I cannot rave enough about the service given at SpaMi!!! This is my first time visiting Frisco, Texas, I’m here as the maid of honor for a wedding. I wanted to do a nice spa day for the bridesmaids and SpaMi accommodated ALL of our needs. We were able to get mani/pedis AND massages!! The staff was amazing! Super sweet and very attentive. AV did an excellent job on my nails! It was my first time getting my nails done with the tips and they look BEAUTIFUL!!! She even dipped them for me!!! Visited this place for the first time yesterday. Well apparently it’s under new management so lots have changed. My experience was not good and I didn’t enjoy it. I waited 15 minutes before they got to me. I wasn’t offered any refreshment and had to ask for it after she started my nails. That was 20 minutes into arriving, not okay. Not to mention, a lady was trying to check out and had to wait around for 30 minutes because the lady checking her out kept saying she didn’t know how to use their system yet. Literately, I sat as they did my nails and thought that poor lady is never going to get out of here!! The lady even started crying bc she was so frustrated w/everything. My nails turned out pretty however that was after the lady (I think her name was lee) hurt me 3 different times bc she was rushing I guess. Everything was just out of whack and kinda crazy. This place is amazing and unlike any other nail salons in the area. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and explained how SpaMi incorporates reflexology into their pedicure options. I chose the 25 minute reflexology pedicure and it was amazing! Massage first then pedicure after. They give you a warm blanket and have comfortable lie-back chairs. I had the best experience here! I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was offered a drink, given a blanket, and treated like royalty. I like that the chairs didn't have a brutal massage attachment. It was a high end treatment at a chop shop price.  I will be back! Read Less

I needed a fresh pedicure for spring break so I decided to give Spa Mi a try. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. They had a lot of colors to choose from and I wasn't rushed. The pedicure room was dimly lit with cool blue lighting and relaxing music playing in the background. I probably could've fell asleep in my chair. This nail spa was fantastic! I came in from a recommendation of a friend and had a very relaxing and fun experience.  The room to get pedicures is lit with low blue lights and relaxing music. I recently came to this spa to get a gel manicure. I was looking forward to this experience but unfortunately, it did not meet my standards. When I got to the salon, I chose the nail color I wanted. I then got seated with my technician. He was slightly rude and quickly put on the coats of gel polish, which were not evenly put on. Although he cut my nails, he did not massage my arms, which I paid for in the manicure. My nails are not an even color throughout and I am super disappointed. I will not be returning. Read Less

I went here to get my nails painted again with gel and a nail fix and had the worst experience ever. I am from Missouri and I do nails myself and what they had did to me looked like a 10 year old kid can do. The store was very nice and clean but the nail technician, he kept pushing that I need a fill when I had just gotten a full set of nails a couple days before. I politely said no and he rolled his eyes. My nail that he fixed his way shorter than the others and is crooked and when he painted it it was super lumpy and chipped the next day when I went to the lake. I have never had gel chip on me EVER!! I called and came back the next day and the manger fixed it and it looks the same!! Only difference was the polish was a little bit better. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Read Less

Best nail experience ever ! I was greeted once I came in and they noticed I was new to the salon and they told me what was the best pedicure the one everyone got and honestly I trued it , First I picked the colors I wanted for my pedicure and put it in a basket and waited till the water was filling up the little tub and I was taken to this dark place very relaxing and i was offered water or something to drink , then I was sitting on a chair while they gave me a message on my back and neck and it was honestly really good I felt so relaxed then after it was done I switched to the pedicure seat and they started messaging my feet with this lotion that had like an essential oil scent ! Smelled really good and relaxed me throughout the massage ! Then after that was done they switched me to the nail technician and she was very sweet and did my nails very well her name was Tanishia ! Very sweet and did my nails perfect and fast!  After she was done I went to the front to pay and it was nice because she asked " would you like to give any tips " and I said yes well honestly I forget to give tips so it was amazing that she asked! Beautiful on the inside, well appointed rooms and excellent service truly defines this nail spa! If you are looking for a clean, relaxing, cozy nail spa look no further! I was in desperate need of a pedicure and decided to drop in and I'm glad I did. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable from start to finish. There are separate rooms for pedicures and manicures which gives one a bit more privacy to relax and take a nap without being jolted every time the door opens. The pedicure room is off from the manicure room and has dimmed lighting, however if you like to read there are table lamps available. This is the only spa that I've been to that offers a reflexology massage instead of the massage chairs, the hands on approach is far superior to the mechanical service. My package included a foot, leg, scalp and shoulder massage which I found to be extremely relaxing! The nail tech provided me with a blanket and offered refreshments throughout my service. At the end of my pedicure the nail tech plugged in a small fan to dry my polish. Needless to say I'm super happy with the way my pedicure turned out and I definitely will return! Read Less

My family set up a surprise pedicure package for my Mother's Day treat, and what a Treat it was!!!!!  This place is bigger than it appears and is setup so much nicer than I'm used to. The staff is nice and professional. I had Tee, who took care of my pedicure but before her, I was massaged by a wonderful male massage therapist who made my tense muscles melt!!! 5 Stars are for Zendra no one currently on Frisco's staff can match her skill level. Take her out the equation and it's just an average nail shop with cool lighting and concept.Zendra is the best nail tech ever; losing her has me switching locations . The frisco location is clean the massage services are great. The front desk team is like a revolving door each interprets the products differently. That said location is worth a try for yourself; just trust your gut! Read Less

My husband actually Yelped this place as a Valentine's gift for a pedi. It's pretty big and there are several locations. There's even an Allen location opening up soon off of Stacy. Not only do they have the typical nail salon type services, but they even do massages and facials. I actually like the pedicure area because it's nice and dark with mood lighting so it's very relaxing. The massage normally accompanies the pedi and it's not an extra charge. You get the shoulder/neck/back massage first, depending on which package you choose. Then you still get the whole pedi experience along with drinks of your choosing. Omg my perfect little oasis when I'm in the mood to be pampered. Everyone is so inviting all from the nail techs to the owner. I currently get my nails, pedis, and eyelash extensions done here. Had a pedicure and facial. I did enjoy the back and shoulder massage performed at the beginning of the pedicure by a gentleman there. Once he was done with the massage a young lady came over and took over the pedicure and then the facial. The pedicure itself was nice except she constantly tried to get me to get a membership. I understand that she probably gets something for the membership, but can you not ask every two minutes. We switched into the facial room, where then she proceeded to tell me about her life problems. That sounds mean, but I'm here to relax and not hear about her newly ex-fiancé, her ex husband, how she has to move the next day with no place to go and how she is conflicted about going back to her ex husband. That was bas enough, but she is getting more and more upset as she went through her tale, so her pressure is getting harder and harder. By the time we got to the scalp massage I had to tell her to stop.I got home and actually looked at my toes! She had cut them down to the quick, except the huge hang nail she left on my big toe. The next morning my scalp was actually sore from her massage. This isn't so much the salon as the one employee, wish I remembered her name. But, a business is no better than their worst employee. The receptionist explained how everything would work and I was taken to a separate room for the pedicure! You have to experience this! I loved the royal treatment that I received here. I enjoyed much needed reflexology for 50 minutes, a spa pedicure, and gel manicure.
