Is totally terrible ! They treat my sister of 14 years like a thief. She went to make her nails (first time alone) and first they were rude with her making fun of the little girl alone. Then when she went to pay with her debit card they told her that was reject so she call mom to ask, mom review her back account for the app and they took the money TWICE so mom call them and they told her liar and thief, took all my sister money in cash (they money that a babysitter made on the weekends) and put her out of the place and leave. Paid 40 dollars just to get a nail "dip". Literally they did nothing but dip my nails in glitter. They told me I had to pay 5 additional dollars to get my cuticles cut and nails cut. Like what? 40 dollars and they don't include basic nail care um no thanks! Read Less

This is my third visit and each time has been great. Just get pedicures but it's the best. Everyone is nice and helpful. Clean. O have always just walked in and taken care of immediately. Three times I have been here and had to wait over a hour without being informed of the wait time. They sit you in a chair and fill the water bowl and leave you waiting. The customer next to me complained so they started on her before they got to me, or the customer on my other side who had been waiting longer than either one of us. I came here a month ago to get the powder dip nails and they did an AMAZING job. I was a little shocked by the price ($45) as I pay anywhere from $10-$20 less than that anywhere else I've had this done. Since they did such a great job last time, I decided to suck it up and go again - and get a pedicure as well. (Under the guise of "you get what you pay for"). That turned out to be a poor decision. I had one of the least professionally executed pedicures I've ever had (toenails not "smoothed" and filed uneven) and my fingernails look AWFUL! (Bumpy, unevenly filed, nails not even lengths) The staff tried to be very accommodating, offering to "redo" it all (but I had been there 2 hours already and didn't have that kind of time) and even offered $20 off my next visit (which I refused because I will not be returning). They did,however, charge me full price for today's visit.Read Less

Went there today for nails. They sat me in a pedicure chair. I said wait I'm here for nails. The tech said yes he would do them there. I should have left then. There were nail stations open. Had the dip nails done. He cut my cuticles several times and did a awful job over all. My nails are rough, not smooth and shiny.  Will definitely not be back. Read Less

I've been going to this place for almost a year and they've never disappointed. They now have new owners and it's the worse experience ever. I was told there was a 10-15 minute wait and it was almost an hour, and after that I sat in the spa pedicure chair and my water went cold twice, so that was another 30+ minute wait. Needless to say I won't be returning based on that alone. The nail technicians are great but they don't seem as happy as they used to be. Read Less

Walked in for a "Pamper Me" session. I was seated immediately. Homie proceeded to give me the best pedicure/ massage I have had in quite a while. Bryan did a beautiful job on my nail dip. Never going back and heres exactly why. Not sure if its just me or what but I set up an appointment at 2pm they said okay thats fine. I was excited for my first time. I showed up as planned and I must have waited literally a good 25mins,which then after I was taken to my chair for my pedi and as soon as I sat down,and they turned the water on,nothing but cold water. It was a older gentleman who set it up and walked away. I was left there looking like a total idiot and literally, 25mins later a woman came and asked if I was getting a pedi and mani. I told her only a pedi like 3 times. They then fussed about what polish I wanted and I told them gel. But they said that was going to be an extra 20 so I changed my mind. It took 10mins just to get them started on my feet after that. So by this point Im livid because service had been lacking respect since I had gotten there (over an hour by this point) Im getting irritated but honestly... I dont want to be the person who seems to be the problem because Im a server and I understand things happen. But I know I wasnt the problem and I sat there trying to get over it but by this point I was getting tired of the cold water I took my feet out and finally the lady asked about the water and if it was cold. I said yes. She then apologized time and time again about it. I said its ok. For some odd reason,service sloped down quick after this. Ok, so I might have been the quiet person who doesnt say something when its not right,but as I said before. Im a server and understand when things can go wrong,but by this point,the lady was handling my feet horribily. Not sure if she was upset with me or what. But she was being rough and when she brought out the hot stones,she  didnt even warn me,and BOOM, I felt this hot stab on my leg that I jerked. She had the audacity to ask me if it was hot. Really? "No, I just jerk away because I have random leg spasms." Yeah right! She kept speaking a different language to the others there and sounded irritated. I hated that. When she was done,I then finally got offered a bottle of water. Can you believe that? I definately said,no thanks. I was so mad. So in all,Im thinking,did I do something wrong to these people? Why is it that I seemed to have been the only one with rediculous service that day? Why was I ignored for the first hour and treated like complete trash? I didnt tip her,well ok I did $2 but I dont feel bad. I didnt deserve any of that. But whatever. I didnt say anything except, "Im not coming back." And Im sticking to it. Hate to say it. As far for the decor. I hate a spa with chairs literally beside me and in front. I came to relax,not to worry about whos staring at me or my feet... My new favorite salon! Everyone was so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be at work, which made it an even more enjoyable experience. They did a great job on my nails and I left feeling very relaxed. On top of having your basic selection of wine, sodas, and water, they also had frozen margaritas and it looked like frozen strawberry daiquiris. This place is amazing. I'm so happy I found it. I have been a regular at the salon since they openedNow they have New owners  lets just say not a good thing!! The old owners were so caring and kind the new ones not so much. Update: 9/6/2017 - This place has gone downhill. I don't know if it changed management or what but it definitely isn't as clean or up to date as it was when it opened. The employees are also not friendly and very rough. My last few experiences have been negative.I've been waiting for weeks for this place to open and I finally got to go today!
