I go here on a regular basis. Lucy (the Owner) is amazing! She is creative and listens to what you want your nail style to be. She offer suggestions and gives you her honest opinion on if a color combination will look right or not. I used to drive all the way down to Addison and I no longer need to do so. We all know how hard it is to get a new nail technician and if you are like me (long nails and particular about them) you know the anxiety that creeps up when finding a new service provider. So..lets talk turkey here: I love this place. I live in the area and was driving all the way down to Addison (30 min w/o traffic) for almost 10 years. The staff remembers your name, Lucy is awesome at her craft and she can replicate a picture like no other. I often compare with my friends who enjoy longer nails as well and I always find myself saying 'my tech is better than yours'! Her customer service is phenomenal, Tammy does EXCELLENT pedicures, they last long and if you want honest opinions on your colors she will give them to you. I am jazzed! After just moving here from Southern California, I've been to five nail salons looking for just the right fit. I found it! Le Nails & Spa. It is clean, comfortable and medium priced. My wife and I would come here everyday if we could. Le nails and spa is the only place I have been to that doesn't rush you out. They offer hand and neck messages while getting a mani or pedi. I have been a loyal customer and have been going there for my nails since a long time. I had a terrible experience last time where all my skin around nails has red rashes now, even after I told him that my skin is sensitive. The lady who was doing my nails left in the middle to attend another customer. I was told the wrong price before starting and then charged a ridiculous amount after the service. And nobody asked me for water but at the same time other customers were being offered cold drinks, etc. Very disappointing experience, will never go again!! Read Less

Quality could have been a tad bit better; noticed something stinging on my toe when I went to bed and a piece of my nail was hanging off the side bc the lady had clipped off too much. I'm sorry but these 5 star reviews are either very old or fabricated. I went to this salon recently and my first time with Lucy was very good.  The 2nd time my nails looked terrible, several short nails amongst the longer "preferred" nails....it looked like a few got bitten off!  3rd time was just ok but I would rate it almost towards the lowest as I was in the salon for 2 1/2 for a manicure.  Good God, this doesn't deserve 5 stars!!!  Lucy is full of herself and she is trying to do too many things at once and trying to do numerous customers at the same time, thus you'll be there up to 3 hours because of this overworked crap!!!!  Go somewhere else! Talk about full-service nail salon! These guys truly care about you and go the extra mile. Not only did I get my nails done, the owner took care of my six-month-old while I finally got some me time! Most painful pedicure I've had. Massage was weak. Asked for extra on feet and ankles, she did the legs.  Got charged the extra three without being asked. Back to the old days of the sunscreen top coat that they auto added without asking. Won't be back. Read Less

We booked 3 Spa pedicures here the day of for my mom's birthday. They were very, very nice from the time we pulled up to the time we walked out. They greeted us at the door and had everything ready to go. The owner was hilarious and all of the ladies were kind. The owner's daughter was even there and showed us some of her wonderful artwork. As a surprise they went and bought a cute birthday cupcake. All of this and their work was stellar! These days you can go to a million places for a service. What makes places stand out and keeps you going back is the customer service, professionalism, and relationships that are built. We will definitely be back. Read Less

Dirty reuses same file, buffer, foot scrubs that can cut you, owner can never keep any of the nail techs appointment correct they are always speaking Chinese, owner continue to lie about the discount she promises, spa chairs are filthy uses no disinfected to clean the spa, would recommend n advise not to come here Read Less
