Pedicure was nice but had to wait like 20 min until someone was available. I soaked so long my feet made my body to hot. Nails are uneven and look smudged and I got the dip. Only good thing was that they had beer which you don't see too often. Read Less

This was my go to salon but the past couple of times I've been really dissatisfied. Tried to give them another try and I knew better. Johnny has messed up the shape of my nails on a couple of occasions; I love stiletto. Today took the cake. I wanted to try coffin for the first time ever and they look like crap. He seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and did a half ass job shaping them. It's really hit or miss with him and lately with my experience it's been a miss. I will not be going back. Read Less

I've made the mistake of going to many other salons around the area because of convenience or coupons and none of them can beat the pricing, quality or customer service of this place. The staff is always welcoming and personable and make you feel like a regular after only two visits. My pedicures and next gen/gel manicures are always perfect and last longer than from any other salon I've been too. And their pricing is equal to and sometimes lower than what you can get from another salon using a coupon. Love this place!! Read Less

This place is so wonderful! My husband and I walked in for a dip for me and a manicure for him, we were greeted right away and taken care of right away! We had a husband and wife team working on our hands, they were so friendly and very thorough! If I lived in Frisco or the surrounding area I would most certainly go back here! I have been going to Spa Nails 7 for over 8 years now! They have taken care of me and many members of my family throughout all of my high school years through now! They are wonderful! No matter who you get, they will do a fantastic job! I specifically get acrylic nails that I like to look very natural! Their pedicures are awesome! I got the NEXGEN last time I was there by Johnny and he rocked, as always! They always ask how my grandmother and brother are, and offer soda or wine. This place is the best! Not only do my nails always look great but they last much longer than any other nail place I have been to. Kathy and Johnny are awesome but you can't go wrong with anyone that works there. They also have a huge selection of colors in whatever you are looking to do (gel, nexgen/dip, polish). Not thrilled with the final product, but it's acceptable and customer service was very good. Staff were all welcoming and talked to their clients, not each other. Another awkward situation and throw in some rude for flavoring. I walked in and I think I was directed to a chair but it was really just a quick hand gesture towards a chair and then a flip of the fingers towards the nail colors. Weird and awkward. I left, not going back. Read Less

Excellent prices and great customer service. Free beverage water, soda, wine. The massage chairs are comfortable, the foot rests are hard plastic, not cushioned but for the price I can definitely sacrifice cushions. I feel this was a clean and very well kept salon, with walk-in appointments available. Additionally they did not hurt my feet with scrubbing or cutting like some salons have done. Just moved here from Iowa, and I'm used to the awful condition my feet are in after a harsh winter. This winter made my feet so dry I didn't know what could make them better! Thankfully, these ladies did! My feet are so clean & moisturized! This wonderful staff is tucked in the same area as a neighborhood WalMart and a Frozen Yogurt place. I had a horrible experience at a different salon here in Frisco. I developed two ingrown toenails on my big toes. It hurts soooo bad I could not wear shoes and could not let even my blankets touch my feet. Kathy and Johnny told me to let them fix me up before I went to a Podiatrist. One day Johnny took over and fix them both and by the next day the pain was gone!!! I now call him Dr Johnny. Ladies you've got to try Spa Nail 7 Salon, off Lebanon and Legacy in Frisco. I just moved to Frisco and I was looking for a salon close to my new place. I decided to try Spa Nails 7. The staff is really friendly. It's a smaller salon, so you don't get lost in the crowd. They actually cut nails properly and do a great job painting! Kathie, the owner, is always there. Their service is fantastic and their prices are great.
