Really friendly and organized...Fast service as sitting waiting for fiancé to get her full set usually takes a while I was happy it didn't take as long as some of the other salons we have been to...that don't do nearly as half of a job as here....Plus the smile on her face because of the amazing job that was done by Cindy was so cute and that she actually for once in a while loves her nails I had to come and show my appreciation  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! I have been searching and searching for 9+ months for a nail salon where the staff is friendly, quick and effective, well I've found my nail salon! Cindy did an amazing job on making my nails look natural, not too thick and not too thin as she'd promised! She was very quick at redoing my nails with a new set of acrylic nails. The salon was clean, nice and welcoming! This will be my forever nail salon and Cindy will be my forever nail stylist! Best nail salon I've been to in the valley and I've been to at least 5+! This place is a joke! The man who did my pedi and mani was so unprofessional and wanted to pluck out my toe hairs with his bare hands It was unsolicited. He was constantly trying to butt into the conversation I was having with me sister. The 2 nails that they replaced had no shape they wear flat instead of curved. The nail nail polish was too thick and didn't dry before she put my socks on after being there drying for a hour while she did my nails so my toes were ruined and by the time I got home and washed a dish my finger nails were ruined. I took my sister and I was so disappointed that I did. I ask for deluxe pedicure. They rushed through pedi, no massage, just wrapped towels with a little bit of oil. The lady that was doing her nails started arguing with one of the other workers in there language. It was awkward and she kept getting up it took her 2 hours to get a simple job done. Very unhappy. Asked for a pedicure, picked the $20.00 option. My nails were left way to long even though I said short. My nails have a ten day to curl which causes discomfort and everywhere else I have gone got them all trimmed out and left me with no discomfort. Now I still feel like I need a pedicure. The bottom of my feet are rough and nasty. I will never go back and never recommend this salon. Very unfriendly staff as well. Got a deluxe Pedi, no leg or foot rub. She put some oil on my legs and wrapped them in a wet towel. That was it. She didn't do a very good job on my mani either. No lotion after or an arm rub. She didn't even use a file to file my toes or nails. I go to get a mani and pedi to relax and to spoil myself, there was nothing relaxing about this. The person I had wouldn't be quiet. Don't waste your money or time going to city nails.   Terrible job, you can still see my old nail polish. $30 down the drain. They have a sign no refunds. In the middle of manicure I was asked to pay.  She probably realized the shitty job she was doing and decided she should get paid first.  Another customer walked out the same time I did and they did a crappy job on her nails also.  I was desperate bcuz the salon I go to was closed.  Never again!!! Conveniently located across the mall in Harlingen, this nail salon offers decent service at decent prices. I was able to experience their pedicure and waxing services. The only bad thing I can say about the waxing is that the room was a little ghetto and somehow they got wax in my hair- hair on my head that is - which was not fun.
