At first when I started reading the positive reviews on google I decided to give it a try. So far for the first two visits they have been nice and gave my family and I good customer service which is always a plus. So we decided to keep coming to this nail salon. The next couple of visit we kept going and I would NOT have to schedule an appointment for EYEBROWS for nails I understand I would call and set an appointment. But normally for eyebrows I would walk in wait a few minutes and they would take care of me in.
What really made me upset and uncomfortable was when I went back and I did not get good customer service. The vibe was not good at all the body language of the owner was very negative. I told her I want to get my eyebrows done. What she told me was, "Why did you not make an appointment I have two people who already made an appointment." Hmm coming from the owner that is something we do not want to hear as a customer. First of all I did not ask her what is her schedule like. Second of all I did not need the negative body language from her. As a owner you should make everybody feel welcome and have good time management skill. All she could have said was okay sit down and I will take care of you and let me know how long because I have child. EYEBROWS does not take a long time compare to nails. One thing for sure they will not be seeing me and child and my family because I want to feel welcome and I also want them to have good customer service.
If you do not provide the customer service you will not have customers come to your salon and the people they referred to come to your salon will no longer come because of how they were treated.

Vickie was awesome. This was the first pedicure I ever got that didn't feel like they were trying to tickle me to death! Very friendly staff and very affordable prices. I've found my new spot!

I've been going to Glow Nail Spa for about 4 months how and absolutely love it! Fair pricing, great service, and friendly employees. They even gave out gifts for Christmas. Overall 10/10.

Came here today to get a new set of nails & pedicure. I scheduled an appointment and they were already there to give us our services.The place is very clean and quiet and the staff are very friendly. The owner was very talkative and very customer service based. Their prices are very affordable and they make sure you leave their salon feeling brand new and happy.I paid $85 for a new set of nails with a gel polish, nail take down and the glow pedicure. My nail technician was very friendly and she said she hasn't done long nails in a while (I like mine extra long when compared to most) but she took her time to make sure I was pleased with the services rendered.I recommend this salon if you are looking for a simple nail salon. Their prices are super affordable and the staff is nice! If you are wanting to obtain your services as soon as you walk thru the door I suggest setting up an appointment to ensure they have the right amount of staff to complete the services asked of. Other than that, I highly recommend this hidden gem!

I have a 3 because my nail tech cut my nails to short and I simply asked her to trim them. It takes me forever to grown nails so this irritated me. The vibe in the shop is really calm. I would go back but I would request a different person.

I love this salon!! I've been several times now, and their prices are so reasonable, and they do a great job every time. The first time I went I kept messing up one of my wet nails. They were so patient with me and just kept fixing it. I The classic $12 manicure is a great deal! You even get a hand and arm massage with it. Of course the polish for these doesn't last as long as a gel manicure would, which I will pay extra for next time. Eyebrow waxing was on par with Sarah (she only works there when they are really busy though, which is so sad. She does great work!) Everyone seems to remember me when I go in, and are always quick to assist. Love this place!

I've been to this salon 4/5 times and always had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was less than. I arrived at 4:30pm...I as told there would be about a 10 minute wait until I could get my manicure. I was perfectly fine with waiting, however, 25 minutes came and went and there were 4 nail techs just relaxing in pedicure chairs on their phones with their headphones in. Two were busy with customers, and I knew I was waiting on one of them to be done, however, it was a very poor look to have 4 extra staff sitting around doing nothing. I know who the owner is there, and she wasn't around yesterday, so I think staff was taking advantage of the boss being away. I can't imagine that's an acceptable operating practice when the owner is there and its upsetting to me to see staff take advantage of the situation and provide poor customer service. I ended up being there for a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes....for a manicure.I'll only go back if I can request, Sarah, the owner to do my manicure as her work is impeccable.

I'm pretty picky about my nails, and they did a perfect job. They offered me a glass of wine and water. I'll definitely go back when I'm there next summer.

My first pedi in Dallas and I really enjoyed it. I called in advance (about 2 hours) and set up an appointment for my son and I. We arrived about 10 minutes early but they were expecting us and before our appointment time we were seated in the Big Massage chairs with the chair in full operation. The lady asked us to check the temperature and it was good so our feet was soaking as the chair kneeded and prodded our backs...awesome!!! I had the classic pedi so I was going to get my toenails worked on and my calused feet sanded down. The owner was my pedi specialist and she done outstanding job. It actually tickled a little but felt sooo goood...haha. Everyone was friendly and the facility was really clean and smelled great. I will definitely visit there again in a few weeks when my feet need grooming once again!

A few visits ago. They went up on me which is fine, and eventually I paid full price, $30, no discounts. Which I'm fine with. My visit yesterday, I paid $35 dollars and that's when I got upset. I asked why do prices keep going up??? And they told me it's $30 plus the shape of my nails.. $5
I've been getting the same shape and same everything since I've came here!!! Why am I just now, having to pay $35 for something that is originally $30
Anyways. I had a new tech do my nails this time and they look so ugly!!! All the nails on my right hand are a lot shorter than my left hand and they're not even. I'm so upset. I'm never coming here again and I regret sending all my customers to the nail salon. I regret it so much. I will make sure none of my customers ever step foot into this salon.

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure for my wedding day and could have not been more disappointed!!! I drove all the way to Garland from Plano based on their good reviews! My nail tech was very sloppy! My shellac had bubble in the color and she got it all over my skin which causes peeling after only a few days. My mom also got a pedicure and her nail tech got nail polish all over her skin. The tech also cleaned under her toes and then wiped the gunk off my top of my mom's feet! So gross and sloppy! $100 gone to waste!

Everyone is so welcoming at this nail salon and very accommodating. I never felt rushed during my entire time I was there, it was actually really fun. Even though they were busy on a Friday evening, they were so nice and the employees spoke to each other like they were family. This might seem like a small detail but I loved how they displayed the nexgen nail colors in a single stand so you can see all the nail colors right in front of you and compare instead of looking one by one. I think the manager did my nails when I went and she was so detailed and made sure my nails were nice and smooth. The salon itself is very clean and smells fresh. Last few times I've gotten nexgen nails at a different salon, I could feel dents in my nails and they were uneven. But at Glow I left with such nice nails, no dents or rough corners. This is definitely my new nail salon and their prices are amazing, $30 for nexgen with nail tips.

Loved this nail salon. I was looking for one that wasn't as loud and crowded as the salon I used to go to and was so happy that I found this little gem. The salon is in the strip mall at the northeast corner of Jupiter and Campbell road by the Desperados restaurant. It had a very clean and relaxing atmosphere, a great selection of prices for various pedicures, a 10% off student and senior discount for my mom and I (also a refer a friend discount), very friendly staff, and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job. No complaints at all, I highly recommend them!

Wonderful new nail salon! It just opened 5 weeks ago and I just found it by accident. It's located in a small shopping center with a Firestone Tire and Desperados. My nail technician, CiCi, did an excellent job and I was amazed by the price. I only paid $25 + tip, which seems to get you only a change of polish at other places. Inside the salon they have nice, new massaging pedicure chairs and mani tables. Everything was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure for my wedding day and could have not been more disappointed!!! I drove all the way to Garland from Plano based on their good reviews! My nail tech was very sloppy! My shellac had bubble in the color and she got it all over my skin which causes peeling after only a few days. My mom also got a pedicure and her nail tech got nail polish all over her skin. The tech also cleaned under her toes and then wiped the gunk off my top of my mom's feet! So gross and sloppy! $100 gone to waste!

Everyone is so welcoming at this nail salon and very accommodating. I never felt rushed during my entire time I was there, it was actually really fun. Even though they were busy on a Friday evening, they were so nice and the employees spoke to each other like they were family. This might seem like a small detail but I loved how they displayed the nexgen nail colors in a single stand so you can see all the nail colors right in front of you and compare instead of looking one by one. I think the manager did my nails when I went and she was so detailed and made sure my nails were nice and smooth. The salon itself is very clean and smells fresh. Last few times I've gotten nexgen nails at a different salon, I could feel dents in my nails and they were uneven. But at Glow I left with such nice nails, no dents or rough corners. This is definitely my new nail salon and their prices are amazing, $30 for nexgen with nail tips.

This place is awesome and makes men and women and children feel welcome. I had some calluses that were causing me problems; they were able to help me.....to the point where my podiatrist commented and noticed that I had had a pedicure! WOW! I wish I knew the young lady's name that did my pedicure; she was kind and professional and worked so hard. I'll definitely be back very, very soon! What a great place!

Loved this nail salon. I was looking for one that wasn't as loud and crowded as the salon I used to go to and was so happy that I found this little gem. The salon is in the strip mall at the northeast corner of Jupiter and Campbell road by the Desperados restaurant. It had a very clean and relaxing atmosphere, a great selection of prices for various pedicures, a 10% off student and senior discount for my mom and I (also a refer a friend discount), very friendly staff, and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job. No complaints at all, I highly recommend them!

Such a good salon! I've been going to the same salon for about 10 years and I went to Glow today bc I've been a little disappointed with my normal place and it was totally worth it! Best pedicure I've gotten in a long time. They really try to sure you are getting the best treatment while there! Highly recommend!

Wonderful new nail salon! It just opened 5 weeks ago and I just found it by accident. It's located in a small shopping center with a Firestone Tire and Desperados. My nail technician, CiCi, did an excellent job and I was amazed by the price. I only paid $25 + tip, which seems to get you only a change of polish at other places. Inside the salon they have nice, new massaging pedicure chairs and mani tables. Everything was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!
