I go here often bc it is close. It is a hit or miss. The pics taken are a little over a week old from the initial visit but the condition of the nails remains from day one. I actually went back the next day and had them fixed only to have them break again that same day. They were really uneven on the thickness throughout the nails. And I got charged for the fix! I also know this happens at most salons but I get so annoyed at the constant attempt at upselling. I don't want to pay 5 more dollars to have some rocks rubbed on my legs. I was there with a bridal party this morning/day of the wedding and all the girls had a great experience but the lady who did my nails was very rude and was rushing. I assure you I'm not 'that customer' and I usually let little things go, but this was too noticeable. As I kept asking her to please fix them, she kept getting annoyed. I didn't want to ruin the vibe of my friend's special day so, I stopped and let it go. Instead here is a picture of the nails when I got back to our hotel room right after. I'm highly disappointed. Cuticles are dry and look as I've been biting them and you can still see blood, white lines on the French tip are crooked. I could've done a better job myself. Terrible out of town experience. I came here with my wedding party in August. I went in before hand to see if they could do Spiderman nails for the theme of my wedding and was told yes. So when I'm getting my pedicure done they start on my nails and I'm told they cant do that design. I was livid. my nails came out crooked as did all of my other guests from the wedding. I went in with my mother, the lady who did my nails did an okay job but the lady who did my moms was so bad!! She gave her the lumpiest french tips and didn't cover her nails with clear do it was super chunky. We could tell she wanted to do it fast just to get to the next customer. My mom ended up removing the polish because it was a mess. The worst part was that when we finished they tried to charge my mom even though she left with nothing on her nails. It was awful... I have had dipping powder.. but this employee had no idea. I said to thin... Within a week 5 total broke.... 2 were fixed (separate days). My worst nail experience.... EVER. Not only did I receive terrible service (see pictures if you don't believe me!!), but I had a gift card here that the salon REFUSED to honor. I paid $50 to not have my cuticles trimmed, for my manicurist to not paint my nails down to the cuticle, to get slanted toenails and to get sloppy work with polish still on my skin. Deluxe Pedicure was ok, like a 6/10 . Gel Manicure was insulting! I don't understand this flare shape that they love at this salon and think is "natural". My nails were in PAIN for 4 hours and still hurt a bit 12 hours later. After it became excruciating, I discovered a bunch of gel under my fingernails that I used a tweezers to scrape off, giving some relief, but there's still some I can't reach. OUCH. No clean up was done.Tell them if you want cuticle care... they used a dremel to buff my nails, scraping the cuticles and were just going to leave them raggedy until I mentioned it at the end. Gross. Then, she cut them showing me "wow there's so much cuticle!" ... umm yeah! That's why I came in for a manicure, hello?! I didn't just come to get the signature duck foot shaped fingernail.It took 3 attempts to make a very simple geometric nail art design (a triangle in a circle) so stick to your Basic flowers and swirls. My girl Bic is on point with my eyebrows.  She always does a fantastic job. My companion and I come in for pedicures together,  she loves Bic so I let her have my appointment  I had T last time and boy that man gave me the best leg and foot massage I have ever had. I could feel it for days. I left with my feet silky soft. Love this place. I am a walk in for eyebrows but it's good to make an appt for other services if you have a favorite technician. Read Less

I have been here on five different occasions now since my last review. In fact I am here now updating my post. Same treatment, it's convenient but I am finding a new shop.  My nails were nice.  Place is lovely and doesn't have that strong product smell. I gave it 2.5 because I always get more than the basic treatment and they never offer me water or wine like they do to other clients.  May be they think bc I am of an ethnic background, I won't tip. I took a chance on my little sister's first pedicure experience by taking her to this new place, and let me tell ya, it did not disappoint! + Our techs were sweet and service was friendly and efficient. + Prices were not posted but were reasonable. $24/basic pedicure which includes cleaning around the nails, hot towels, and foot and calf rub & scrub. + + All their equipment came in sterilized packets and there was hardly a trace of the "nail smell".This might be the last luxury this mama-to-be gets to enjoy for a long time! Been many times---consistently good service and clean salon. Love that they use disposable plastic bags for each customer.
