This place made very racial comments to me because I was unhappy with my pedicure and said because I was black I didn't wanna pay. They asked me what I was gonna do? Fight? Because Black girls always wanna fight, then they called the police on me and said I refused to pay when I specifically asked could I have someone else do my pedicure and they asked me to leave. I got a pedicure. The man cut my cuticles and could not get it to stop bleeding. Within a few hours the polish was chipping. The lady that was with me got a manicure and the say man trimmed her nails, some round and some squared off. The polish the used on hers would not dry after 20 minutes they were still tacky. He came over and looked at them. He said they were dry and even though she told him that he had messed the polish up because it was still tacky he would not fix the polish. I stopped in here as the location was convenient and I needed a shellac manicure. I noticed right away that there was a "no public restroom" sign on the front door; which was going to be a deal breaker for me as I couldn't sit through an entire manicure needing to use the restroom. I asked if I could borrow the ladies room prior to starting my service and they obliged. When I began to search for a shellac polish color, I realized that they only had maybe 12 different colors to choose from and they were ALL dried up and sticky looking. Unfortunately, I was not finding a color or consistency for that matter that I was willing to pay the roughly $30 for. I did ask the employee hovering over me if they had any other shellac options anywhere else and she confirmed that what I was looking at was ALL of it. I thanked them and apologized and let them know that based on the limited selection unfortunately, I was going to have to go else where. When I went to leave, the manager or employee, I am not sure, began to get aggressive saying, "The restroom is for paying customers only!" It was very uncomfortable and awkward. She followed me all the way to the door saying this and talking badly about me to the other employees ( I am sure). It was not my intention to just use their restroom and leave, but unfortunately their selection was dated and inadequate. Would not recommend! Read Less

My step mother just got her nails and pedi done in here and she has a weak bladder and these people refused to let her use the bathroom. She kept telling them to hurry because she couldn't hold it any longer. This is just wrong! If you make money off your customers and expect them to come back and spend their money again! Dont think so. Hopefully you people wont be in business too long! Read Less
