I wouldn't give them one star if this app didn't make me. This is the most ridiculous salon I have ever set foot and I can PROMISE YOU that we will never under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES go back. They did a horrible job on the people in our party of three! The manager is a jerk and lied directly to our faces -apparently acrylic is only available in transparent! Ha! 30+ years of getting my nails done and that's the first time I've heard THAT one. I picked up a jar of "medium pink" acrylic powder and asked her what it was and all of the employees looked the other way, like they were afraid of her. There was an old man who worked there running to throw up in the bathroom and then came out and started touching a NURSE'S fingers! What the hell? We got nothing we asked for and were flat out told "no" when we asked it to be done correctly. I wouldn't go back here on a double dog dare with several thousand dollars offered up! Funny thing? I don't get many pedicures, but today I went on a whim and I had a great experience.  There was no waiting and I thought the gentleman who worked on my feet did a thorough job.  The water was a tad hot when I first put my feet in the bath but then the temperature was perfect.  I got my massage chair working and felt very relaxed the whole time.  They did the nail and cuticle trim, leg and foot rub, and exfoliated/moisturized my calloused feet.  I liked the little flip flops they gave me and did not feel rushed when I was drying my feet.  The people who run this place are very efficient and polite - I will probably find myself coming back in the near future :) Read Less

Walked in this morning to get a pedi. Got right into a chair.  No waiting. My husband wanted one too and they were happy to accommodate him as well.  My water was cold, but other than that, no complaints.  Reasonable prices. Good service. Asked for design and they did a great job. Read Less

Worst ever. I went to get a simple pedicure.  I walk out with a cut on my toe and an in-grown toe nail right before my family trip to the beach. Talk about horrible. I told the lady that my water was to hot and she continued to tell me "feet in water". I will never go back again. Read Less

Staff was courteous. Place was absolutely clean. I got a shellac manicure with a small design and they did great! My nails looked flawless. I got a pedi and they looked good too. HEADS UP though: If you want all the soaking of the feet etc. tell them! All I said was a pedi and I ended up with a toe nail color change:-/ I really wanted the whole works but for the sake of time I just went with the $7 nail color change. Not their fault, it's just different in different places. I live in Cali and a "pedi" automatically gets you the spa thing going, I'm guessing it's not the same in TX. I hadn't had a professional manicure in forever!  After listening to a life coach on the radio yesterday, suggesting some self care investments to change your energy and make yourself feel special, I decided to try this new shop. Wow! what a great choice! Not only did I get a pampering manicure, but was blessed to meet some new people and reconnect with some friends I hadn't seen in months! I can't wait to go get the pedi!
