Going there over a year. Chrissy one of the owners attitude has changed and gotten nasty. She is either done with doing nails 2 hours after they open or she will tell me to come back during the week or Sunday. Tried that still couldn't get her. They're good and I have actually had better and I will pursue better after being denied service again from her for my daughter and I today after working all night getting there right when they opened. If I wanted someone else I would have asked for someone else. My drive is well over 45 min. I will miss the shop as its clean and serves non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Read Less

Customer service is so trash! The nail tech Sarah was so rude ! I had messed up my nail on the way out and I had no time to go in so I go the next day . I call to make sure it wasn’t busy and the lady on the phone told me they we not busy at all so I go and I tell Sarah I missed my nail up and she gives me the ugliest look . So just pained my nail over . You can still see the bumps from the nail polish . I tell her Nicely I don’t like the way it looks if she could please redo them and she tells me she doesn’t have time for that and walks away . And starts to talk about me in her language . I'm a bigggg fan.I came with three other people and the place was packed, which was both off-putting (scared of the wait time) and also reassuring (lots of people meant they were good at their business). I didn't mind waiting a bit but as I was getting a gel mani, someone was available to work on me right away. A few minutes later, they took two more of my friends, and only a short time later, the last of us was sat down.The woman working on my nails was efficient and friendly. She asked me quietly if I wouldn't mind a trim before cutting and filing the nails, carefully checked the evenness and symmetry against both hands, then buffed the nails to a clean shine before polishing them.I received 4 color coats and two top coats, and, used to gel polish peeling within a three - to - four days, I am quite excited to report that today is day 8 and the nails and polish still look brand new--if not counting the small growth that has begin.I'd definitely go back for a visit if I lived in town; a definitely recommend for me. My usuall place was closed and after looking on yelp I decided to come here. This place is big so I only waited a couple minutes to be seen. Just had an awesome first experience here! I wanted ombré and I got it and more! My nail tech was Sarah and she did such an amazing job. She not only took her time but she shaped my nails beautifully and made sure they were all the same size. The nail salon is comfortable and huge inside. You do not feel squished, at all. I came here on dec 30 to get my nails done and beat the NYE rush. The place is very nice and clean.  They also offer complimentary wine and mimosas( yay!!) and the staff was very nice--I complained about the way my nails were drying and the nail shape and they fixed it free of charge both times( unfortunately it didn't help)However when it came to the actual nails --I have never been more upset. My paint job was horrendous and it showed when it dried--lumpy,Uneven, and looks bad given it was done TODAY. I'm keeping these for the NYE but will have to spend money to get it fixed elsewhere. I found this place by searching on Yelp; it was highly rated and not far from my home. I risked a walk in on a Thursday night and luckily they had the time for a pedicure. I chose my nail color and was shown to a chair. I wanted the mint plush pedicure but they were out of mint so I went with the lavender. They offered me a complementary mimosa and I also soaked off my previous Nexgen manicure. My total was $46 ($10 Nexgen removal and $36 pedicure). The space was nice but could have used a clean up. Lots of hair and other things on the floor but that could have been from a busy day. I would go in again and try out their Nexgen manicures. Tina gave me the most amazing dip manicure. My nails are really fragile and she gave them all the tlc that they needed! She was really knowledgeable about nail health and care and it shows! I think I've found my new home for manis and pedis. The day after my mani, I slammed my finger under a heavy box and broke my nail. I came in the following day to get it fixed and actually brought my mom for us to get pedicures together. They are so busy this Saturday evening but we were sat and seen immediately (without an appointment)! They have an amazing collection of dip and gel colors and I really just can't say enough good things about this nail salon. So great! I usually get Nexgen but decided to go basic with just plain polish, and I swear I've never had anyone do my nails this great this way! Comfortable place. Fabulous Nail & Spa did a really good job with my nails. I got acrylics done and they're the best ones I've ever got done. I didn't get the name of the lady that did them but I'm pretty sure all of them did a good job; from what I saw. I have been coming to this nail salon to get my nails done for well over a year and they have always done a good job but today I had the unfortunate luck of getting a nail tech who wouldn't do my nails because, "it's too much work." I  find this hard to believe since I just got the same thing done 2 weeks ago and they did it flawlessly without hesitation. The guy just seemed like he really didn't wanna work today which is unfortunate because I'm always a good tipper and am always willing to pay for their hard work. I went to Fabulous Nail And Spa a few days ago with my best friend. I had a great experience. I got there and waited almost 5 mins before I got seated. Staff made my manicures were very cute. Never have I ever not tipped someone before. If I've had bad service I would still at least tip $1. But this was a different case. I asked for a mani and pedi and had the pedi done first which went somewhat well. She asked if I wanted my toes trimmed and I said yes but never asked how I wanted it cut. My toes had previously been "shaped" and rounded but as soon as she cut one nail square tipped, I let her go on to do the rest...whatever; my nail will grow back I thought to myself. She started on my nails when in Vietnamese she was told by someone else that another customer had come in for her and that's when the service just went to crap. She hurriedly did my nails in less than 10 minutes not even fully filing down what she had trimmed as shown in the picture. When she placed me on the dryer I noticed black specks on both my thumbs. She then scoops out the black specks with her nail and then paints over it causing a large indentation on both thumbs and places my hands back under the dryer. I watch her as she starts on the new customer so I notify the hostess. She comes back and removes the polish and repaints again in a hurried manner which now is 2 shades darker than the rest of my nails. Extremely poor service. This was her remedy after telling her I wanted my nails done nicely because my wedding is in 3 days. Read Less

I popped in here for a fill on a Friday around 1pm and to my surprise they were busy! The salon is rather large and they have quite a bit of nail techs to meet their busy traffic. I waited about 20 mins after they said I would be right up. A bit annoying but I was pleased with the overall outcome. Trying a new tech is always nerve wracking but IVY was great! She did my acrylics thin just like I asked. She was also super quick! I previously had coffin nails and was displeased when she wanted to charge $5 to keep them that way so I decided to opt out of it. Then she charged my a $1 for cutting them down. I've never heard of such a thing I thought it was part of the process. Any who, my true rating would be a 3.5 but I rounded up bc I really like how my nails turned out. Read Less

My darling friend treated me to a birthday manicure. The place has a zen vibe, clean and chill. the manicurists and products they use are very good which translates to a solid crisp manicure. There aren't many high star rated nail salons in Grand Prairie. I like to research a billion and one places and reviews before I make my decision. I agree with the Yelp reviews that I've read about this nail salon. I've been here 3 times and each time has been a good experience. This is your typical Vietnamese nail salon, however, the staff is pleasant and speaks English that is understandable. I have been to some nail salons where it is difficult to communicate with the staff which causes frustration to both parties. Anyway, the salon is clean, even the bathroom, which is a good sign! The wait time isn't too long. It's fairly large with plenty of seating for manicures and pedicures, has two TVs that usually shows sports or news. No music on the loud speaker but if you don't want to watch TV, in suggest bringing your own earphones and listen to music. The Yelp reviews I read stated they give free drinks, but I haven't been offered any, so I can't comment on this.I always ask for dip powder nails ($35) because nothing else lasts on my nails. They can last me 2 to 3 weeks, even 4, but I normally can't stand to wait that long when my nails grow out. Usually while you wait, you are given the color options to choose which they have a TON of. The technique I have observed here that they use for dipping powder is the usual way, but to finish it off, they use two layers of gel top coat. I thought one of the pros about dipping powder was that it doesn't require UV light. However, it doesn't really bother me, but each nail salon I have gone to does a different method of the dipping powder. I have gotten my nails done here by Cindy the first time and Linh the last two times, and they have done a good job. Whenever you're in Grand Prairie, I recommend you come here. Read Less
