Update, service is the best around and so are the people whom work there. Totally worth it!! Even though my service is not the best, I frequent this place because they are quite friendly and welcoming. I love just going and getting a pedi jusy to sit and chat with the person I always request and they provide fruit and drinks!! Read Less

It was a clean establishment with a decent selection of nail polishes, different beverages to choose from. But the gentleman that did my pedicure high fast it , I had to tell him to clean the remainder of the nail polish that was around my nails with nail polish remover and also had to tell him to do a second layer of polish he’s a little older has a few gray hairs about 5’3 and skinny . So I came in to get "gel nails" because I did not want to use acrylic anymore. At the time of my visit I had acrylic set on, so the nail tech had to take off my acrylic nails. During this process, she fetched hot water and whatever nail polish remover in a blue bowl with a plastic bag. She urged me to put my hands in there while it was stupid hot..I told her it was too hot and she did nothing but laugh and force my hands in the bowl. The whole time she was taking off my acrylic nails she did nothing but complain about how much she hated acrylic nails and how horrible my nails looked... After she put on the gel nails she rushed me out of the chair, and charged me $40. When I asked for a drink, she rolled her eyes and impatiently asked me what I wanted. She grew even more impatient as I asked what the options were. She was a young asian and still works there. I don't know what her name is but when you walk in she is to your right. If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service has a lot to be desired! Upon walking in we were barely greeted. I asked for a mani/pedi and was told to pick a color and sit down. Once we sat down I asked for French tip in gel with a blue flower. The lady argued with me about the flower and wouldn't do the flower in blue only white. And if that wasn't bad enough she only did a nail polish change and not a pedicure. Then argued with me about miss understanding, I asked twice about the pedicure but still she claimed she was right! Finally she did the pedicure which was horrible and rushed. Then I tried to cancel the mani and she promised it would be great, it was not!!! I think the positive reviews are from customers that never experienced better. The owner did my nails and after two days I returned to him to repair them. When I walked in he didn't remember so he looked at my nails and asked did I want a fill in, I'm like ummm I just left this place two days ago. His nephew did my pedicure and what a disaster... they really should have high school student working on customers. so here I am at another nail shop paying for the same services that I had a day ago. Aside being here for 4 hours. My nails were a disgusting hot mess. The guy who sits at station 6 sucks as pedicures too include fills. I went in on 14 July(2day) at 1415. It is now 1604. Upon arriving, the owner, Vincent, asked what services were needed. I explained 2 him that I needed a fill and repair on my hands, gel pedicure, and refill on my individual lashes. The polish on my fingers was too thick and looked like a mountain! The pedicure wasn't what I'm used to as he didn't put the design back on like I initially requested and after sitting here for hours o was told by Andrea that she could not get to my lashes until 2morrow evening. Had I known that hours ago I would have gone 2 another business. The young lady Jennifer is attempting 2 fix my nails, but she had to leave me and tend to her initial client. I'm very upset and displeased about the service received. Then the old lady (Jennifer's mother had the audacity to be upset when I told them to fix the issues. My daughter came with a friend to have a nice relaxing day and get their nails done. A guy named Michael did my daughter's nails and they looked awful. The coffin shape had uneven sides the top had dips and rough spots. When I called the lady told me to come in and they could refund me for the awful job. However, upon arrival the owner said they do not do refunds and that she herself would fix the job. The guy that originally did them tried to come over and say it was a good job to which I showed him every perfection and told him I would be embarrassed to have those atrocities on my fingers. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and lies that were told to me by the people that worked here regarding the refund and how it was done "correctly". Her friend's nails looked great so if you dare to come here please stay away from Michael with the gap in his teeth he does and AWFUL job, seriously inexperienced. Read Less

My experience here was awesome. Nails and Toes are perfect!!! Maybe because they were slow with business this day I got treated like the queen I am. Linda and April are the 2 techs that made my experience worth coming back. The place was very clean. Also they offer refreshments, drinks etc.... It was a pleasure. This place is amazing!!! The prices are not too bad and the service is on point. I came with my hubby to get a pedicure and paid for the $40 spa package and I absolutely loved it!!!!!! My feet and legs feel great!!! We were surprised to walk in and it not be packed though... I wonder why... this hidden gem is the place to be if you want good service and good prices... can't wait to come back for a mani too!!!! There is a few workers who do a great job on the full-set, and your screwed if somebody else does your nails. They have great quality material for the solar nails but the gel polish they use is crappy. Ive had gel polish nails before and has never peeled off. I recommend just going for the regular polish. This place looks suspect. Lol. They are rude, and don't honor any coupons or cards they have. The only reason I go there is because two people there do great eyelashes and it only cost $25. The one time I tried to get my nails done, I got a light gel color and they somehow manages to mess it up. Just one color. Wow..!! I was thinking this hole in the wall salon would be a great treat for my girls and I. I felt rushed, there were no flip flops provided for my daughters and they both had to walk thru the salon without shoes after their pedicure. The guy in charge who did my nails rushed through it as if he had a line of customers waiting, come to find out he just wanted a cigarette.
