awful customer service,bad nail service.I paid 35$ +TIP for gel nails and its not even been 2 days and two of my nails already chipped off and broke,I asked lady to use silver nail paint on one of my nail and she made expressions like i just asked her to give me million dollar.I told this to manager (I am not sure if she was the manager but she was the one doing billing n stuff),she said something in her language to the lady who did my nails and they both started screaming at each other, it was embarrassing. Very happy to know there is a place close to my job. This place is WORTH IT. They treat you like a special guest, and my nails were done exactly how I wanted them done. It is really good and technicians are always on point with a job. The place can get crowded so you should have an appointment beforehand. I had a pedicure and manicure at Picasso today . Worst pedicure and menicure . Terrible service , they don't know their  job . The nail polish applied is so untidy , hand and foot massage no timer was used . They seemed so disinterested., they were not busy even . Will never go again !!!!!! Read Less

This place has gone downhill recently. I have been a loyal patron and for the most part been happy with the service. It seems like their good nail techs left. I went in for a pedi and ended up with a bleeding toe from my skin being cut off and a sloppy polish application. I think I’m going to have to find a new place to go sadly. Read Less

My new favorite nail salon, the staff is amazing and super friendly! I'm in love with how my nex-gen manicure turned out and the awesome fall colors of my pedicure (which was recommended)! The place is clean, comfy and don't get me started on how wonderful those massage chairs are! My friend and I had planned on getting massages after getting out nails done and seriously we didn't need to! All staff is super friendly and accommodating. There can be a bit of a wait if it's busy, but they always try to help everyone in a timely manner while providing excellent service. I have been coming here for 6 months and the service was always good. Unfortunately I will be finding another nail salon as they now charge you an extra $5 to take off the nexgen that they put on. I've never EVER had a salon charge me to take off polish when I'm paying for another service. The service is almost the same comparing to elsewhere. But they charge too much for the same thing. I would not recommend to come here regularly.  It will become very pricy. It is the first time I got charged more for adding a glitter on my  my finger and toes. It is $35 for gel manicure and sparkling pedi for $29 dollar. I love, love, love this place!!!!! The staff is professional, courteous and attentive. The establishment is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. And my nail technician Helen is PHENOMENAL!!!! She has been doing my nails, as well as my niece, for a while now and we absolutely love her. Terrible service, my 7 year old grandson gives better foot messages and that wave of the file across my little toe tickled no calloused skin removed. And the bonus she rub the sugar scrub down my leg on the top of my foot and pushed my leg into the foot bath. It took me longer to type that comment than the sugar scrub lasted. Read Less

I recently received a gift card to this location and read reviews. I immediately didn't want to go, because of the bad ones. I was reassured by a friend and went in today with my 4 year old. Don did a WONDERFUL job on my toes and massaged my legs to where they felt like jelly. They treated my daughter with such kindness and made both of our feet looks so pretty! We were seated within 2 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be coming back, and I will be requesting Don every time. Great job! You guys won me over. :) Read Less

What a great salon! The employees are very nice and plentiful!  All their pedicure chairs are massage chairs and it's very clean!  We went in for pedicures , a neck massage and my friend had her nails filled with the "flawless" fill. I go there all the time but yesterday the girl was basically dialing it in. It wasn't busy and she rushed through the whole pedi. My feet were a good two months plus without a pedi and needed some help. She barely pumiced them and they are pretty rough in a lot of areas. I even got paraffin and they are still rough. My nail polish looks great but my heals look like crap. I've been there on the weekends when it's super busy and had better service. I need to get my nails done on Monday but I'm not sure I'll go to Picasso with all the other options in the neighborhood. Read Less

I had a coupon so my friend and I came here for pedicures. This was my first time.The girl my friend got was good. She was friendly and gave my friend a relaxing looking pedi. We asked for a ladybug design. I verified that they would be okay doing it after showing a picture. They said yes The girl who did my pedi seemed new.  She didn't understand an ounce of English. She was rally rough. Skipped any type of foot or leg rub. She did the design but I had to kind of ask her to add more detail to it to make it look like it was supposed to.  Who knows maybe it was her first time.They got us in and out quickly.
