I had the most pleasant experience today with Hannah! She took the time to shape my nails so perfectly and made sure they were the same length throughout all fingers and matched them to my other hand. Sadly, that's not something every salon does these days. She was so kind and sweet! The salon is well kept, clean, and all the instruments used were autoclaved and in a clean sterile bag. I am absolutely positively livid right now I called ahead to check and see what their price for next-gen with a tip was and was told by Hannah $25 for next-gen and tips I actually repeated and clarified with her wow 25(in a room full of 3 people who heard me say 25) because I was so shocked as its usually at least 30 and she said yes 25 only after I received my Nail Care I was told that it was 45, 40 for next-gen and five for the tip. Lee worked on my nails and he did a great job despite a few nics and cuts (and completely neglecting my cuticle) also something to mention was originally Hannah was working on my nails in the salon and then Lee walked in and she passed me off like some sort of task. Now to clarify I've been here two times before and have had no problem. I am a waitress so I always tip well there was no reason that I should have been passed over like some kind of burden and then I was scammed do not go here unless you talk to Lee personally. HANNAH IS VERY RUDE AND CONVERESED ABOUT ME WHILE I WAS RECIEVING MY SERVICE. Secret gem found in the shopping center off Gaylord and Preston. Top of the line customer service! My nails look fantastic. Nail technicians technicians  are very gentle and pay close attention to detail. I could not recommend this place enoug.  It's better than any salon in the area and prices are very reasonable. I love this little nail shop. It's always a friendly, welcoming and clean environment and the people who work there are all very sweet. Their prices are reasonable, similar to most other places, and in a convenient location. Most of the time, I can be seen right away or after a short wait. I go every two weeks for a gel mani and sometimes a pedi. The gel mani NEVER CHIPS so it could easily last me another week but I prefer to keep my nails short. Some of the ladies where I work have commented on how my nails always seem to look nice even though we are hard on our hands (lots of hand washing, etc.). The only explanation for this has to be the way the gel was applied because I don't have to give my nails a second thought after getting them done and not until it's time to go back. Hannah and the other people who have worked on me all seem to have high attention to detail and carefully apply the polish to make sure the mani lasts. The man who did my nails did a really nice job. I'm very happy with how they turned out. However, the lady I first encountered when I walked in was extremely rude. I walked in two and a half hours before closing wanting a set of acrylics (which take an hour and fifteen minutes). The lady informed me that there was not enough time before closing to do those. I told her it only takes an hour and change. She proceeded to tell me that gel nails are better anyways and I don't know anything about them but they last a long time. Keep in mind: I am a regular at this place, and I get gel nails every other time I come in. I know how long they last. I ended up getting gel nails simply becauseI needed them done and I knew the man would do a good job, because he always does. I have been a customer of Hanna's  (owner) for 4 years now. My nails are perfect every time without exception! The customer service here is impeccable! I have turned my sister and mother into loyal customers as well. The pedicures include the best massage and the whole family (sister, myself mom and dad) can all come in together and we know we will leave happy! I used to love this place, but the last few times I've come here have been disappointing. I decided to give it another try today and had the worst pedicure experience of my life. My feet were burned from the callus remover. I tried putting my feet in the water and complained of the burning, but the pedicurist repeatedly pulled my feet back out. She barely scrubbed and after all that burning from the nasty chemicals, my heels still have calluses. My nails were cut and filed terribly and I will be re-doing myself at home. Read Less

This was my first time here and I don't see myself coming back.It's a quiet nail place with lots of pedicure chairs and 5-6 manicure desks. The tree decor in the front with the glass plants still had price tags on it. There is no music that plays and two TVs that both showed the Olympics (one with closed caption and the other at a low volume).I had no appointment and was seated immediately. I did the Blossom Pedicure ($30) and NexGen manicure ($40). The pedicure is good. The woman doing my toes was very particular to making sure no polish was on my skin. I don't like how they lack pedicure bags. The woman completing my manicure did an okay job. She asked me about doing an additional layer on my NexGen to make them "super smooth, super shiny" and I declined. She didn't seem to like that. The machine kept catching on my skin and even after washing my hands, there's still a lot of remnants from the powder, Polish, and dust. Took two hours for a mani/pedi which seems too long being I never got any fancy nail treatments. As I walked out, there seemed to be a little one crying in the back? Awesome place for pedicures. An older male took care of me. Hot wax and awesome massage for only $30 whereas other places charge $40 for the wax. Very polite staff. One of the few places I've been to where I didn't have to interrupt their gossip and tell them I am viet and understand what they are saying. If only they weren't in Frisco. I only stopped here bc I was in the area. Idk if I would make that drive on a biweekly basis but they deserve all 5 stars :) my only complaint was that they didn't have the greatest colors in polish....but that's not a big deal, as I am not that adventurous when it comes to choosing colors. Kathy and Lee did our gel manicures today(mother and daughter day out). We left happy, and our nails look great! I don't know how their eyes hold up with all that close up, detailed work. As u can see from the pic, the gel goes right up to the cuticle perfectly, and they shape the nails beautifully, making adjustments upon request. If they last me 2 solid weeks, I believe it's worth the price. I will update as to how well it lasts. But they seemed to take all the steps needed to prep nails and make sure entire nail tip and corners covered well Read Less

Literally the best shellac manicure I have received. I'm picky and they allowed me to look through their huge selection patiently. Last minute I found a different color set I wanted online and Lee found the perfect match. He went through different colors to make sure he and I were both satisfies.At first I was hesitant to have a man do my shellac nails due to multiple previous experiences but by far Lee was an A++.Everyone is respectful, quiet (it's not a loud henhouse), sanitized and very professional. When we found ourselves up north and in need of a pedi, I obviously checked yelp for reviews. This place was the first hit and reviews seemed good. Not good at all. Not sure why it has such good reviews unless they're padded (which I find frequently with nail salons). Took us in quick, without an appointment, and the place is cute, but that's it.  Got the $40 Fiore pedi. He only spent a minute on my callused heels, no bueno. It's been 7 weeks since my last pedi, my heels are rough. He ignored them. The massage was terrible- that lackluster rub that is more annoying than pleasurable. Just kept rubbing on more lotion on the same spot. Just plain bad. Nothing about the massage felt good- and that should be the best part!!! Will never be back. Still on the hunt for a good spot. My friend and I were in the area and after checking Yelp reviews stopped in for a mani/pedi.  They got to us immediately and we both ordered the hot stone massage pedicure and I also got the basic manicure. The pedicure lasted almost 2 hours! It was amazing! My nails also look amazing! This is the first place I have ever visited where the nail technician allowed me to see my hand after the first coat to ensure I was satisfied ( I always get the French tip).I wish I lived closer as I would make this salon my regular nail stop! Made an appointment, was 30 minutes late due to traffic but I called way before hand and they were very accommodating and understanding. Me and my friend both got our nails done. I had Lee and she had Simon. Both were wonderful. This was probably one of the best manicures I've had. Lee was so gentle and thorough with my nails. I like my nails kind of short and most manicurists will file so absentmindedly that they will irritate and file my skin but Lee was so careful. All my nails were the perfect length. I did make the mistake of getting white shellac which takes 4-5 coats but Lee was patient and very committed. You don't have to worry about chatting because these people are very concentrated on their job. And afterwards, you get your arms lotioned and wrapped in a hot towel. 2 hrs (no wait), $45 for the blossom combo. They massage your arms/legs awhile with this combo (plus the usual scrubs, paraffin, etc). On a Sun at noon there was a packed house but it died down around 1:30. The techs are friendly; I wasn't feeling this Essie "Bouncer It's On" after one nail was done, and he kindly ditched it for me. On a scale of 0-10, 6 on the cleanliness (I'm a tad OCD so it's probably more of a 7.5). Good job with the polish and shape. I can't leave the parking lot without messing up a mani/pedi and true to form I didn't make it to the door. I apologized profusely.  No problem, he fixed it right up. Give them a whirl. I'd return.
