I come here often and love the job they do but with that being said I came in today to get a fill and my grandma just gel polish on her own nails and they tell me oh we're really busy mind you I look around and just 1 person is getting nails worked on and no one else at all in the place and she also looked about done , no explanation or anything and then says can you wait an hour , so we left cause I'm not waiting an hour to just get a fill and kind of rude and no explanation what so ever , could of said I have other clients coming in or something but no nothing said , if they continue to do this they will lose customer's who come every two to three weeks to get nails don't and spend 40 to 45 each time when I do come to them ... I hope this isn't a new thing or policy because if so it might not be good for business . I miss the days where you walk in and get nails done and that's it and maybe wait 15 to 30 mins ....

Me and my MIL just left from getting our nails done and they did an amazing job, they really took their time and gave us exactly what we asked for ( which wasn’t simple nails) I will definitely return...

The first time I went there I was satisfied with the work but not so much the service, I had to wait 30min for someone to do my nails and there was only one more customer other than me in there I thought about leaving but since someone had recommended this place to me I stayed, and was actually pleased with my nails and the price I was charged $47 and my nails had rhinestones on them. So when it was time to get a fill I decided to come back and this time no rhinestone cost me $40 i was ok with the price still but this time my nails didn’t look as good as the first time, but the 3rd time here i was not satisfied with my nails at all and I just had a fill also with just color no rhinestones and was charged $50. I will definitely not be going back, their service is not bad but not friendly and they are all over the place with their prices.

Way overpriced. The girls kept pointing at my feet and laughing during pedicure, no refreshments, and just an ok job on manicure. Don't think I'll be going back.

The staff was very good at what they do. I had to be to work by a certain time and the quality that I got was great!! The wax and lotions smelt great! I will come back here again.

From the looks of the older reviews this place must've been under different management. This place is wonderful now. I've been here for almost a decade, unfortunately, and have switched nail salons numerous times, but this place is wonderful. The staff is professional and courteous, their service is fast, and they don't waste time. It's very clean and neat in here which is a big thing for me, the tools they use are sterile, and I love how they don't drench my toes in acetone to remove the shellac from them. Never understood why previous nail technicians did that when I was able to easily peel it off with my fingers. Only thing I dislike is they haven't offered me water or refreshments, but I never asked and I understand that it isn't a priority, but they're great. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is my second time here and I will be here for more visits. Oh and after 8 visits you get a discount on your service with the card they give you, it's a stamp off card.

Worst manicure I've ever gotten! I got a full set of acrylics with a very simple nail art I wanted for prom. The woman doing my nails was in a huge rush and made all of my nails uneven. She also was very harsh with my hands like as she was doing my cuticles she cut them down so far that when she put the primer on my nails it was stinging my cuticles! Never returning here again, ever!

Just finished getting my eyebrows waxed. I didn't have to wait too long. As soon as the lady got ready to wax me, she accidentally dropped the hot wax on my lips. It burned a little. I sat up immediately trying to wipe it off. She had me lay back and she took a piece of paper and placed it on the wax and ripped it off. I think she did it on a panic. It took off a thin layer of skin from my bottom lip and I started bleeding. She apologized numerous times and I do know it was an accident. I let her do my eyebrows and she did a good job on them. I'm giving one star due to getting burned by wax on my lip, skin taken off and bleeding. I think she wasn't paying attention since she didn't realize she dripped the wax until I told her. This was my first time here and most likely my last. :-(.

Today was my first visit to this nail shop. I do not plan to return and here's why. The ladies working on my feet and hands were in a constant conversation with a lady that clearly was a friend and possibly a co-worker but she was not working. At moments they stopped performing my service to chat with each other. A base coat was NOT used under the three coats of polish. I was left in the service chair to dry. I removed my own toe separators and put on my shoes. The lady that finished before me (next to me) was directed to the front for her pedi to dry. When I did walk up front my tech was sitting -chatting - with her legs crossed. Very poor customer service although I did leave a tip.

I had a pedicure, eyebrow wax , and gel polish on my nails all done by Lihn. Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had. Chairs are wonderful too! My eyebrows look so good!! I will be returning!!!

Horrible! Do not waste your time here! The man who attempted to take off my gel polish used one of those electric filers and used them on my nails until they burned. My nails continue to break off and are discolored. I even had to ask him if his equipment was cleaned, i shouldve left right away but tried to give then a chance. Not just poor service but horrible place.

I come here often and love the job they do but with that being said I came in today to get a fill and my grandma just gel polish on her own nails and they tell me oh we're really busy mind you I look around and just 1 person is getting nails worked on and no one else at all in the place and she also looked about done , no explanation or anything and then says can you wait an hour , so we left cause I'm not waiting an hour to just get a fill and kind of rude and no explanation what so ever , could of said I have other clients coming in or something but no nothing said , if they continue to do this they will lose customer's who come every two to three weeks to get nails don't and spend 40 to 45 each time when I do come to them ... The first time I went there I was satisfied with the work but not so much the service, I had to wait 30min for someone to do my nails and there was only one more customer other than me in there I thought about leaving but since someone had recommended this place to me I stayed, and was actually pleased with my nails and the price I was charged $47 and my nails had rhinestones on them. From the looks of the older reviews this place must've been under different management. This place is wonderful now. I've been here for almost a decade, unfortunately, and have switched nail salons numerous times, but this place is wonderful. The staff is professional and courteous, their service is fast, and they don't waste time. It's very clean and neat in here which is a big thing for me, the tools they use are sterile, and I love how they don't drench my toes in acetone to remove the shellac from them.
