I have been going to Escape Nail and Spa every 3-4 weeks for the past couple of years. Their customer service is top notch - they make you feel like family. They have an amazing selection of colored powder, shellac, and polish. Nickie is my nail technician and I have been going to her for a couple of years. She is a perfectionist, but very efficient. She takes pride in what she does. I love the way she does my nails - which is acrylic with shellac on top and a square/round. You can't find many salons that will do acrylic with shellac on top, so if you want it, this is the place to go. Nickie is very personable and she remembers so much about me and our personal conversations. Even if 3-4 weeks passes, she brings up past topics to talk about. If they are running behind, they are very polite and apologetic and let you know how much longer they'll be. They offer you water or coffee, which is a very nice touch. Also, if a nail breaks, they don't charge me to fix it! I love that! I am not one for getting pedicures, but I have received a few here and love all of their options. Whenever i'm there, there's at at least 3-4 people getting a pedicure. It's also very clean, which is important to me. If you haven't tried Escape Nail and Spa, you should! You won't regret it! I'm so happy to have found this nail salon! I've gotten regular (non-gel/acrylic) manicures & pedicures here. The salon is very clean and the foot baths & nail instruments are clean & hygienic. They accept walk-ins no problem, but I always call to make an appointment & I've never had to wait. Nickie did my nails this weekend and did a 100% fantastic job, plus we had a nice chat which is always a bonus! She really took her time with everything & it was perfect, did not feel rushed in any way. The price of the services are quite low in exchange for the quality you get (not including the tip - but please tip well, they deserve it!) This place is great! She's amazing with great customer service and is very patient, takes her time, and is very detailed on giving good work and making sure your nails are to your satisfactory. Customer service was A+. They did exactly what I wanted! I have no complaints. I would return again. The fact that they can do complex nail art is what amazes me. Best gel mani and awesome nail art! I don't often get gel manicure since I don't want my nails to get ruined. But when I'm going away on a long trip I prefer to have gel on so it's completely worry-free. I've tried a few other nail salons but here at Escape Nail & Spa the staff are truly artists. The work is done meticulously and the end product is beautiful. I'm definitely coming back here. After trying two places that were completely booked I stumbled upon this place- and SO glad I did!!! $20 for a NICE mani and gentle eyebrow wax!! Holly did such a great job and I will definitely be back! A plus was they dry by UV so the polish last longer, dries hard, and looks like shiny shellac. Read Less

I had the absolute worst experience ever at this shop. I came to the shop to get a fill and pedicure. I waited about 20 minutes before being seated. After being seating for the pedi I waited another 30 minutes. Then she began to paint my nails with a incorrect color so I asked to change. This happened 2 other times. And after those 2 changes she refused to do my nails. She flat out said "no you changed too many times." So I sat at this shop for a hour and a half and didn't get my nails or toes done. She was also rude and caused a scene in front of other customers by raising her voice. The service was horrible and the owner is completely disrespectful. Read Less

VERY disappointed!! Wednesday, July 5th I came in with my husband and my mother-in-law prior to a trip to Jamaica. $83.00 I spent on my nails and toes BEFORE a tip. 2 days later the polish was literally peeling off my thumb. I have a photo. Now 8 days later polish peeling or chipping on 5 of my 10 nails!!! RIDICULOUS! My toes are a little better, but still not worth the money and the 2 plus hours I was in that chair!! I was hoping for more since you are so close to my house, but I will continue to drive to my other salon. In fact starting this weekend since I have to get this mess I have going on now redone. I have been going to Gossip Nails for a couple of years and I can go easily 2-3 weeks before I need to get my nails redone. Read Less

Came here with a friend to get some much needed pedi's and they did a amazing job! I recommend Bella and Tina and their lavender pedicure for $38! They have drinks, and even give you fruit! As well as a shoulder wrap! These ladies really took their time and did a great job! Read Less

Great pedicure by Tracy she was wonderful, manicure shellac was not very good. The reason why most of us girls do shellac is to have our nails without any chips on them for two weeks, well not this shellac! Did my nails on Thursday both thumbs nails completely peeled off by Sunday! They have a signed that they will redo nails only within 3 days, this tells me that the quality of the shellac they use is not top quality! Read Less

They are rude and talk about you in front of you especially the owner. She told me to my face that I'm trouble. The owner put my nail on crooked and I said something she then said I will file like that will solve the problem. So she put the powder on etc.. and it was still crooked. No amount of filing is going to fix it. I told her she wasn't very nice and that I'm paying a lot of money for this. She finished and I said I will come back over the weekend for you to fix it and she said I will do it now but I needed to be home for my daughter and that was it. I paid and left. It was my first time there and I've had some bad experiences since I'm fairly new to the area but Nancy definitely took care of me and made sure I was happy with the turn out. I've had several services here: a regular manicure, Shellac manicure, and a pedicure. All services were performed very thoroughly and results lasted a good amount of time. I've gone in on a walk-in basis and only once did I have to wait a few minutes. Can't say enough good things about this place! Read Less
