She didn’t pay attention and when I told her what I wanted she didn’t do that she made my nails wayyy too short and got mad when I pointed it out. Almost all my nails are crooked or have black spots. ...
She didn’t pay attention and when I told her what I wanted she didn’t do that she made my nails wayyy too short and got mad when I pointed it out. Almost all my nails are crooked or have black spots. And on top of all that at the end she left super glue all over my freaking fingers. I’m never going back there and I hope this review helps those who want honesty.

Worst place to go to! I went in for a full set of French and The lady rushed it. She kept burning me with the buffer . I told her the length I wanted and she cut them too short and then filed them do...
Worst place to go to! I went in for a full set of French and The lady rushed it. She kept burning me with the buffer . I told her the length I wanted and she cut them too short and then filed them down so much! I kept jerking my hand back and closing my eyes because it hurt so bad. Then I asked for the nails to be square and some edges are rounded off and others are squared off. They look terrible. Never going back to this place

Everyone was extremely polite. The young lady who performed my pedicure was very sweet, professional, and accommodating. Wide service selection at reasonable prices considering there's a large tourist population. Best pedicure I've had in over 5 years. Great nail color selection as well. The only bad part is having to walk out because my feel and legs feel fantastic. If I was a local, I'd make Bell's my go to. If you're traveling to Galveston, don't get your mani or pedi done beforehand. Wait to get here and go to Bell's

Came here during Christmas, place was super packed and I didn't have an appointment but Lily squeezed me in. I didn't wait that long (considering I did not have an appointment) she gave me a 10% off for waiting and a Korean green tea lotion. I had a full set done with chrome and I liked how she shaped my nails. Two weeks later and it's still looking good so I went back for the second time for a refill. The place is ok, can use some dusting on the counter(hence the 3 stars) but great selection of powder and gel colors. Lily works super fast, doesn't talk much but she gets the job done. I heard Ken is also great. Will try him next time and a pedicure.

I went there with my three other girlfriends to get our nails done for graduation. The staff were all very nice and patience . They listen to want who want because we all of of picky and indecisive. They know what to do to make our nails look good . Overall I love my nails ! I got sort of like a glitter pink ombré glitter nails . And they also give your Christmas gift ! A cute pink box of lavender lotion and a bow on it ! And the owner know how to wax eyebrow very well because she did my and I got a lot of compliments.

First off, when this spot opened I was there. Everyone that comes to Galveston & asks about a salon I send them here. I have been truly loyal to this salon since they opened .. so I do feel bad for this review. It could have been just the specific person I got today but I'm not impressed. I made an appointment for my girlfriends and I for 4:30 and they didn't start on our pedicures until after 5:30. Our water ran cold and they did not warm it back up until they started working on us. They were very polite and said sorry about the wait, which is fine.. but don't let us make an appointment for a certain time when you know you will be busy with other appointments. She cuts my toenails slanted and I assume she will file them down and starts to paint without asking me if my nails were okay. I look down and asked her to make them rounder, they literally look like 90° angles on either side. She takes the file, fixes one nail and starts painting again. I asked her again to make them round because they were sharp and I wanted them rounder. She goes to the same nail she "fixed" before and then starts painting again. I'm not one to cause a scene, I do realize it's a pedicure and I will live. It's not that big of a deal but I'm paying for a service, and asked for it to be corrected twice and it was not.Again, very disappointed that I have to go home and re-file and paint my nails again.

This place gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. I got the #4 pamper me. She did an amazing job on the massage, wax scrub etc and painting. Will definitely come back.

She didn’t pay attention and when I told her what I wanted she didn’t do that she made my nails wayyy too short and got mad when I pointed it out. Almost all my nails are crooked or have black spots. And on top of all that at the end she left super glue all over my freaking fingers. I’m never going back there and I hope this review helps those who want honesty.
