I have been a customer for several months and have spent A LOT of money here. Today, I decided to look at my receipt and noticed they charge 5$ to take off any gel or acrylics. I would be fine if that was the reason I came in. BUT they are charging an additional 5$ ON TOP of the fill or new set. Why on earth wouldn't that be included since they have to take them off to put on the new set or new gel? So today I got gauged 15$ extra! Sad to say I will NOT be going back. I love this nail salon! Overall atmosphere and the people are just amazing. Definitely a place to relax - just as the name suggests :) I've been going there for close to 2 years now. All the technicians have their own style and method of doing nails but the outcome great! The big plus of the salon is that they do care about sanitization to keep clients safe! Read Less

Excellent service, clean salon, friendly staff. Christine possibly does the best NextGen nails I've ever had done in the many years I've had them. She is precise, consistent, and able to make them thin - more natural looking (the way I prefer). And Jo does a positively wonderful pedicure! The BEST pedicure massage by far!!! And my toes look great & feet are actually smooth. The salon is clean, peaceful (no TVs, no random fountains, just clean, serene decor & music), and all the staff is friendly and professional. And if you want a selection of beverages while you're there, they've got it. Including hot tea. Highly recommend!Read Less

I love Serenity for my nails. I used to go to a bigger place down the road but it was always a hit or miss in terms of customer service. Vincent does my nails ombré. Very clean and nicely decorated!! Has a spa feel and is comfortable. They offer an assortment of drinks, including wine. Serenity has a lot of employees, so the wait is not all that long. They are not like other places that will seat you in a pedicure chair full of water so that you're trapped and have to stay (seriously HATE that). They work quickly to get to you without an appointment!  Although, I would advise making an appointment. There is not a lot of parking spaces close to the door. Be prepared to park in the bank, grocery store, or across the street lots to find parking at busy times. Not a big deal, but worth noting. I just moved to the area from south Louisiana and was nervous to try somewhere new because I loved my nail salon in Louisiana. However, I loved my mani/pedi at Serenity!  I chose the citrus mani/pedi combo and couldn't be happier! The massages were amazing and my nails look fantastic! I love that there are curtains to divide each client and the overall look and feel of this nail salon is beautiful and relaxing...top notch! I also enjoyed a couple of mimosas while here, so request that or wine if you want an adult beverage .  On top of all of this, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, I noticed multiple people cleaning as I was getting my mani/pedi done.  My pedi was done by Jo and mani by Ken and they both did a wonderful job, I will be requesting them for sure! I went on a Thursday afternoon and was in and out in about an hour-1/2.  You can make appointments here and I would recommend that on weekends because they told me that the weekend gets busy. I've been here several times, it's always super clean. Staff is always friendly, they are hard workers with the amount of traffic they get. Their prices are reasonable, not over-priced. I absolutely LOVE serenity nails, they are hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. Jo does my pedicures every time and always makes a huge effort to make sure I am comfortable and everything is to my liking. From the moment I walk in she remembers what drink I like, how warm I like my water to be and the colors I usually pick. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my experience every time. From the people who work there to the decor, the environment is very relaxing, friendly and clean. The last time I went I didn't end up liking the color I picked for my nails, they stayed over an hour after closing time to switch my color even after I said It was my fault for picking that color and I would gladly come back another day to change it. They make you feel like family here and take the time to do everything right! Now that I've been here, I will never go anywhere else! Read Less
