I came here with my sister for the first time in search of a place close to our house. This place has been open for a year and I can say that Michelle and the rest of the employees are really nice. Although there was a wait, it was worth it. Michelle took her time and to do my coffin shaped nails like I wanted to. I would recommend this place, as their work is well done. We were in town visiting family for a wedding and not being too familiar with the area (HC in particular), chose this nail salon for much needed pedis before the wedding. LET ME TELL YOU. This is the ONLY time I have gotten a pedicure and it not chip. I have a rogue big toe nail that always cracks, no matter what I do or where I go or what shoes I wear. My pedicure from this salon lasted over a month. Not only that, it was so inexpensive! 3 pedicures and a gel manicure only cost us about $75, which would get us about a mani pedi here in SA. I was in town visiting families and needed to get my nails done so we decided to get pampered.  As we were entering, we were pleasantly greeted by the staffs and was offered variety of drinks (no alcohol...lol). Personalized care! If you are a frequent flier they give you your own box containing a whole mani pedi set which they will use for you each time you come! I am always in search for a good, clean, professional Nail salon. Not only was everyone there professional but the customer service could not be any better. I had the best pedicure there and it was not rushed, and the massage was fantastic. They have the newest and latest nail polish colors and didn't get annoyed when I changed my color a few times, they even put them on my nails so I could make a better decision. Had *such* a great experience at Pinky Nail & Spa in Madison today! Got a spa pedicure and French gel manicure and felt completely pampered. I went to the Madison salon today where my girlfriend and I waited over a half hour past our appointments. When the women started my manicure she ripped my thumb off with the cuticle cutters, continued to ignore me excessive bleeding and barely said sorry. I got up and left because they had nothing to put on my bleeding thumb, as far as antibacterial serum, like most nail salons. I was worried about infections and the bleeding would not stop. Thanks for ruining my one night out with my girlfriend to get a relaxing manicure. Your nail salon is the worst!! Stop rushing thru the manicure and make it an enjoyable experience for you customers.
