If I could give this place 6 stars I would! We were leaving for a cruise and they got my toes painted and fixed the shellac on my nails in under 15 minutes. Very relaxing and nice people. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Read Less

DO NOT USE SERVICES FOR EYELASH EXTENSION FILLS OR FULL SET!!!! Buyer beware! Went in on vacation for an eyelash extension refill, as the actual Lash Studios in town were booked. My gosh, she began to apply the lashes while my eyes were open!!!!! She actually said to keep eyes open???? She did not use the standard adhesive lash tape to tape down; she did not clean the my lashes or prep lashes. The tweezers she attempted to apply the lashes with were dirty just laying on the counter!!! She obviously was grossly untrained. October 6, 2017I'm sitting at salon currently typing this review AS IT HAPPENS!!!Young guy...Tony, who understood NO ENGLISH...he and another technician must of asked me TEN times...in 30 seconds, "what color"?"  I asked for design looks...they had none...Or didn't understand me. Who knows?So, I'm like ok just a minute let me find a photo on my phone to show you. While I'm doing that they're talking in their language...and looking at my feet...they go ..."you want Gel?" No regular. THEN AGAIN...literally back to back with the, @WhAt CoLoR....WHAT COLOR?!!" At this point...I said, "don't ask me again!" They laughed it off Stressful 2 minutes, geez!after I show my tech the photo of the design I want...another tech is explaining it to him (leopard design-metallic gold base w/black spots) I get the questions again ..."you want gel?" No thank you! I just want regular...and a basic pedi. I even point to "basic" on their menu. Then, once he starts, I "try to" direct him as needed. (cut downs) then again when he started to do a "deluxe" pedi by putting paraffin on me. I was like, nooo the basic. So, when he wiped the paraffin off with the hot towel...it was SCALDING HOT...sweet baby Jesus!!!I threw that towel off so fast and poured water I had on my R foot...at this point, I'm sedated in disbelief!Scar me for life, Tony!  Towards the end I decide on one color...because truthfully, I wasn't confident in his ability to draw/paint the design.Sooo, yeah....THATS MY STORY...traumatic as it was!  It's a clean salon. They use disposable plastic covers  in their bowls.NOTE---they had no UV Light to dry the polish on my toes.I will NOT be going back. To little English spoken for me. Read Less

Terrible. It's super expensive & they're super rude for no reason. I went to go get a refill and they charged me more than the refill price. Then the pedicure I chose was the deluxe pedicure and they ended up charging me about 60 $ for a damn pedicure all because I wanted some small little diamonds in my big toe. I agreed to it and ended up paying 120$ for my feet and nails and they were poorly done!!!! Also, I saw everybody get offered water or tea and they didn't even offer... me, I had to ask. Also, the guy was doing my pedicure was getting supervised and the man was an asshole to the poor worker. The lady doing my nails was rude too. I had my legs and bikini wax done here on 8/3/17. I was injured and it is painful. This is not a place I would recommend to get waxed. The lady did not introduce herself, so I can't tell you her name. She barely spoke at all even though I was trying to make friendly chat, but she did speak English just fine.  She went about waxing my legs with a speed and fierceness that I've never seen before. I should clarify, I get my full legs, Bikini and sometimes Brazilian, full arm, and full face waxed every 4 to 6 weeks regularly elsewhere; This is a service that I am very familiar with and used to. So when I tell you that this is painful and she did a horrible job, it's an exceptional statement. I am missing much of the skin on my inner thigh's and bikini area. I have included decent pictures above both my legs and I will date them as well.  I also have red dots from irritation and the way the skin and hair was ripped off that I usually don't have. I'm wearing shorts to swim in, I can't wear underwear or my bathing suit because of the way it irritates that skin right now. I was sweating in the waxing room because the pain was so extreme and I kept screaming a little bit. All the while, this lady kept telling me how much hair was on my legs and it was too much. Well lady, I know I'm hairy why the hell do you think I get waxed? The point of getting a wax is to get rid of unwanted hair. That's why everybody does it. Thank you for insulting me the entire time you hurt me. There actually was not a large amount of hair and my hair is not course or dark. I have blonde hair and blue eyes and the hair on my legs isn't very dark or course at all. She left me with wax everywhere as well. I had wax all over the sides of my feet and covering my legs, behind my knees, around my ankles, on my shins, and the crease of my bikini line. when she was finished she told me kinda rudely that I was going to need to wash the wax off. I got back to my hotel room, the Wax would not wash off that night. I then covered my legs and bikini area in baby powder, and I was able to wash it off the next morning. The wax that she dripped all over my feet I was able to get off with wash cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol and some elbow grease. I'm giving this place at least one star because you can't give less. I will say that the young man at the reception counter was extremely friendly and polite and helpful. He's the only reason they would get any positive feedback from me. Read Less

Spent over $45 on a manicure, and I tried to tell the girl I wanted ombre nails so many times, yet she wouldn't listen to me, when she finally did, she did a terrible job, it ended up looking as half & half instead of ombre. Waste of money and time! My friend who went with mewanted shellac and the color ended up looking like a sick yellow, also her nail tech didnt even put the antimicrobial stuff... nasty nasty. Kevin is the best! Just love him! He does my nails perfectly for me. And his pedi is fantastic! Now the only thing that I didn't care for is some of the other employees would come and stand over his shoulder watching his work. Is this a school or a professional salon . Love them! Have been using them in their old location on the Sea Wall since 2013. When they moved to Stewart, I followed! I only get my nails and pedicures....and I am very particular.......and they always make them PERFECT! I tend to use my same peeps. My advice...if you are new, EXPLAIN exactly what you want up front and they will remember you. I don't do eyebrows or anything else, however I see Tina's customers and they all love her! WARNING: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS AFTER VISITING HERE!!!  Went here on May 31, 2016 and had a fill and a pedicure. When I checked out, the guy charged me $65. I signed for $65 and left a $10 CASH tip per request (sign is on their counter).... I received an email from my card company and it alerted me that the charge was $75!! When I went back in with the proof, the lady who did my toes said that the guy had made a mistake, so he charged me more... AFTER I LEFT!!! There was no trying to make it right, as they did not see a problem with what they had done. So, here is your warning- IF you choose to go here... keep your receipts and check your statements. definitely don't like this place! first, my friend and I went in to get acrylics put on for prom. both of us experienced discomfort during the process and they used the wrong color and they nails just weren't appealing at all. then after that, my friends asked for her nails to be filed down more and the guy had an attitude with her and basically refused to do it. AND EVEN WORSE, we then were going to get a pedicure and we waited 45 maybe even and hour with our toes soaking in the water unattended before getting fed up. by then our toes were wrinkled and the water was cold and it was terrible. after that I told them I couldn't wait any longer and that I just wanted them to paint my toes and they complied but then got polish everywhere and didn't clean it off. then as we are paying, my friend tipped the man the did her nails but not to well, and he said she was cheap!!! it's been a while since that happened and I surely hope this place has improved. I went in here yesterday to have a fill and have my eyebrows done. First off the wax was so hot it burnt me. Secondly, she dropped a huge gob of wax in my hair. Didn't say anything to me. It wasn't until later I discovered it. FYI wax is NOT easy to get out of your hair. Move to the nail station to have my fill done. They lady who did my nails sat down and started eating. I get it you're hungry and need to eat something really quick, we've all been there, but please chew with your mouth closed! I preferred not to see the green slimy looking dumpling you were eating. After she FINALLY started doing my nails she rushed through it. My skin is all cut up around my nails, the polish isn't on my nails like it should be. She tried to put a base color under the color I picked saying the color wouldn't show up because its a glittery polish. I had to tell her 3x's not to do it. She finally did what I was asking but rolled her eyes in the process. Acrylic and polish was left all over my skin. And to top it all off, she wouldn't even give me time to sit under the UV light to dry my nails because it was 5:50 and they closed at 6. Oh yeah, and not to mention the lady continuously coughed towards me and never once covered her mouth.  Worst nail experience I've ever had. I will NEVER go back here. Read Less

This place deserves these 5 stars! Before I start please disregard every negative review you see here, but it simply can't be true. All of the girls are nothing but amazing, and yes, all of them do speak English. What I love about them is that they always respect your appointment time. They are always professional, they are also the sweetest people ever, they are always offering me water or tea. I love that they give you nothing less than perfection. Their designs are probably out of this world, and they use only but the best of nail products, and I would know because my gel nails last me about a month, until they grow out. My manicure was horrible. First, the polish didn't completely cover my nail. When I asked him to fix, he didn't speak english. Another operator pointed out the problem. Thinking he would correct the issue was a mistake. Instead, polish now covered my cuticles! I pointed it out and his solution was to cut the cuticles! I came here on a whim thinking it wouldn't be too crowded based on location WRONG!!They were very crowded and I ended up leaving and returning an hour before they closed. The staff is very friendly and they provide a complimentary glass of wine as you get a pedicure but if you're not getting a pedicure and ask for a glass, they'll give you one without a problem.Tina does the best eyebrows.The place is big and very beautifully decorated.
