Went in, as a walk in, to get a manicure and to get the next gen. I think I might’ve repeated at least 3-4 times that I wanted a manicure, and when I sat down the lady immediately started putting nails on. Not to mention that for some reason they told me to sit in a pedicure chair so I had to reach my arms hands over to one side of the chair for her to do them, which was super uncomfortable. The lady was very rough with my hands and almost seemed like she was in a rush to get me done, there wasn’t that many people in so it wasn’t like they were busy. I wasn’t offered any drinks or asked how I was doing, but when I looked across to the other side of the shop two little girls were being served drinks and had about two people asking them how they were. In the end I got rushed looking nails, dry hands, and no manicure for $50. Not worth it at all
*adding on: Also I have glue all up under my nails, and I’ve literally had to start pulling some of the skin under my nails to detach it from the glue.
I literally wasted the money I saved up for today, I went in to treat my self since I work everyday and this is what happened. I can’t even go anywhere else to get it fixed because I spent all that I had saved up for today, so now I have to wait and save up my money again i wanted to cry cause all I wanted was a relaxing short amount of time and for my nails and hands to look and feel good. I didn’t even get what I came in there for, which was the manicure, and I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t want to sound bratty and to tell them how to do their jobs.

I had a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. My pedicure still looks pretty good. But after 2 days, my manicure started peeling. Even work gloves to do my dishes hoping it would last. I have never had this problem before with my nails. I could literally left the nail polish off my nail. I debated whether to call them and tell them but the workers get paid so little, I felt bad to go in there and get it re-done. It was one of the worst manicure as I’ve had.
Also it had a strong smell of nail polish and nail polish remover. Even all of the workers had masks on so they don’t have to breathe it in. It was one of the strongest smelling places I’ve been to in this area. I will not go back.

Wow! BEST experience I've had in so long! Rose gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! Sunny and Ben did a wonderful job on my NexGen. I will definitely be back! Wendy and Dominick we're very friendly. Really, everyone here is amazing! Update, still going here, and I forgot to give mention to Haley. She is the one who pretty much always answers the phone and greets you with a smile on her face. My regular techs are Jenny and Ricky. Love everyone here.

The place was great and everything, but when we went there we made an appointment on Friday to come at 7 p.m., and they did not put it on the book, so they didn't take us in except my daughters and made me an appointment the next day. The lady at the front desk said come tomorrow at 10am and my girls have school tomorrow and I have work. So it doesn't make sense. I scheduled everything else so we can go do our nails.😑😑

Bliss is an amazing salon. I had several bad experiences prior to meeting Van. Not only was she amazing, she was meticulous. I can't wait to go back! My friend went with me and she got a pedicure from Tyrone. Her toes look amazing as well. We may fight over who gets them both next time! Can't wait for next week to go back.

Visited with my friend yesterday and I absolutely loved my experience at Bliss! I have Anna to thank for my beautiful NexGen nails! She was awesome and so confident and incredibly so accurate with the shape and filing of my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied with it before continuing into the next step. I've been nicked before with a drill in the past so I was very nervous getting nexgen with a different person but she made me feel at ease and was so confident with the drill. I will def book with her again :)

A colleague of mine referred me to this place and I am so glad she did! Everyone in here is so sweet and they get me in quickly, even without an appointment. The are located right next to the Starbucks so it's nice to grab a quick coffee on the way in, otherwise they have a list of beverages you can choose from...white wine anyone?? My only gripe is the parking. With the Starbucks next door, the parking can be a little tight but they do have parking behind the building. I go in for the NexGen (powder dip) and pedicures...Let me tell you, they have enough colors so that you don't have to worry about wearing the same one for 2 years!! I had Tiffany yesterday for my NextGen and my nails look great. They have won my business!

I don't really get manicures but my friend was getting her nails done so I tagged along. First off, parking here was nearly impossible on a Friday afternoon. We managed to snag spots and came in.There was no wait (but we did call ahead about 10 minutes prior); as soon as we came in we told them what we wanted (me basic, her Nexgen) and were given hundreds of colors to choose from. As soon as we chose our color, we were seated immediately and offered drinks; water or wine.The ladies doing our nails were very professional and attentive. They didn't make much conversation, which was nice because I had a chance to catch up with my friend. One thing I regret is that the way the lady clipped my nails was kind of painful. They're growing out and I was scared that one would become ingrown but it seems to be okay now. If I go again I probably will not ask the attendant to clip my nails.The place is very spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a wide area. The decor is modern and makes the place look more luxurious than a regular nail salon.

The first time I came here was during the grand opening when all services were 20% off. I got Nexgen and a pedicure and paid "the going rate." Their prices were marked up for the grand opening.Today was my second time and I brought my daughter. She is under ten, so I only let her do a polish change. This time I wanted her to try gel polish as regular polish chips by the next day. I typically pay $10 for regular polish for both her hands and feet. Today, I was charged $20 for hand and $20 for feet. A total of $40 for gel polish only (no mani or pedi). I have never priced this out before, but believe this is an excessive charge.I got a deluxe pedicure and asked for the paraffin wax option. The nail tech brought out hot stones which I didn't notice until she began using them. I corrected her and she apologized and got the paraffin wax. She massaged for exactly six minutes and the massage was mediocre. The Signature pedicure on their menu boasts a 15 minute massage! That pedicure is $10 less than the deluxe pedicure.The nail tech next to me spilled a bottle of nail polish on the floor and all over my daughter's skirt. She didn't apologize. She didn't help to clean the mess on my daughter. It was just a terrible experience with bad service.

This was my first visit here. When we arrived everyone was standing around the front desk talking. When I got in my seat my nail tech never offered me a drink. My daughter in law was offered one so I asked her technician for a water. My nail tech seemed very disinterested in doing her job. She appeared frustrated that I couldn't hold my own feet up. I am disabled and unable to physically hold legs up in a sitting position. I had my pants pulled up past my knees and have long scars on both knees from knee replacements, it's obvious I have had surgery. I am used to nail techs who hold my foot up to scrub my feet. She used a pumice stone for only a few swipes. I asked her about using the grater but she said my feet are really soft. I've never been told that before. She did not give me a massage at all. She used hot stones and barely rubbed them on my legs for five minutes. Getting a pedicure is a treat for me and I care more about the massage and she did an awful job.She accidentally spilled nail polish that she was using on me all over the floor and it splattered on my granddaughter. She gave me a cotton ball with nail polish remove to clean it off her skin but didn't apologize or do anything to help clean the polish off her skirt.

The only thing that bothered me is that when I called to schedule the appointment I asked the man how much it was for an ombré with three colors and he told me that it was gonna be $55.00 which I was pretty excited, but when I got there they told me that it was gonna be $75 .00 instead, the man explained why and I understood; however, I would have liked to know the real price before hand.

Recently moved to Texas from California and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. Well, I finally found it! Just like everything else in Texas, Bliss Nail Spa is bigger and better than anything you would find in SoCal. The second you walk through the double door you instantly start to feel relaxed. The staff takes your name, you pick out your color and take a seat at your chair. You are offed something to drink and given a menu for you to choose what nail package you would like receive. I usually pick the Bliss package at $55. It is the most expensive item for pedicure only packages. Since I don't get manicures I like to spoil my feet but there are other less expensive options as well that are just as fabulous. From foot scrub, paraffin wax, to an extended massage it truly is Bliss! The facility is clean, bright and inviting, while the staff has never been anything less than amazing. By far the best pedicures I have ever had. Ivy, my preferred nail tech, is the best kept secret in Frisco. Love Bliss Nail Spa!

This place is brand new and so modern and clean feeling. Prices are the same to the nail places in the area, but you feel like you're somewhere in Uptown when you walk in. Not only is the place super clean, fresh and bright, but the staffing here is excellent. They really pay attention to what you ask them to do and the skill here is fantastic. My mom drives all the way from Denton just to get her nails done here specifically. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a different experience at a nail salon. Aesthetically alone it's worth trying out. The other great thing is they have an entire wall of color choices for nexgen and an entire wall for gel, and an entire wall of regular polish - you're almost certain to find a polish that will match any nexgen or gel. My go-to place for sure!

I am extremely disappointed with the owner. I have been here numerous times and every time I come in I bring in my two children which are not loud and behave. I was told by the owner if my daughter could stroll my younger child in the VIP (this area which was in the back/no space) because everyone else was trying to relax. I picked up my things and I left. My eldest strolls my little one around because he is one and this relaxes him and keeps him quiet. So if you have children you might want to think about bringing them here.

I always have Sam do my pedicures and he never disappoints me - he provides me with the best service, gives me the newest scents and all around does a fabulous job! Phillip does my NexGen and makes my nails look so natural! He does the NexGen exactly how I like it - not so thick and the shape! I highly recommend this salon. I desperately needed my nails done. They fit me right in. This salon is absolutely beautiful! The decor is modern and it is so clean. I had a manicure with gel polish. The staff is super friendly and they did a great job on my nails. Im a little picky about my nail shape and Anna did exactly what I asked. I love that they have a large selection to chose from, I was a little undecisive but they helped me pick out a perfect summer color and I loved the marble effect they did on one of my fingers. Wendy and Anna were super helpful. I can't wait to come back!

I rarely review/comment, but I just had to rave about my experience today!! It was beyond what I expected. I went to a previous salon and asked about turning my square nails into the coffin style and was told that I would have to remove my current nails and get a whole new set. I ended up just going for a fill, due to cost. Well, my fill only lasted one week before it started to look terrible and I ended up breaking three nails (two during "normal" happenings). I decided that I needed to find a new place, and the internet led me to Bliss Nail Spa.I was lucky enough to get Ben and I will only go to him from now on!! He said I didn't need a new full set to go to the coffin style; he could just trim that way. So, he fixed the three broken nails, gave me a fill, and then adjusted all of my nails to the coffin style. He is a true artist, I was mesmerized watching how good he was, even with just filling the acrylic. He gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm now obsessed with my nails =)I can't wait to go back. Ben will definitely be my go-to guy for my fingernails, but I'd also like to try out some of their other services!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

I don't get the negative reviews it was the best experience at a nail salon! This salon has beautiful decor as well as nice and clean. I arrived as a walk in and they were able to take me in right away. The herbal pedicure was therapeutic and so relaxing. I also got nexgen and their color section is AMAZING! I will be back as my new go to salon!

Ivy did an amazing job on my pedi. I have not had this good of a pedi in a long time. I got the peppermint pedi and it was 20% off. I would say their prices are a few dollars higher than some most places in the area BUT it is well worth it. They take their time and make sure everything is done correctly. With the 20% off they are currently running they offer the best pedis for the best price in town! Starbucks is also right next to them. Next time I'll be dropping my car off at the car wash next to them, grabbing my favorite tea from Starbucks and relaxing!

The wait time and service of this salon is awful. The salon was not packed at all when we came in at 5pm. I was started on my pedicure at 5:30... which was fine. I was not offered anything to drink, and was not greeted in the best way. Meanwhile my good friend was with me, and no one tended to her until after 6pm . She was barely acknowledged at all until I asked when she would be waited on. In addition to that, the people do not go above and beyond to serve the customer. This was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Although, the Decor is beautiful.

My nails look fantastic and my skin feels great. They have tons of polish choices. The decor is super clean and modern. I'll definitely be back!Edit: I have been back several times since I wrote this review. I think service has massively declined since they first opened. I have not been offered a choice of scrubs with the deluxe on subsequent visits. I've had to come back and have my nails fixed when the gel polish on three nails chipped in less than five days. The attitude I got when I came back about it was unexpected (the owner was not there at the time). It also grosses me out when some techs use their nail to push cuticles back and the last time I was there the person who did my nails twisted my fingers side to side while painting my nails. I said 'ouch' and asked him to stop and got a dirty look for it. Fingers don't bend like that! There are many other choices of nail salons in Frisco. I'll go somewhere else and not be a guinea pig for someone who is new and oblivious to their client's comfort.

I had a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. My pedicure still looks pretty good. But after 2 days, my manicure started peeling. Even work gloves to do my dishes hoping it would last. I have never had this problem before with my nails. I could literally left the nail polish off my nail. I debated whether to call them and tell them but the workers get paid so little, I felt bad to go in there and get it re-done. It was one of the worst manicure as I’ve had.
Also it had a strong smell of nail polish and nail polish remover. Even all of the workers had masks on so they don’t have to breathe it in. It was one of the strongest smelling places I’ve been to in this area. I will not go back.

Wow! BEST experience I've had in so long! Rose gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! Sunny and Ben did a wonderful job on my NexGen. I will definitely be back! Wendy and Dominick we're very friendly. Really, everyone here is amazing! Update, still going here, and I forgot to give mention to Haley. She is the one who pretty much always answers the phone and greets you with a smile on her face. My regular techs are Jenny and Ricky. Love everyone here.

Visited with my friend yesterday and I absolutely loved my experience at Bliss! I have Anna to thank for my beautiful NexGen nails! She was awesome and so confident and incredibly so accurate with the shape and filing of my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied with it before continuing into the next step. I've been nicked before with a drill in the past so I was very nervous getting nexgen with a different person but she made me feel at ease and was so confident with the drill. I will def book with her again :)

A colleague of mine referred me to this place and I am so glad she did! Everyone in here is so sweet and they get me in quickly, even without an appointment. The are located right next to the Starbucks so it's nice to grab a quick coffee on the way in, otherwise they have a list of beverages you can choose from...white wine anyone?? My only gripe is the parking. With the Starbucks next door, the parking can be a little tight but they do have parking behind the building. I go in for the NexGen (powder dip) and pedicures...Let me tell you, they have enough colors so that you don't have to worry about wearing the same one for 2 years!! I had Tiffany yesterday for my NextGen and my nails look great. They have won my business!

We managed to snag spots and came in.There was no wait (but we did call ahead about 10 minutes prior); as soon as we came in we told them what we wanted (me basic, her Nexgen) and were given hundreds of colors to choose from. As soon as we chose our color, we were seated immediately and offered drinks; water or wine.The ladies doing our nails were very professional and attentive. They didn't make much conversation, which was nice because I had a chance to catch up with my friend. One thing I regret is that the way the lady clipped my nails was kind of painful. They're growing out and I was scared that one would become ingrown but it seems to be okay now. If I go again I probably will not ask the attendant to clip my nails.The place is very spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a wide area. The decor is modern and makes the place look more luxurious than a regular nail salon.

The first time I came here was during the grand opening when all services were 20% off. I got Nexgen and a pedicure and paid "the going rate." Their prices were marked up for the grand opening.Today was my second time and I brought my daughter. She is under ten, so I only let her do a polish change. This time I wanted her to try gel polish as regular polish chips by the next day. I typically pay $10 for regular polish for both her hands and feet. Today, I was charged $20 for hand and $20 for feet. A total of $40 for gel polish only (no mani or pedi). I have never priced this out before, but believe this is an excessive charge.I got a deluxe pedicure and asked for the paraffin wax option. The nail tech brought out hot stones which I didn't notice until she began using them. I corrected her and she apologized and got the paraffin wax. She massaged for exactly six minutes and the massage was mediocre. The Signature pedicure on their menu boasts a 15 minute massage! That pedicure is $10 less than the deluxe pedicure.The nail tech next to me spilled a bottle of nail polish on the floor and all over my daughter's skirt. She didn't apologize. She didn't help to clean the mess on my daughter. It was just a terrible experience with bad service.

This was my first visit here. When we arrived everyone was standing around the front desk talking. When I got in my seat my nail tech never offered me a drink. My daughter in law was offered one so I asked her technician for a water. My nail tech seemed very disinterested in doing her job. She appeared frustrated that I couldn't hold my own feet up. I am disabled and unable to physically hold legs up in a sitting position. I had my pants pulled up past my knees and have long scars on both knees from knee replacements, it's obvious I have had surgery. I am used to nail techs who hold my foot up to scrub my feet. She used a pumice stone for only a few swipes. I asked her about using the grater but she said my feet are really soft. I've never been told that before. She did not give me a massage at all. She used hot stones and barely rubbed them on my legs for five minutes. Getting a pedicure is a treat for me and I care more about the massage and she did an awful job.She accidentally spilled nail polish that she was using on me all over the floor and it splattered on my granddaughter. She gave me a cotton ball with nail polish remove to clean it off her skin but didn't apologize or do anything to help clean the polish off her skirt.

I really liked the decoration of this place, it has a clean and fresh environment. The artists are professional and well trained, my nails artist was Jerry, he did a great job doing my ombré style. The only thing that bothered me is that when I called to schedule the appointment I asked the man how much it was for an ombré with three colors and he told me that it was gonna be $55.00 which I was pretty excited, but when I got there they told me that it was gonna be $75 .00 instead, the man explained why and I understood; however, I would have liked to know the real price before hand.

Recently moved to Texas from California and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. Well, I finally found it! Just like everything else in Texas, Bliss Nail Spa is bigger and better than anything you would find in SoCal. The second you walk through the double door you instantly start to feel relaxed. The staff takes your name, you pick out your color and take a seat at your chair. You are offed something to drink and given a menu for you to choose what nail package you would like receive. I usually pick the Bliss package at $55. It is the most expensive item for pedicure only packages. Since I don't get manicures I like to spoil my feet but there are other less expensive options as well that are just as fabulous. From foot scrub, paraffin wax, to an extended massage it truly is Bliss! The facility is clean, bright and inviting, while the staff has never been anything less than amazing. By far the best pedicures I have ever had. Ivy, my preferred nail tech, is the best kept secret in Frisco. Love Bliss Nail Spa!

This place is brand new and so modern and clean feeling. Prices are the same to the nail places in the area, but you feel like you're somewhere in Uptown when you walk in. Not only is the place super clean, fresh and bright, but the staffing here is excellent. They really pay attention to what you ask them to do and the skill here is fantastic. My mom drives all the way from Denton just to get her nails done here specifically. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a different experience at a nail salon. Aesthetically alone it's worth trying out. The other great thing is they have an entire wall of color choices for nexgen and an entire wall for gel, and an entire wall of regular polish - you're almost certain to find a polish that will match any nexgen or gel. My go-to place for sure!

I am extremely disappointed with the owner. I have been here numerous times and every time I come in I bring in my two children which are not loud and behave. I was told by the owner if my daughter could stroll my younger child in the VIP (this area which was in the back/no space) because everyone else was trying to relax. I picked up my things and I left. My eldest strolls my little one around because he is one and this relaxes him and keeps him quiet. So if you have children you might want to think about bringing them here.

The staff is super friendly and they did a great job on my nails. Im a little picky about my nail shape and Anna did exactly what I asked. I love that they have a large selection to chose from, I was a little undecisive but they helped me pick out a perfect summer color and I loved the marble effect they did on one of my fingers. Wendy and Anna were super helpful. I can't wait to come back!

I rarely review/comment, but I just had to rave about my experience today!! It was beyond what I expected. I went to a previous salon and asked about turning my square nails into the coffin style and was told that I would have to remove my current nails and get a whole new set. I ended up just going for a fill, due to cost. Well, my fill only lasted one week before it started to look terrible and I ended up breaking three nails (two during "normal" happenings). I decided that I needed to find a new place, and the internet led me to Bliss Nail Spa.I was lucky enough to get Ben and I will only go to him from now on!! He said I didn't need a new full set to go to the coffin style; he could just trim that way. So, he fixed the three broken nails, gave me a fill, and then adjusted all of my nails to the coffin style. He is a true artist, I was mesmerized watching how good he was, even with just filling the acrylic. He gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm now obsessed with my nails =)I can't wait to go back. Ben will definitely be my go-to guy for my fingernails, but I'd also like to try out some of their other services!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

I don't get the negative reviews it was the best experience at a nail salon! This salon has beautiful decor as well as nice and clean. I arrived as a walk in and they were able to take me in right away. The herbal pedicure was therapeutic and so relaxing. I also got nexgen and their color section is AMAZING! I will be back as my new go to salon!

Ivy did an amazing job on my pedi. I have not had this good of a pedi in a long time. I got the peppermint pedi and it was 20% off. I would say their prices are a few dollars higher than some most places in the area BUT it is well worth it. They take their time and make sure everything is done correctly. With the 20% off they are currently running they offer the best pedis for the best price in town! Starbucks is also right next to them. Next time I'll be dropping my car off at the car wash next to them, grabbing my favorite tea from Starbucks and relaxing!

The wait time and service of this salon is awful. The salon was not packed at all when we came in at 5pm. I was started on my pedicure at 5:30... which was fine. I was not offered anything to drink, and was not greeted in the best way. Meanwhile my good friend was with me, and no one tended to her until after 6pm . She was barely acknowledged at all until I asked when she would be waited on. In addition to that, the people do not go above and beyond to serve the customer. This was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Although, the Decor is beautiful.

My nails look fantastic and my skin feels great. They have tons of polish choices. The decor is super clean and modern. I'll definitely be back!Edit: I have been back several times since I wrote this review. I think service has massively declined since they first opened. I have not been offered a choice of scrubs with the deluxe on subsequent visits. I've had to come back and have my nails fixed when the gel polish on three nails chipped in less than five days. The attitude I got when I came back about it was unexpected (the owner was not there at the time). It also grosses me out when some techs use their nail to push cuticles back and the last time I was there the person who did my nails twisted my fingers side to side while painting my nails. I said 'ouch' and asked him to stop and got a dirty look for it. Fingers don't bend like that! There are many other choices of nail salons in Frisco. I'll go somewhere else and not be a guinea pig for someone who is new and oblivious to their client's comfort.
