At one time when my wife would go there they were friendly and courteous and would kindly give suggestions if she wanted to make a choice of a different nail type or color. I’m disappointed as the last few times she’s been there it seems newer people are there. They put you in musical chairs bouncing you from one tech to the next. Even had the owners 12 year old daughter at one point doing the final polish. The child was rude and not people friendly and refused to talk to her. My wife was being cordial but this kid had no place painting nails. I noticed if you ask for something they immediately say “NO , we can’t do that here!” They jerk hands, pull nails off with no mercy and expect a tip. To top it off, they ALL speak English but constantly talk out loud in their native language amongst themselves and body language proves they are talking about people there meaning customers. Reason I can tell is when a customer asks a question all of the sudden it’s like a bunch chickens cackling amongst each other with eyes directed towards the customer with an occasional laugh or giggle amongst each other. In my attempt to find my favorite nail person...I did!, and that would be Rosie at Lili Nails 2. I also learned her brother, Sonny, is there. Another favorite. These people are the very BEST and I have been to many nail salons with names people love. The difference is, they are the BEST of the BEST! The women who work at this place are very rude. Always speaking oriental n for u know they could be speaking about me or someone else. Never again. The service is also horrible. If u don't get the full pedi service they will not do a good job. Ugh never again Read Less

I had the deluxe pedi here yesterday.  Yesterday while using the cheese grater to remove calluses, the girl took a huge chunk of skin from the bottom of my foot which bled profusely. She grabbed a tube of something and started dabbing it on my foot which burned like crazy. I think it may have been super glue but since she could barely speak any English at all communication was a bit difficult. She was wearing a shirt with a logo that said Space Cadet. Extremely disappointed with their service. They cut a piece of my skin off on the outside part of my left foot and the girl acted like nothing happened until I pointed out that I was bleeding and it started burning me and she was like"oh sorry" & she grabbed the nail glue and applied it directly over the blood which is I think VERY UNSANITARY! The glue dripped all on the side of the wound and under my foot which left it all white, peeling, and just gross. & when it was time to pay I asked if I could at least get a discount for the inconvenience of being cut and dissatisfied & the girl just smirked, chuckled, and said NO! I'm just praying I don't end up with an infection! They need to pay more attention to what they're doing and on their customers. The lady was very rude pulling on my hand, then she didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails and then when I told her she said it would be $10 more. And when I was describing what I wanted she said it was ugly! Then I had my little brother on my lap and when I got him off she said "thank god. " If I could rate them 0 stars I would!!!! Read Less

For one the salon is not closed permanently... Jesse, Kathy & Helen are the originals and really rocked at what they do... Seems like they left and the new people refuse to say so, so they don't lose business quite honestly they suck other then Rosie who did a stunning job on my pedicure... But I have done my nails here religiously for the last two years and never been cut once... I was cut four times during my appointment and to top it all off two of the nails were off center and it was blamed on me and not the fact that the girl didn't know what she was doing... The second girl made me feel super rushed and did a horrible job on my nails after I told her I had a wedding to go to.... Will go back if Jesse and Kathy and Helen come back otherwise I am finding a new place which is closer to me as the drive & being cut is not worth it Read Less

This people are rude. I sat a whole hr & 1/2 and got denied of service. The guy who sits in the first chair keep pausing in the middle of doing my nails to play some game on his phone, the lady who pregnant was lying about NAIL POLISHES I COULD USE. The day I got denied of service my friend got a whole pedicure and a full set the guy said he had a client coming in at 11 here it is 12:30 still no client and he still saying someone was coming in at 11. I really love my nails. I have gotten my nails done in the past but nothing never like this. The work they do is amazing. Their nice, clean, and makes sure your comfortable. I found me a new nail salon. Expensive but worth it! Read Less

My nails where damaged from City Nails The nails fell off taking most of the nail with it. Calvin was extremely gentle and did a great job with the little of my nail that he had to work with. The staff are friendly and service oriented. Read Less

I was very excited to come to them because of how great they so there nails know I came in on a sat and there was only one tec there and one customer and he is like u need to come back later I'm not helping you sorry. They suck I was all excited about going to them because of their high assortment of gel polish. I googled the directions found the place and went. When i walked in there was one customer and one nail tech who rudely asked me to come back. They were'nt even busy and it was 3:00 on a saturday!
