This was my "test flight" since i had become dissatisfied with my former salon! Almost as last 30 min that I was open but still received the same service as the first customer of the day. Went to have a pedi and wasn't too impressed with the maintenance of the salon. Very run down with stuff crammed everywhere . I had my toes done and the lady had gloves on when she did my feet but when she opened a drawer and scooped out some sea salt to scrub I realised that this container was used Every time she did a pedi. I have been a loyal customer here for a year and a half. I have been helped by nearly every person who works here. I've never had a bad experience here. The quality of work is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and helpful. As for people who have complained that they speak in Vietnamese to each other, I will say this: English is not their first language and they have every right to speak their first language in their own workplace. We all do that. I speak to my co-workers in English, about my life, my favorite restaurants, my family, etc. So do the ladies at Cindy's. Cindy is more worried about getting people in and out than providing a sanitary or customer service oriented business. Her techs do a great job but she is rushed and short. We need a real high end nail salon in the area...this is just overpriced and uck. Never touch my cuticles once. They look horrible after 5 days. So disappointimg. Read Less

They are so unprofessional!! So rude!! They butchered my eyebrows, my nails were horrible and when asked to please fix them, I only received a bad attitude and a rushed job because as the lady put it, "It's time for me to go home..." This was seriously the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in as a new customer and walk in on Monday and was greeted and taken in right away. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. My toenails look great and my feet are in such better shape! They def have a new customer for life!! Read Less

My nail tech did such an amazing job! The color, the shape, the design were all so lovely! In 4 weeks, none of them have lifted or fallen off. My mom and I have gone here only twice but they are so amazing. They are nice, clean, and friendly. My mom has only had pedicures but they always end up great and long lasting! I just started getting gel manicures after 6 plus months of not having my nails done! I decided to start doing gel because my nails grow so fast but break so easily. The gel keeps them protected and not to mention makes my hands look beautiful! I had been going to a different salon and needed to find one of the west side of town and honestly in pretty shocked of how well done my nails are! I loved Cindy. Awesome customer service! Everyone who works here is very nice and friendly! You can tell they enjoy coming to work, and enjoy the people they work with! They stay true to the price and aren't super expensive. I got a white tips today from the women, she asked what shape I wanted and carried a real conversation with me! Also my nails don't hurt! I love how they are incredibly creative as well. I always love putting designs on my nails, so I bring picture of what I might like to have and from there we mix a bunch of ideas together and come up with a master piece for my nails. I am telling you, they are incredibly talented.Read Less
