I got the dipped into powder method for my nails, I loved the color. The gentlemen doing my nails handled my hands well but the quality of finish results was not impressive. there was an odd bumpy texture to my nails and the heavy coating left my nails looking bulky, I added fake nails too so that may have been why it looked like that. .On Sundays they are not open till 6 pm, I would make a correction to what Google has if I knew when they closed. Worst experience!! I’ve actually been to this place once before and the main girl was good. I decided to go back and she was busy so the only guy there helped me. He was rude the entire time. Pushed my arm down when I lifted it to dip my thumb in powder. When he was done he went straight to the back and didn’t even say anything to me. This Salon is BY FAR the worst salon I've been too. First of all, they were rude and when I asked for my nails to be short I was told that "long nails are better". The lady was very hurtful with the drill and hurt my nails about 5-6 times. The salon is filthy! They don't have any of they're food put away and they have clutters of stuff everywhere it's so dusty and unkept. Lastly the manager is so rude. She talks about how she wants the best for the customer but she doesn't. She legit yelled at me. When I asked for the student discount she told me I had to provide my ID card. But I just witnessed her checking someone else out and them asking for the discount and when they said they didn't have the ID she said it's okay I'll just give it to her. I should have looked to see if there was another salon in the area.  The place is very dusty. They guy did a great job, better than the new Cityline nail salon. I've had my nails done here in the past but it seems like they are hoarders. Stuff is everywhere.  I won't go back. Read Less

I hate writing a bad review but my experience was so bad that I believe this salon should be shut down. Honestly, shocked is the best word to describe how I felt when I left. Basic manners like please and thank you are missing. I had hot soup spilled on me by another technician while I was getting my nails done. She just screamed really loudly when she dropped it and did not say sorry or check to see if it got on me and didn't even ask if I need help cleaning it up or wanted a paper towel. My technician didn't even apologize. I had to ask for a paper towel and even then she said "oh" and laughed. Let's forget the fact this is a salon and I'm not sure why she had soup next to where I was getting my nails done in the first place, but I had hot soup spilled on me and wasn't even acknowledged. Believe me when I say I've been to MANY different salons.... And this is by far the worst. To start with, as soon as I walked into the salon, their pet dog literally came charging towards me trying to take my hand off!!! To continue, Not only was I not spoken to once throughout the whole process.... I was not even asked if the length of the nails is what I wanted. The step by step process consisted of skipping the basic check; if all the nails are the same length etc.... Altogether I'm just not even sure he knew exactly what he was doing based on the fact that he put the acrylics so much to the end of my nail one broke two days later.... I can go on and on. Don't waste your time here. I began coming here because their basic pedicure includes hot rocks and a warm towel wrap. However, all of the workers, especially the man, are very rude. Not to mention they always do a sloppy job. Needless to say I will not be returning, keep in mind they are not cheap either. Everything was going okay up until I accidentally messed one nail up. I asked to get it fixed and they globbed more paint on top of the mistake and it just made it look worse. Then they told me I was good to go and I asked to get some enamel spray so my nails wouldn't mess up and to make sure they were dry, but they said I was okay. As soon as I got in my car, all my nails got messed up. I had waited in there for 20 minutes for them to dry but since they globbed on so much paint, they weren't dry yet. They were horrible. Pedicure was ok but not the manicure. Lady didn't pull off the loose filling she just filed it down , didn't work on the cuticles, rushed through job, yanking my hand. Just rude. They have a small polish selection and are expensive. Not worth going back. Too many other places to choose from. Read Less

The good: My sister and I needed a pedicure at 8:30pm (when we had a babysitter) and they took us in, even though they close at 8:30. They were very nice to do so.The bad: the woman doing my toes moved so quickly it only took her 22 min to do the whole pedicure and while cutting my cuticle, actually cut my skin making it bleed. Her painting was so rapid that she put too much polish on the little brush causing it to drip down my nail. I appreciate the fact they took us in so late but probably won't come back. Read Less
