Lady doing pedicures makes rude remarks about clients walking in. DISCRIMINATION. I thought I'd try out a new nail salon. I walk into Cutie Nails and as I was picking out my nail color I hear the lady behind me that was doing a pedicure, (she was fair skinned with blonde/brown ombre hair in a ponytail) making rude remarks about my height saying I'm "too tall" and "oh god". I sat there for about 30 minutes without service when another woman came in that was also tall like me and the arrogant pedicure lady made the same rude remarks about her as well. Then she thought it would be better to ask us out loud how tall we were and then when we answered she said "oh my god". That's when I just wanted to get up and slap her. So I just picked up my things and quietly left. I've never felt like such a distraction to someone until I walked into that salon. The owner needs to teach that lady about respect and how to keep her remarks to herself. I would have never entered this establishment if I would have read the previous reviews. Another lady comments about receiving rude comments as well. I expect to receive a reply to this review with an sincere apology. If not I will report my problem with the Better Business Bureau and follow up with the city. No one should feel singled out and made fun of, ever. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Fantastic environment and excellent work! I had my godchild with me and they let him play with some toys so his mom and I could relax. Beauticians also gave great advice to help my nails and skin. I would recommend for anyone looking for great work and reasonable prices Read Less

I'd usually blow this off and def not post to social media but I am beyond furious at my experience turned out. I went to Cutie Nails in heights and the owner did my nails. This is how they look 4 days after getting them done. I didn't notice until I left for out of town that night that she didn't paint the top of the nail white, the surface of the nail is bumpy on every single one And on top of that, they lifted that much in 4 days! And I was told they would last 2 weeks for $50 (it's my real nail with an overlay gel) They had NO remorse in fixing them 😡 lesson learned Read Less

Great pedicure! Best chairs,I could have sat in there all day. But the family who runs the shop and the friendly customer service is really what will keep us coming back. We were offered beverages, smiles, and given plenty of attention! The store itself needs some touch ups, it is looking well used, but was clean, and tools came out of fresh sealed packages.
