I haven't been here in over a year due to the last owner being incredibly rude and a worker making a comment about my weight. I decided to give it another shot and I am so impressed! Im very picky about my nails and the tech did such an amazing job. Perfect shape and such a stunning color. These are the kind of nails that give you a boost of confidence! Couldn't recommend them enough.

They are great you don't only get your nails done but they also rub your shoulders , arms , and hands. They make you feel welcome from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.

This is the best pedicure I've ever had. The workers are so thorough and attentive. It's very reasonably priced. I feel so taken care of. They really go above and beyond here.

I really liked this place, until a few days ago I got a foot fungus. YES I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING!! HOW DISGUSTING RIGHT!!??! This place has good service, and some good people. But.... I will never go back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. My toe is red and purple and there's nasty stuff coming out of it and yes, it's so nasty...): I HATE saying rude stuff, but I was just wanting to be honest, and warn anyone that would like to know.. bye bye upscale, hello disgusting foot fungus.. -_-

Cindy and Tee were wonderful to my sister and I tonight! They went above and beyond to make us happy! We arrived 15 minutes until closing and they gave us two awesome dipped manicures && neck massages...

We arrived 15 minutes until closing and they gave us two awesome dipped manicures && neck massages! They stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend y'all coming out to see them for some pretty nails and great customer service!! It's the only place we go in Granbury.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed the other day, and they basically took off my eyebrows. My eyebrows were thick and full, just needed a few stray hair tamed, but now I have to pencil them in for the rest of my life. Thanks Upscale! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed my whole face waxed, along with a manicure.

Oh my gosh! !!! This place is incredible! !!! I live in Boyd, and my daughter introduced to Upscale, I now drive 1&1/2 hours to get my nails and toe nails done!!!! I know that seems like a crazy drive...
Oh my gosh! !!! This place is incredible! !!! I live in Boyd, and my daughter introduced to Upscale, I now drive 1&1/2 hours to get my nails and toe nails done!!!! I know that seems like a crazy drive, but let me tell you it is WELL WORTH IT!!!! APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME! !!! AND I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT!!! Even when I've come in on a walk in basis that still get me super fast!! I love everyone there and they are always super courteous to all that have come in while I've been there. Oh and to top off the best place ever they have amazing wine & frozen marqaritas!!!!! #imnevergoinganywhereelse

I made appointments for three pedicures when they opened at 12:00. We arrive at 11:55, on time but apparently they opened the doors at 11:50 and took other people who were waiting outside and althoug...
I made appointments for three pedicures when they opened at 12:00. We arrive at 11:55, on time but apparently they opened the doors at 11:50 and took other people who were waiting outside and although we had appointment, there was NO ONE to start our peducures. Waited 30 minutes. The nail techs were great but the practice of making appointments wait is unacceptable. Also didn't offer us better beverages, didn't know there were margaritas, etc. Ifthe manager doesn't get it, she never will, clueless to what she had done. Need to find a spa with better customer service.

terrible service. I went to take my beautiful girlfriend into get some simple acrylics and the person that was doing them (Andy) was awful. he watched a soccer game in his phone the entire time which took his attention away from her nails causing pain and a terrible acrylic set also, did not try to make conversation with us at all; not even about her NAILS that he was doing because he had his head shoved so far into the soccer game on his phone. I had to point out every little thing she wanted corrected when he had messed up as he was doing them. I am very displeased with whom She was put with and the results. Everyone else doing nails was extremely focused and friendly.

Really good spa Mani Pedi's, and they have friendly and attentive nail artists. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. They offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage choices.

I got my pedicure done by a guy name Tom. He's kinda suck on design my toe but his massage skill is great. I would recommend him for who want massage.

Im very picky about my nails and the tech did such an amazing job. Perfect shape and such a stunning color. These are the kind of nails that give you a boost of confidence! Couldn't recommend them enough.

This is the best pedicure I've ever had. The workers are so thorough and attentive. It's very reasonably priced. I feel so taken care of. They really go above and beyond here.

I made appointments for three pedicures when they opened at 12:00. We arrive at 11:55, on time but apparently they opened the doors at 11:50 and took other people who were waiting outside and although we had appointment, there was NO ONE to start our peducures. Waited 30 minutes. The nail techs were great but the practice of making appointments wait is unacceptable. Also didn't offer us better beverages, didn't know there were margaritas, etc. Ifthe manager doesn't get it, she never will, clueless to what she had done. Need to find a spa with better customer service.

I went to take my beautiful girlfriend into get some simple acrylics and the person that was doing them (Andy) was awful. he watched a soccer game in his phone the entire time which took his attention away from her nails causing pain and a terrible acrylic set also, did not try to make conversation with us at all; not even about her NAILS that he was doing because he had his head shoved so far into the soccer game on his phone. I had to point out every little thing she wanted corrected when he had messed up as he was doing them. I am very displeased with whom She was put with and the results. Everyone else doing nails was extremely focused and friendly.
