Absolutely hands down the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Not only did I pay $30 which was the price of getting a full set with french tips and never got the French tip so basically I started out in 25 and I had to pay $5 extra for her to do my cuticles which you would think that come with the price and never did get the French tip so I paid $30 and total for her to totally mess my nails up with a clear coat I will never go back to this place as a matter of fact I'm pissed that I didn't get my money back Read Less

Worse place ever. My Grand daughter went to have her nails done and used her own money that she made babysitting her nails are all uneven and look like crap. I was going to march her up there and complain in person but the poor thing says no MiMi I just won't go back. My advice don't go there. The inside of the shop is very pretty, unfortunately the quality wasn't. They did not use sterilized tools for each customer. The tools has residue evident from previous filing and files retrieved from a plastic bag, then tossed back in after finishing. The brush also was not fresh. The tenant had difficulty applying the nail tip powder, so changed to a lighter pink product, which she was able to work. White from previous tips (King Nails in Missouri) was not covered on the... edges and the white remained visible. I requested a gold line, but did not like it because the color did not look good with the light nail tip. After finishing the top coat, the division at the bed was very visible and looked very tacky. I called it to her attention and she blamed it on the lifting of the previous application and did not attempt to correct. I said she should at least discount the service, because I have and can done better myself untrained. I am sadly displease with the quality of work! I have been coming here off and on for a couple years. I am not a regular spa customer, but enjoy a pedicure every once in a while. I have never had a bad experience here. I never feel rushed, even yesterday when they were a little busy due to the holiday weekend. Always a pro job too! I highly recommend this place! Read Less

I have gone there 3 times before today and had my eyebrows colored and waxed and left very happy but today was different. When the lady was finished she handed me the mirror. I didn't have my glasses on and could just tell that the color was good. On my way home I looked in the mirror and there was a big gap in my left one and the right one wasn't shaped right. My youngest granddaughter could have done better than this. I won't go back!! Read Less

Unfortunately I had to edit my last review. The first time I went to this place it was the best leg massage from a nail salon I've ever had. An older man performed the pedicure and he was very talented at the pedi, but another lady did the polish, which wasn't amazing but still the rest of the service out shined the lack in polish perfection. So I gave them 5 stars. But these last two times I've gotten pedicures they have really gone down hill. (The older man didn't do either pedicure) so the massages were terrible, rubbing in one circular motion with very light pressure for 5 minutes on the same spot. It was torture, I finally ask him to move to the other side of my leg or the back, but it didn't get any better.  Plus the polish got worse each time. This last time I also got gel polish on my fingernails. They painted it on my cuticle and blamed it on me!  On the plus side they lowered their prices 20%! So if you want to risk it, to try and get the older man, with the new lower price it may be worth it. Other wise try another place in town and let me know what you think! Read Less

I'm normally not someone that complains about service at any place but I went to q spa for my birthday (June 30) and had the worst experience! They rushed through my pedicure and just throw polish on my toes. I had polish all over my skin. Then the manicure, wow! He rubbed my arm so hard it left a bruise, he kept rubbing hard after me telling him it hurt. Then the polish was so thick after sitting for 20 minutes in the dryer they still bubbled. This is hands down, THE PLACE to meet all your nail needs. I've gone to all of the other nail salons in town and after going to Q, I would never go back to any of the other places. I started going here a few months ago because I kept seeing and hearing great reviews. Their nails look wonderful. I've gotten pedicures, regular manicures, gel and acrylic all on different occasions. Everyone is super nice and There is no wait. The prices for the most part are reasonable. I am done going here now after my experience a few days ago...I wanted to take a break from my acrylic nails and just got a manicure. Easy enough right? This lady gets one of the nail tips they use for a new set and used it to pull my old nails off. She used it to jar them off of my nail beds and literally ripped them off. I just took the regular polish off at home because it's already chipping (as expected) and I noticed one of my nails was hurting rather bad. Once I was able to see it, it is very damaged and bruised. This is absolutely not acceptable. I also noticed that all of the licenses on the walls are several years expired. This is not how nails are to be taken off. They are supposed to be soaked and dissolved in acetone. Please save yourself the pain and don't go here. I'm going elsewhere from now on. Who knows how long it'll take my nails to heal now.
