First off it's sad that often times we normally just leave reviews based off a bad experience more often than a good one. I had to leave a review.Quan was fantastic! I have never had someone so attentive do my nails. He would literally inspect each nail before moving on in the process. Very well done.It's a shame I don't live near here to continue going to him. Terrible. Do not recommend. Sat down to get my nails done and the women stopped half way through to do someone else's nails and left me to sit off to the side. Also my nails looked like absolute crap, they were ridged and ugly. Never will go back. Was the worst experience I've ever had with a nail salon, and I've had some pretty bad ones. Best service and results in the area. I've been to countless nail salons in Georgetown, only to feel rushed or unwelcome with only so-so results or damaged cuticles or nail beds. This is not the case at US Nails. From the time you walk in the door you feel welcome. Everyone rememebers what you mentioned at your last visit and each person provides great results. I haven't left there unsatisfied. There prices are great! This is my new local go to for my nails. I appreciate the time you take to pay attention to detail and the hospiality you all show. If they had half star options - I would have given this salon 2.5 stars because the quality of the polish is good. I got my nails done here for the first time last week. I get my nails done for several reasons. ##1 to have pretty nails. Quality shellack polish that lasts at least 2 weeks - that is neat an well painted with trimmed cuticles. They met this requirement. #2 to enjoy the massage - quality & time matter on this one. They failed this one. The massage lasted approx 3 min and was so light I felt more like she just rubbed lotion on my hands very softly. #3 overall atmosphere / ambiance - I want to relax & "check out" with nice music / magazines etc while I enjoy the manicure & pedicure. Failed. Television on & volume up - not my idea of relaxing. All factors matter pretty equally to me. I won't be back unless I am desperate & just hve to have my done ASAP & no other place is available. Read Less

The tools used were not autoclaved, used a drill to take off Shellac and the nail polished applied never dried. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else and feel like the money spend was a total waste... not to mention the lady destroyed my nails by drilling them. Read Less
