Went for a pedicure yesterday, it was a $35 pedicure they picked out a gel polish for me and charged me an extra $15 that I had no idea it would cost. I paid five dollars extra for a good leg and feet massage, and got a one minute massage on each leg it was absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had and way overpriced!!! Do not get pedicures here unless you just want a quick cheap Pedi!! Only 2 people hear can actually do nails. The old man to the right when you first walk in and the lady in the first desk to the left. I had a set she did on for 1 month. No lifting no chips. Perfect. Today they were busy and I let someone else do themselves the color is uneven... the shape is horrible. And when I asked him to fix it he had the nerve to get upset with me. If i could il give 0 . Waited over an hour for a lady who was supposedly ready . She kept comeing and going to the back just saying "il be right back" When she finally came i told her i wanted a fullset with color only she wrote 14 dollars on the paper .. she did my nails in a hurry didnt even paint them right my nails where all mest up and she comes and says $25 plz after i just saw her write 14 keep in mind this is the most simple set ever. I have been going here for years but here lately their customer service sucks....the owners are nice but the other workers don't know how to do nails and they over charge when they mess up your nails..I went yesterday lady messed my nails up then told me $30 for them after a hour and a half wait...not going back there. I'm not gone even give it a 1 because I love tony & Kim but this new dude lorrrrrd I came in & got a full gel set when I left the next day all my nails lifted but I was out of town came back & he fixed them 2 days later my index fingers came up I just kept gluing it back down but TODAY one of my nails came ALL the way off and I'm fuckin livid excuse my language but $35 gel set that I couldn't even enjoy smh Read Less

What a waste of my time. They could atleast tell you the honest truth when you ask how long the wait is, rather than saying "you're next" & just making you sit and soak your feet for over an hour. I sat down and was ready before a family of 3 and got skipped. Still gave it some time but no one helped or seemed to care. I finally just got up dried my feet off, and left. No one said a word. My daughters and I have been to a this salon several times, on this particular day they sat us in a pedicure chair and turn the water on which is where we were for the next four hours no one ever came over or said anything , they're was like 5 people ahead of us.
