My husband bought me three different gift certificates to this salon, and I am so happy he did because I have never experienced such comfortability, care, and genuine kindness from any other salon I've been to prior to Ecoblu. Upon checking in, I was greeted immediately and asked if I'd like anything to drink such as hot tea or water while I waited (fancy!!). It's also worth mentioning how wonderful it smells in the salon. My appointment with Lisa was at 6pm; I was seen at about 5:45, and the total shampoo, cut, and style took less than an hour! It could have taken longer for all I cared; the pampering was so amazing-- it took everything I had not to fall asleep. Lisa brought my pitiful hair completely back to life. My husband purchased a facial/massage gift card for me for christmas, I didn't realize that that there was an expiration date of a year on it. I just called to see if I could schedule a service and was informed that my gift card expired in December. The giftcard was $140.00, I had already used my facial so the balance was around $70. I asked the receptionist why didn't they call to let me know that my card was about to expire so I could use it instead of them pocketing the balance? Very upset and will not ever use them again. My husband bought me a massage package as a gift and I absolutely loved it! Everyone is so nice, they offer hot tea or water while you wait or throughout your time there, use of a very comfortable robe, very relaxing music with natural and holistic oils. I haven't cut my hair in a couple years, so I was looking for a highly recommended salon to cut my hair. My hair is difficult to work with. Very long and THICK hair. For $45 i would have been satisfied with JUST a haircut. We received a Couples Massage Gift Certificated from our neighbor’s a while back and we decided to use this on our anniversary. This was an Awesome!!!! experience and one of the best Massages that we have had in a long time. We were very impressed with the entire process and operation of service and we will be going back again. Prior to the massage I did the steam first while my wife waited for me. The steam is great and it helped me get set for the massage. We had a great masseuse and masseur that were awesome and knew what they were doing and applying the right pressure for us. Kat was my stylist for the longest time but the inevitable PCS took her away and I was devastated. I'm not sure if I've just gotten lucky or if EcoBlu really knows how to hire them because I recently had Jordan cut and style my hair and I was blown away. The ONLY reason I'm not giving the salon 1star is because everyone was friendly and nice that worked here. As far as my hair goes that's a different story. I normally pay around $115 for a trim and full set of highlights; here they charged me $175 for highlights that did NOT come out right. With my hair being dark I guess only certain professionals know how to do my hair because it HAS been done correctly multiple times at Hott Heads salon in NC. I'm disappointed as I'm new to the area and the ONLY reason I picked this salon was because of the high ratings. I could of saved a bunch of money by going anywhere else to receive the hair service I got. Instead of blonde highlights I have brown highlights. Which makes no sense because I even showed a picture of what my hair looked like in the past and explained that I wanted the same exact blonde highlights. I don't get many facials but I do get them now and then.  I received a gift certificate to this spa for a dual exfoliating facial. It was an hour long, but I wish it lasted longer. This salon was recommended to me by a girl I work with. Before checking this salon out I was tired of not getting my hair done the way I wanted. When I stopped in to make an appointment, I was already blown away. I sat down with a stylist (Jordan) and told her what I wanted. The consultation eased my mind because she understood exactly what I wanted, she knew how to do it, and I didn't feel rushed to talk to her. I finally went to my appointment and my hair was beautiful! Definitely worth every penny.I've never used any of the other services there but they offer massages, facials, etc. They always have a beverage for you if you're thirsty. I've been here 3 times in the past year and a half. The first time was an amazing experience and each time after that it gradually got worse.The second time I went with my husband who was home for a few weeks from overseas. We had a steam room booked before our massage, but they forgot. I had to remind them and they rushed to get it ready. I was stressed while I waited for them to come get us for the steam room since the time for our massage was quickly approaching. The massage therapists (Dana and Mary) were amazing and helped me to relax again.The third visit was with my mom for Mother's Day. I scheduled her the steam room after her massage and again, they didn't have it ready. The manager told her that they would have it ready in 5 minutes so she got dressed to come say hi to me. At that point I talked to the manager to complain about the steam room not being ready again and he said that it was ready when her massage was over. I also had to wait 20 minutes longer for my massage but Dana wasn't in a hurry and gave me my full time and again, helped me relax. I really like this location because they include the steam room with a 60 minute massage, but it's not worth the stress to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

Honestly I feel like there are a lot of rlly snobby ppl that gave this place one star. I'm actually very EXTREMELY satisfied with my cut that I got from Lisa, I'll definitely be going back. I did however have to get a touch up but that's my own fault cuz I kind of wasn't paying attention to detail lol. Such an awesome place to get a massage!  My husband and I went in for a couples massage and it was the very first time for us to get a professional massage.  The entire experience was so awesome and very comfortable!  Both of our massage therapists were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable!  For the couples massage we got a full hour massage plus a foot scrub and a complimentary session in the sauna room which was optional all for $135.  Cant beat that!  The salon/spa was super clean, very relaxing, and had an upscale feel!  We are addicted and will definitely be back in the near future! I called early Saturday to schedule an appointment for a haircut. Luckly, someone missed their appointment, so they were able to fit me in right away, I recommend making appointment ahead of time because they are usually booked.The salon was nice and the staff was friendly. I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage. I was not aware that children were not allowed, so I brought my seven year old. It wasn't an issue; the girl at the front counter was understanding, I wouldn't bring him again though just out of respect for their policy. The haircut was awesome. I had my scalped massaged with oil (not sure what kind). Then she shampooed my hair applied a conditioner with a hot towel. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and blowed dried it straight. All of this for about $38 normal price. The entire process took about 1.5 hours which is much longer than other haircuts I've had, but I have to say it was worth it. I would definitely recommend. Extremely unprofessional salon. After waiting over 25 minutes for a waste of time consultation that they force you to have, the person I was supposed to meet with was still in the process of doing someone's hair which would have meant waiting another 10 minutes to see her. Apparently they think it is okay to allow people to wait over 35 minutes to have a consultation. I would hate to see how long they make you wait for an appointment. No one at the front desk informed me of why the wait was so long, I asked them and told me they were sorry and shrugged their shoulders. I had a minor crisis after work today. It was time for a haircut, so I traveled to my usual shop to see my usual Cosmetologist. I come to find out that she no longer works there, and due to the shop's non-compete policy, they were unable to inform her clients of her new location. I had no choice but to have a "stranger" cut my hair. Within minutes of beginning, my day was ruined. I sat silently until she was done, forced a smile and left. I was irate. I know some of you are thinking, "Why didn't you say something?" The reason why is because we are working with lengths of hair that is millimeters long, and you're lucky if you have one chance to get it right, let alone a second. So, to avoid further tragedy, I left.Thankfully, a friend sent me to the Eco Blu Salon & Spa in Harker Heights and an amazing recovery was achieved. I came in for a strand test to see if they could make my dark brown hair to the light brown/dark blonde hair color that I wanted. They called me later that day saying the strand test lifted to the exact color I wanted so I scheduled an appointment. The girl who did my hair was nice, but unfortunately I did not leave the salon a dark blonde. In fact I felt I was more darker than I was going in. After a few weeks, it faded to a medium brown but I felt lied to and tricked into coming in. After six weeks, I went to the store and bought Loreal ash brown and did it myself. Okay ladies, I don't know about you, but I'm extremely picky when it comes to my hair.  When my hair looks like crap, I feel like crap.  Vain..  I know.  I've had my share of horrible dye jobs and haircuts from stylists that I just gave up and started doing my own hair at home (thanks YouTube tutorials).  After a few years, I missed having someone else do it for me, so I caved in and took a chance here.When you make an appointment, you start off with a consultation first.  It's basically a one-on-one conversation with your stylist where you discuss your vision of what you want, your hair analysis, and a realistic expectation of what your stylist can achieve due to the condition of your hair.  Afterwards, you schedule another appointment to get your hair done on another day.This review is for Chungson who I picked to be my stylist.  Mainly, because she's an experienced Senior Stylist and I'm not playing around with my hair anymore to have it screwed up again by amateurs.  This lady totally gets me and what I want.. and I can be pretty darn picky.  I have never been disappointed with anything she has done to my hair so far; as a matter of fact, my hair has never looked better.  Her hair color skills are on point and I highly recommend her!You also get a complimentary hand, arm and scalp massage, aromatherapy, herbal tea or fruit-infused water.  Yes, Ecoblu is a bit more expensive than other salons, but it's totally worth it.// Aveda hair color is 99% naturally derived and provides 100% grey coverage with no fading.  Also, no burning or itching sensation on your scalp when it's applied. I received decent service from this place. The workers were friendly and the lady who did my wax was awesome. However, I was upset at the fact that I paid the full price for a Brazilian wax which was $85 and the waxer did NOT wax the entire area that consist of a Brazilian wax. The price for a Brazilian wax is ridiculous here. I paid only $35-40 at an upscale salon/spa in Hawaii and she waxed the entire area. The only reason why I came here to get a Brazilian wax was because my husband gave me a $30 gift card for Christmas. I still spend almost $60 including tip for my wax and like I said the price is ridiculous. I will most likely find another place to get a good quality wax for a better price. Read Less
