Went there today and received a pedicure which was amazing and got a different tech named Alan to do my nails. My nails are horrible. Had to keep correcting him on the placement of the acrylic, polish was just slapped on and he tried to tell me I was done. Had to make him go back and get the polish from around my fingers and off of my cuticle. He rushed trying to get to anothet client. So unprofessional. I had other things to do besides the up my day. We waited a bit to have water drawn for pedi. Also wasn't a bag for child seat, tub didn't look clean. Maybe wipe it down little better. Only two draw backs. I don't normally say anything bad. However, I was recommended to this place and did a good job on my soak off he didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked for a full set with gel. I got acrylic overlay on my natural nail and gel on top. I have never gone to a salon and got charged $48 for a set of nails and didnt have acrylic tips with that price. He’s always been attentive and may leave for a moment or two but never for long. I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have never had a bad experience until today. I brought a friend to get pedicures done because they are always great. To start off when we sat in our chairs her water was ice cold and mine was scorching hot. When the pedicures started her nail tech made her bleed twice. I had went there 3 times for SNS manicure with tips twice (once with soak off) and today to just get a fill, today being the last. Every single time there was something wrong. 1st time: Lady in the first station to the left when you walk in, she was too busy with trying to finish my nails to care about what they looked like. Ended up with bumps and ridges on more than half. 2nd time: Male in the middle station to right when you walk in, took off half the width of my nails, making them crooked and the top coat didn't set on my pinky. Had him redo my pinky and still didn't set. 3rd time: Same person as second, took even more width off my nails, making them look even worse then before. This was my go to place for many many years . However today I went to nail passion , had my nails done by a nice young lady however her painting skills were not very good . After two attempts I told her thank you but I am going to just leave come back another day . As I was leaving my daughter was waiting for her person to do her nails !!! I walked to my car then back in nail passion because I left my phone in the outlet ! As I was walking back in nail passion my daughter tel...ls me one of the employees was talking bad about me , I was listening to what my daughter was saying however In my haste I needed to walk out of that place fast ! I then go to the nail place down the street and then my daughter texts me and tells me they are still talking about me and the employee is calling me a fucking bitch to her customer that she is painting on and she is hearing this and she is feeling very uncomfortable and sad that they are talking about me her mom ! I then decided to call Tammy the owner's wife and she told me she was to busy to talk to me so I tried to get my word in to tell her about my daughter 17 years old uncomfortable sitting there listening to the employee talk bad about her mom ! Overall I am disappointed because I thought Tammy cared enough to care about a customer and apologize for her employees actions and take care of it ! But she said she was busy to talk And had to go , then hung up . Overall my daughter txted me and said she was not busy she was folding wash cloths and talking to the other ladies about me !!
