They are by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have been there twice, and each time it was a disappointment. Never again! The tech that did my nails rushed my pedicure and when I wanted him to paint another coat to make my color a little darker he refused. His excuse "it's already as dark as it's going to get". Unbelievable! Did I mention I was pregnant? Okay so I couldn't bend down far enough to tell my pinky toe wasn't even fully painted. I found out when my husband was massaging my feet later on that night. Smh It seems as if it's a family run business of untrained nail techs. I found this place on Yelp after going to my usual nail place and they were closed during regular business hours. The reviews were great so I figured I'd give it a try. The place is humble but clean. I was greeted by CooCoo who asked me what I would like today, then offered me a drink. CooCoo made conversation while he did my nails but paid very close attention to what he was doing. Not impressed, very rushed job. She did my 'pedicure' in less than 20 minutes. Paint on my nails were super sloppy I had her fix it and it still didn't look good (because she rushed it again). On top of it I wasn't even at the dryer for 10 minutes before she said oh let me check your nails. She tapped my nail and said it was dry and gave me my shoes. Avoid this place. They don't have the artistry and skills (or maybe they don't care) to complete a good job. I came in wanting a mani pedi and gel for my hands but he told me about this dip powder. He put it on wayyyyy too thick and I had to intstruck him multiple times to thin it out and add more powder to area she had completely missed where the nail was exposed. I knew it was downhill from there. I then went to the pedicure bowl where he did my pedicure with very old looking pumice stones etc that were not removed from a satizer bag (praying I don't get a fungal). He never spoke which was fine BUT he did not understand my instruction when I told him I did not like my toe nail color and kept painting them. While I was in the pedicure chair the gentlemen working on my hands came with a hand file to file my horidly thick nails. He was too busy talking and not caring 3x he filed so much that my nail was past the skin (like a person who bites their nails). One he filed so much my skin BLED, and what didn't bleed is BRIGHT RED this morning as I type this. My finger tips hurt so bad! He never soaked my nails before (idk if they know what a manicure is) to remove my cuticles. You can tell he was rushing to get it done. This place was a little bit more expensive than I'm used to paying for a fill. I usually pay around $35 for a fill-in and the price here was 43, but the service was good. This place is amazing! If I could give them more stars, I would. This was my first time going here and I will definitely be back. Cucu did my nails and he was so kind. I went in to get a fill on acrylic nails that I had gotten done at another location and Cucu completely revamped them and made them look 10 times better. First off I would like to say that I am very disappointed with this establishment. I went in yesterday with my mom and when we walked in we where able to get assisted right away which was good. Once I sat in the pedicure chair the lady gave me a menu for "male pedicures" only two options 35 and 40$. The regular list of pedicures where for "women only". Now I understand men might need more time on their feet but I go often to get pedicures at least 3 times a month. To top it off the overall pedicure last about 15 min.  I will never go back here. Very disappointed with my recent visit. Got a pedi and a gel mani, which ended up setting me back $70 ($15 more than my regular place in cove). Not a problem if it had been done well. I've had gel nails for at least a year or two and get them done regularly every 2-3 weeks. I was actually on my way out of town so I hit this spot after work on my way out rather than backtracking to CC. I didn't realize what a butcher job I had received until I got to my sister's that night. Looked like a child did my toenails, and in regular light the "matching" toe color was way way off. My gel mani started lifting and peeling by day 3. Then my actual nail chipped on day 5 which has never happened to me with gel polish. I've had my nails done at this place a couple of times and has usually been pretty good. This time was way off, terrible quality on both fingers and toes, by two different people. So me and Joe go to get a pedicure... we sit and wait in the comfy chairs for about 15 min getting a massage... then another girl comes in sits in the 3rd chair... they start to do my hubbys feet... then they put the water on for me and start on mine... no... wait... she gets up.... then NEVER COMES BACK!!!! Just left there and have absolutely no complaints. I'm not high maintenance - I just wanted a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and there was just one other person there. They were very friendly and ready to help. A man, assuming the owner, brought me a full can of soda after he offered a variety of drinks, and I sat down right away for my Deluxe Pedicure. No problem there! Got a pedi here recently and was so pleasantly surprised. The sat me right away, it was non busy hrs. She gave me a menu of prices. I went with the lowest option due to being Very pregnant and not wanting my feet rubbed to much( can induce labor). Took my mom and my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures, and every single employee was amazing. My daughter wanted an American flag on her big toe for the 4th of July. They said her toe nail is too small to do that, but they can do fireworks. The owner did them himself, and my daughter felt to special that he figured out a way to get a design on her tiny toe nail. I have definitely found my go-to nail place in Harker Heights. I tried a previous nail place here and the work was way overpriced for the quality. I needed a great gel mani that would last me more than 3 days so based on the reviews, I gave this place a try.  First impression when I walked in was that it was pretty spacey and not crowded like other places I've been so far in TX. I made an appointment but I showed up about 20 mins early and they took me immediately. As for the actual paint job, it's probably the best I've ever had. The polish lasted me about two weeks looking just as fresh as the day I walked out. The pricing is average and adequately priced considering the great job. So yesterday I gave this place 5 stars, I've been going to them for a little while now and they have always been kind and very welcoming and do great work.... So I took my friend there (also yesterday after my 1st review) to get her nails fixed from someone else messing them up... she told them she wanted her nails oval not round, the girl doing them kept making them round, so the owner told her he would do them. We waited for about 25 minutes for him to get done with his cl...ient and then he came to us, he started doing her nails she said they were still round and she wanted them oval she even had to look it up on Google for him to get him right he finally made one the way she would like, she was talking to me and said I know my geometric shapes I graduated high school, then to which he replied just because you went to high school doesn't make you smart and insulted my friend. So that's when we decided we were going to leave and he tried to lock the door on us and said we weren't leaving until we paid she wasn't going to leave without paying but his checkout counter is by the front door I had my 2 year old daughter with us while all this was happening.
