This was at one point my go to place, up until today. I go every other week to get pedi, and shellac manicure. I got shellac today and kelly the nail tech that did my shellac was doubting the whole time if the nail polish she was using was in fact shellac, and not just regular polish (I get matching color on nails and toes and they come in a box) so when you finish shellac they’re supposed to spray a cotton ball with alcohol/nail polish remover and the polish is supposed to be dry. well I’m my case it wasn’t... she messed up my hands then she went over it again and it seemed like they were fixed. I paid $70 and then before I made it out the door my shellac nail polish wrinkled and got bumpy. They offered to fix my nails which any other day I would’ve agreed but I didn’t have an additional hour and a half for them to remove shellac, and redo it. I asked for my money back ONLY ON SHELLAC because my toes were good. And they insisted on store credit. I do not want store credit I want my money back. They refused. I told the guy I would just call my bank and address the issue with them, I got up and walked out. This man FOLLOWED me outside told me to NEVER go back which I wasn’t planning to after today. Then he said remember my face... horrible service. When he himself said it was their mistake! Horrible way to treat a loyal customer who spends 70-90 every other week.

My mother and I just left from getting pedicures and WOW. I was serviced by Amber and my mother was serviced by Taylor. We laughed the entire time. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The service was professional and lived up to the reason why I came here: extra attention to the cleanliness of tools and work space. Everything was packaged when it was used with us. As soon as we got up from our services, everything was wiped down. Every employee was professional and did an amazing job. We don't often have the opportunity to treat ourselves because of time, but THEIR service was SO WORTH the investment and we plan to become regulars. They gave our dead feet LIFE and we appreciated it.
I also got my eyebrows done and the woman (who's name I did not get because she was SO QUICK) did a PHENOMENAL job on my eyebrows. Having thick eyebrows, some nail salon techs have a tendency to want to chop them down to pencil scribble sizes. I simply asked that they be "cleaned up" and that's exactly what she did. So now I have a spot to always get my eyebrows done. Did I mention she finished them in like 2 minutes?
Overall, I am blown away by the salon and the employees who make it an experience catered to you. They got to know us versus servicing us and going on about their day. We weren't on our phones and talked and learned about each other. I recommended everyone stop by and experience Grand Lux Lounge for themselves.
P. S. Taylor and Amber are THE ABSOLUTE BOMB.

First time at this salon. The space is beautiful and clean. I was greeted upon arrival as Jennifer held the door open for me. The host asked what services i wanted and asked me to pick my color. Clearly overwhelmed by the large selection, she then explained what everything was.
Once I picked my colors Tiffany escorted me to my seat. But not before I made a stop in the restroom. I appreciate a clean restroom.
At my seat, Tiffany serviced my basic manicure w/gel polish. Jennifer services my Deluxe pedicure. Both ladies were kind and professional. Jennifer made the biggest impact by making sure I had what I needed, that I was comfortable and even gave me advice on vitamins.
I enjoyed my experience here and whenever I am in town I will make sure to visit Jennifer.

I've been to Grandlux once before for a pedicure but today I decided to go in for dip powder nails. Tiffany was amazing! These are the best my nails have ever been using the dip method. I will definitely return and book appointments with Tiffany. Glad to finally find a great, modern nail salon in the Galleria area of town.

If I could give no stars I would. Although they do a great job customer service is everything!! I've been coming here for awhile but after today I will never be back. I came in and the lady at the front was assisting another lady she didn't greet me or anything. She took the women to the back and came back 10 mins later and said oh there's a 20 min wait for nails without asking me what else I wanted or even greet me. I walked out this place cost entirely too much to be treated less than.

Omg....I'm really impressed! I had been traveling literally across town to a shop I ADORED and been loyal to for about 2 years now. Decided to cut my drive short closer to home and spent a few weeks looking at places. I was referred to this shop via my makeup specialist and she was right!! Clean, quick yet efficient, friendly, professional, and overall AWESOME service. Even upon calling at the last minute I was offered an appointment that suited me best. Plenty of colors which even for me being so indecisive is preferred lol! Taylor did my Deluxe pedi (SO GOOD) simultaneously while Tracey did my shellac mani (SO CLEAN AND GOOD). Can def say I'll be back very soon. Already told other fam n friends about them before leaving!

I ended up here on my lunch break for a fill. I tried going to another new nail place about a block away, but it was an hour wait. I was able to get in here as soon as I walked in. It only took about 45mins and David did an excellent job. I usually stay away from strong reds, because the bleed thru is usually horrible around the bottom. But he did an excellent job of cleaning it all up.

I've been here quiet a few times... but now this is my go to for pedicures! I get the deluxe which comes with an amazing massage, a hot wrap around your neck, wax, and all the goodies you expect. Plus they have mimosas! Bingo! There's plenty of space for clientele and I have yet to have someone that didn't do a phenomenal job. The only thing that bothers me (petty) is that the wall where they keep the colors is poorly lit... I've mistakenly selected the wrong color a few times. But overall I LOVE this place!

Tiffany came highly recommended and she is a truly orders as far as getting what you want done. She took her time to explain to me the different options I have since things have changed in 10 years and there so many different methods to getting these done. I have wide nail beds and she made sure that she took her time to file it down and make my nails Narrow Natural looking and delicateThe salon is very beautiful and has a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone is very nice there I felt super pampered. I've definitely found my salon for life! Thank you Tiffany :-)

I love this nail salon!!I have been coming here a few months now... and only began coming to this salon because my nail tech left her old place to work here. So I followed her. On my last visit I FINALLY decided to get the acrylic nails after nearly 10 years of only manicures with shellac. I'm glad I did, because I'm in love with how beautiful my nails turned out. I've been eyeing ombré nails and went with the clear and glitter powder. Additionally I had my friend come meet me to get her nails done too and she was equally impressed with the work done. No chewed up cuticles here... just perfectly manicured nails that were flawless! April did my friend's nails and she was a sweetheart!!This salon is so pretty and clean inside. I actually look forward to coming here again and again!

OMG, finally I found a nail salon in Houston that totally gets it!! Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails - I showed her what I wanted & she executed & exceeded all my expectations!! Plus she was super friendly & wasn't scared to tell me what she thought would be BEST for my nails. (I love that about nail techs, you're the artist & I am your canvas)The salon is so zsa zsa & fancy ... my appt was at 11a .. I arrived at about 10:50a & I was seen as soon as I got there! Hallelujah... I also had a little glass of red vino while I got my nails done - yes, at 11a so??? Anywho, you can also get other beverages as well + candy! Yep, I'm super greedy... I cannot wait to come back in 2 wks.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving this place five stars is friendliness of front desk staff, not welcoming at all which sets the tone of your experience to me.Besides that, the nail shop is gorgeous and very spacious..I initially came to fix a broken nail, while waiting to get serviced I was watching my friend get her nails done. I noticed just how much they pay attention to detail and really perfect the shape of your nail which is SO important. I changed my mind and decided to also get a refill and I'm so glad I did. I think the person who did my nails was a manager (he was the only one with no name tag) which The way my nail broke I just wanted acrylic added over it but he went above and beyond, he removed my nail SO quickly and painlessly, this was a nail that was in pain from breaking and cracking my actual nail under. So for him to manage to do that so quickly I was impressed! I enjoyed my experience here and will make this my new spot.

I Really love this place. My Nail Tech , Jenny , takes her time and does a really close to perfect job on my hands and feet. The Manager is great at remembering names and always greets everyone with a smile and bit of conversation.
I can refer you to all Nails Techs in the salon but a gentleman that I forgot the name , is quite so pro in designs . Highly recommended !

First time here. Holly did my shellac french manicure and it looks amazing. Kevin did a fantastic job on my regular pedicure. My husband decided on a deluxe pedicure with not 1 but 2 glasses of merlot...April did an awesome job on his feet, making them look like new. I was even finished before my husband. Beautiful salon, relaxing music and ambiance. Best selection of colors I have seen in a while. We will be back.Holly even made sure the gliter was evenly spread out with her little tool instead of just leaving it where it was painted on. AMAZING JOB!

This is by far the BEST nail place in Houston! I went for the very first time this past weekend and the service was phenomenal. Walked in was seated right away. NO WAIT! I did shellac and oh my gosh they got so many colors to choose from! Then they give you complimentary snack and drink (alcohol if preferred). My pedicure was the bomb. I have no complaints. If you haven't been please go!

This was at one point my go to place, up until today. I go every other week to get pedi, and shellac manicure. Plenty of colors which even for me being so indecisive is preferred lol! Taylor did my Deluxe pedi (SO GOOD) simultaneously while Tracey did my shellac mani (SO CLEAN AND GOOD). Can def say I'll be back very soon. Already told other fam n friends about them before leaving!

I ended up here on my lunch break for a fill. I tried going to another new nail place about a block away, but it was an hour wait. I was able to get in here as soon as I walked in. It only took about 45mins and David did an excellent job. I usually stay away from strong reds, because the bleed thru is usually horrible around the bottom. But he did an excellent job of cleaning it all up.

I've been here quiet a few times... but now this is my go to for pedicures! I get the deluxe which comes with an amazing massage, a hot wrap around your neck, wax, and all the goodies you expect. Plus they have mimosas! Bingo! There's plenty of space for clientele and I have yet to have someone that didn't do a phenomenal job. The only thing that bothers me (petty) is that the wall where they keep the colors is poorly lit... I've mistakenly selected the wrong color a few times. But overall I LOVE this place!

Tiffany came highly recommended and she is a truly orders as far as getting what you want done. She took her time to explain to me the different options I have since things have changed in 10 years and there so many different methods to getting these done. I have wide nail beds and she made sure that she took her time to file it down and make my nails Narrow Natural looking and delicateThe salon is very beautiful and has a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone is very nice there I felt super pampered. I've definitely found my salon for life! Thank you Tiffany :-)

I love this nail salon!!I have been coming here a few months now... and only began coming to this salon because my nail tech left her old place to work here. So I followed her. On my last visit I FINALLY decided to get the acrylic nails after nearly 10 years of only manicures with shellac. I'm glad I did, because I'm in love with how beautiful my nails turned out. I've been eyeing ombré nails and went with the clear and glitter powder. Additionally I had my friend come meet me to get her nails done too and she was equally impressed with the work done. No chewed up cuticles here... just perfectly manicured nails that were flawless! April did my friend's nails and she was a sweetheart!!This salon is so pretty and clean inside. I actually look forward to coming here again and again!

OMG, finally I found a nail salon in Houston that totally gets it!! Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails - I showed her what I wanted & she executed & exceeded all my expectations!! Plus she was super friendly & wasn't scared to tell me what she thought would be BEST for my nails. (I love that about nail techs, you're the artist & I am your canvas)The salon is so zsa zsa & fancy ... my appt was at 11a .. I arrived at about 10:50a & I was seen as soon as I got there! Hallelujah... I also had a little glass of red vino while I got my nails done - yes, at 11a so??? Anywho, you can also get other beverages as well + candy! Yep, I'm super greedy... I cannot wait to come back in 2 wks.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving this place five stars is friendliness of front desk staff, not welcoming at all which sets the tone of your experience to me.Besides that, the nail shop is gorgeous and very spacious..I initially came to fix a broken nail, while waiting to get serviced I was watching my friend get her nails done. I noticed just how much they pay attention to detail and really perfect the shape of your nail which is SO important. I changed my mind and decided to also get a refill and I'm so glad I did. I think the person who did my nails was a manager (he was the only one with no name tag) which The way my nail broke I just wanted acrylic added over it but he went above and beyond, he removed my nail SO quickly and painlessly, this was a nail that was in pain from breaking and cracking my actual nail under. So for him to manage to do that so quickly I was impressed! I enjoyed my experience here and will make this my new spot.

I Really love this place. My Nail Tech , Jenny , takes her time and does a really close to perfect job on my hands and feet. The Manager is great at remembering names and always greets everyone with a smile and bit of conversation.
I can refer you to all Nails Techs in the salon but a gentleman that I forgot the name , is quite so pro in designs . Highly recommended !

First time here. Holly did my shellac french manicure and it looks amazing. Kevin did a fantastic job on my regular pedicure. My husband decided on a deluxe pedicure with not 1 but 2 glasses of merlot...April did an awesome job on his feet, making them look like new. I was even finished before my husband. Beautiful salon, relaxing music and ambiance. Best selection of colors I have seen in a while. We will be back.Holly even made sure the gliter was evenly spread out with her little tool instead of just leaving it where it was painted on. AMAZING JOB!

This is by far the BEST nail place in Houston! I went for the very first time this past weekend and the service was phenomenal. Walked in was seated right away. NO WAIT! I did shellac and oh my gosh they got so many colors to choose from! Then they give you complimentary snack and drink (alcohol if preferred). My pedicure was the bomb. I have no complaints. If you haven't been please go!
