Today was my first time using this nail salon. I must say that my nails are on fleek.  They're the perfect length, shape and thickness.  Best of all, I don't have that nail bed soreness that I've had at a few other places. I had my first visit there today after reading Yelp reviews and trying to find a decent place that would be open on a Sunday. I have been to a few different places near my apartment and I had not been impressed by any of them so far. I have to say I had a really good experience. I went for a refill but ended up trying their dip powder after seeing it on another customer.  I was not disappointed.  The process was fast, very little trauma to my real nails, and the customer service was spot on. Its hard to fine a good nail spot. I have always felt like a number next.... I been coming to American beauty nail for quite sometime now. And it was time to give them a review. From the moment you coming in till the moment you leave they are from sky and welcoming. I was even asked if I wanted something to drink. Which surprise me!? Right! Super awesome glad I checked out yelpHad basic pedi for$25 and manicure $15 with Lina on pedi and Annie on mani.  Both have me a massage and i practically fell asleep Because I was so relaxedTook their time and were very thorough...wish they were closer to home but will come back if I am in the neighborhood. I got a basic mani with shellac and green mint pedi, total of $65. The place is clean and service was fast. Also, the girl who did my pedi gave me a good leg and feet massage. Really good customer service. The owner is really nice and personable. She made sure we were comfortable and even offered us complimentary drinks - my best friend and I had the green tea. My nail technician was really meticulous and took her time to make sure the nail color was even and smooth. They have a lot of nail colors to choose from but in the future I hope they offer more of the breathable nail color brands like Zoya. When I called to ask if they did, they said yes but then when I got there, the lady said sorry, they are actually in storage? (insert confused look). Anyways, aside from that, I liked the service and would recommend this place for sure. It's nice, clean, friendly and personable.There were no Zoya on the self at all. Not "there weren't many." First impression, weird smell, wasn't busy (was went sat 10am), nice and relaxing. I got a pedicure and dip powder nails. I originally was just going to get gel because my nails are short but they convince me to get dip. She nail tech made me feel very uncomfortable because she asked me how much I normally pay for gel and I thought that was unprofessional. At the end I though my nails looked okay. The dip was $35 then plus $3 because she had to put a fake nail on my pinky. Then my basic pedicure was $25. Total of $63. After getting home I noticed my toes were poorly pained. I can see where I'm the 2nd coat she didn't take it to the edge and my feet were not well done either. 3 days later, 2 of my nails cracked. I wish I would have gotten the name of the two ladies who did my nails and would advise not going to them. With them having 5 stars I expected a lot more. I love this place! They're affordable and they do a great job cleaning my feet!! They don't hesitate to scrub hard and get your feet feeling smooth! This shop was the only place nearby that didn't charge an arm and a leg for eyebrow waxing. The shop was very clean, and the lady that did the waxing was very nice. She took her time, and I could tell she was trying to make it as painless as possible. I really liked it. I'd definitely go back again. Read Less

I come get my nails done every two weeks here. I usually get the females to do my nails but I recently got my nails done by the male worker there and he made my nails loooooook so pretty. My favorite compliment to get is on my nails  everyday at work, at least one person will compliment my nails. I will post picture then next time I get my nails done. He is funny too! Read Less

Welcoming environment and staff, clean and sterile, relaxing and calm atmosphere that I was able to completely relax and fall asleep during my pedicure.They have Essie and OPI polish and a wide range. Pedicure and Nail Polish $33, featuring a hot towel masque with massage, paraffin wax with massage and a non-rushed pedi, grateful!!! I appreciate that I was asked if I was a first time guest and was treated to a fair discount, on a Friday. SWEET!!! Got my brows done by Hannah and she's awesome. It was about $400. The inking will last about 8-9 months and includes a retouch after one month if needed. A nail salon and lash studio in one! The inside is super clean, comfy massage chairs and the back room for eyelash extensions is super tranquil. They play peaceful instrumental music. They offer complimentary drinks & everybody is super nice. I've been going to hanna for over a year, from a different location. My lashes always come out thick and long, they last me about 5 weeks. $60 for full sets (first time) and $40 for refills. Takes about an hour. Call for appointments. The lashes are super low maintenance:-brush em daily -don't get them wet in the first 24 hours-don't wear mascara bc the glue will be degraded and they will fall outIf you wanna know anything else I've written two other reviews about my lashes at Entha and Expert nails (those were her other locations, I've only gotten my lashes done from hanna) Read Less

The strip looks a little sketchy but inside is wonderful. I got eyelash extensions done by Hannah. She ran a bit late for our appointment which is the second time that has happened. She did a good job on my eyelashes and got me out within an hour.  All in all they do not look like the picture I showed her, probably because my eyelashes are a bit longer than most naturally. $25 for the best pedicure I've ever had! They use parafin wax, hot stones, sugar scrub, and hot towels. Their chairs have different massage settings so you basically get a free massage while you're getting a pedicure and they play very relaxing music. They even play movies on a big flat screen tv. I was falling asleep in my chair! They also offer drinks and snacks while you wait and before you head out. Very kind women with a sense of humor and always smiling. I will definately be returning! Not only I didn't leave happy, but these ladies actually made me cry. I wanted manicure with shellac when I came in. I specifically said that I don't want my nails to be filed much, because they are very thin. I also wanted to do french in the beginning, so I asked them to keep my length. First thing that happened was that she filed them so much that I couldn't do french anymore - they were too short. I said ok, whatever, let's just do color. So she started to manicure. Then she put bottom coat on and I noticed that cuticles were still there, chopped in random places. I asked if she could push cuticles back. She took my hand and right away started to file nails again. I'm like no, please do the cuticles. Ok, she started to cut cuticles, but so hard that 2 fingers started to bleed. In the end I just told them I can do a better manicure myself and left with pain and tears. Read Less
