenly Lashes Nail Spa is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the prices were affordable compared to some of the high end places in Houston. I got a shellac pedicure and it still looks perfect a week later.If you're looking for a small place that will pay great attention to you, try this place out. Definitely my favorite go-to pedi place when I'm in the mood to get a little pampered. It's located in the small shopping center across from West Alabama Ice House, on the outside end of the Hollywood convenience store. Very clean, bright, simple with nice decor. All the staff is super super friendly, probably one of the main reasons I keep coming back! And another reason I like it so much, is because of the different pedicure packages they offer in comparison to all the the other  "generic" mani/pedi places. I have pretty much had every pedi package they offer: LOVE the herbal Treatment where you choose your fresh scent, the Jelly one is fun because you get to *skish* your toes around in fun jelly goo : ) , The Organic used to be my fav one because it was such a great scent and they massage you with orange slices ;p and my next one to try their newest addition, the charcoal detox. Along with 2 TVs, they even have a cute little mini bar setup kinda where Complimentary beverages offered. Anything to basic healthy H2O, warm citrus tea, hot cocao, all wines, champagne, mimosas and I even saw a bottle of Rum there one time LoL. They really pull out all the stops! Great & friendly service, wonderful relaxing massages all for an affordable price. They always make me feel welcome so I will def keep coming back. I do recommend you call ahead to make an appointment just to make sure they have enough staff because the past couple of times I have been, they have been busy because they are becoming popular, which is always a great thing. I've been doing my own nails for the past four years and refused to get them done elsewhere because I have this weird thing about not buying anything I can make on my own or not asking people to do something I can do myself. But, I finally decided to let someone else take the reigns and I am so pleased. I went two weeks ago for a gel manicure, which was perfect, and yesterday for a mani and pedi. I brought my own polish and asked my manicurist for a simple half moon nail. She executed it flawlessly.I'm going to try and keep saving money by doing my own nails, but now I definitely have a place that I'll be happy to splurge on. Especially for pedis, because why stab your chest with your knees for a couple of hours when someone can do it for you with a glass of wine in a massage chair? Read Less
