Well, I decided to try this place (even though I'd read some lack-luster reviews) because I have a few friends who liked it, it's a bit closer to home, and the website made it look so luxurious. So, I bypassed my favorite nail salon and decided to try this one. Sadly, I was not impressed. First of all, it's really small, but luckily it wasn't busy at 3:30 PM on a Monday. However, the Starbucks next door was hoppin', and the parking lot was crowded and hectic. The place is really small, and they only have 3 nail stations and 4-5 pedicure chairs. While I chose a color for my nails, the technician started the water for my pedicure and headed to the back, I assumed to gather supplies. After searching through the relatively small nail polish selection, I got myself into the massage chair and figured out how to work it. When she came back out, she put a scoop of some kind of powder into the water, but it was readily available in the salon, and she didn't have any other supplies, so I am not sure why she went to the back without helping me get settled for my pedicure. And, she never even asked if I wanted a manicure - something they always coax me into even though I go in with quicker intentions. This time, however, I could have used one.I got the "Straight Up" pedicure because it is advertised as taking 30 minutes, and I still had other errands to run afterward. It was speedy and cheap (on sale for $22), but the dry skin exfoliation was basically non-existent (she briefly used something like a rectangular flat emory board on my heels that did not begin to remove the dry skin). In addition, the massage was about 2 minutes per leg, and the hot towels listed in the description were never even brought out. And to top it off, I was never even offered a water, let alone a complimentary drink, while I was there - one of the fun perks I was looking forward to at their salon (the picture on their website looks awesome!). In fact, I didn't see a soft drink or cocktail anywhere. The nail technician did a fair job on the polish - I'll clean up the little bit on my skin after I write this review and before I head out in my flip flops - and it was certainly quicker and better than I could have done myself. All in all, I am glad that I stopped by to check it out, but I won't be back. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to head back to Blossom Nails in Frisco. Read Less
