The nail tech was clearly inexperienced and didn't know what he was doing and the staff was aware but didn't care as long as he had someone in his chair it's $ for them. I came in for a mani and pedi and left with only a pedicures that was poorly done. They wait time was excessive and when you finally are seated they just leave you sitting in a chair as if you came to just sit around. limited color choices, wasn't talked with just sat in scilence. she cut my nails shorter than i asked for then was told "they look like natural nails" when that's not what I was going for. she did square nails without asking me and when asked to do coffin nails was told it was too late. she RUSHED me to another table to do another customers nails and had me sitting there for a good 20 minutes until she finally told me she was done. the nails itself was not strong at all i was sitting in the car when one chipped the day after i got them. exactly one week after three of them broke while opening a drawer. the rest have fallen off or chipped and it's been exactly two weeks now. this was my second time coming here, my first time was two years ago and had a bad experience then with my nail guy leaving in the middle for break to get pizza and burning my finger bad after making a cut but decided to give another chance and never agan. bad service and bad nails. only reason it got two stars was because i go here for eyebrows and that at least isn't bad. This place gave me the worst pedicure. My french tip is chipping already and its only 4 hours ago when I got it done. Everything was done very sloppy. She didn't even cut my cuticles. The hot stone massage was a joke, I didn't even feel the stone at all, it was almost like she was petting me with it. The service was really bad. There was a lady their soaking her feet for 30 minutes without anyone helping her. She ended up walking out. Not enough staff and no management in sight. There was only 2 techs and 6 people behind me. I only tried this place because of the 20% but it was not worth it. Skyline charged the same and much better service and atmosphere. Read Less
