Pretty Nails & Spa is fairly new in my area, so I tried them out. I loved it. I was a walk in and I was seated right a way. I was a bit nervous due to a medical condition that causes my nerve endings in my fingers to be highly sensitive. Frankly, the sander horrified me. However, Michelle proved to be highly experienced with unparalleled in her knowledge and skill. I explained my condition to her and she successfully took all necessary precautions and skill to make sure I was safe. I chose the "next gen" process and my nails look awesome. Today was my second appointment with her and I plan to become a permanent client. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are very customer oriented and eager to please. I have been using this nail salon for a while.. Pedicures were awesome.. I found Tony, he was on point with doing my nails. Let's jus say ladies nails and toes pretty close to $100. There's finally a nail place that is walking distance from me! I've been wanting to try out this place and I finally got the chance to today. If you're looking for decent service, you'd be satisfied with this place. Customer service is alright. They'll speak in Vietnamese around you and that gets a little uncomfortable, especially for customers that don't understand it. But the place is clean and bigger than I expected. For pedicures - they surprisingly put a liner in without you asking to, which is a good sign. I watched my technician pull out new tools out of a bag which is also a good sign. For gel manicures - they're pretty quick about it and the work is clean. I would come back for the convenience. Read Less

I actually used to love this place, until the last time that I went and ended up with terrible pain on my thumb for over a week. The nail tech had clearly not paid attention on how to cut cuticles or do nails. I had gel color on to begin with that she had to remove. I think she soaked my nails for about 2 minutes before taking off the foal and started scraping away. Apparently unaware you have to let them sit a few minutes to eat through the color or else your tear off half the nail scraping away! Then to make matters even more painful, when she was doing my cuticles she started pretty much cutting half my thumb skin away around my thumb! It got to the point I had to ask her to stop because after she worked on my thumb for I kid you not over a minute, it was time to tell her "YOU GOT THE DANG CUTICLE". I'm pretty sure she cut the entire top layer of the sides of my thumb off. It was sooooo painful for the next week and a half or so I could honestly barely use my thumb for much. Wanted to continue to love this place because it's so close to my house but nope, never again will I be going there. Read Less
