Went here to try somewhere new as I like to know my options. While we where there another woman came in with 3 nails popped off from the day before. They argued loudly with her and ended up refusing to fix even when she agreed to a pay for them. Then my daughter asked for almond shape and ended up with coffin shaped. None were even and her skin was cut in two places. I got pink and white nextgen that when they where done the white was straight across not curved like it’s supposed to be, the tops were not smoothed out and they where all bumpy and rough. I paid more than I paid at other places for exact same thing and was the worst looking nails I had ever had but I just wanted to be out of there and done. So we left and went across the street to embellish where I knew they did great and they fixed us both up at no charge even though I tried to pay. Read Less

Walked right in, there were only two people there on a Saturday. Not a lot of choices on the pedicure menu, but the top of the line was a nice experience. My technician was nice, I did not get her name. Everyone seemed nice, there was not a lot of communication in English. I would visit again. Read Less

I regularly do nexgen manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow wax. This is the ONLY place that does my nails the way I like. They remember all of their clients and client preferences, and are so friendly and caring. AMAZING customer service. I would rate 100 stars if possible. I visited for the first time on 4/12/17. with an appointment scheduled for 6pm.  I got the 360 Pedicure $55 and Solar Pink & White full set $40 , French manicure for both hands (+$10).  Kim completed the pink & white while John completed the pedicure.  The services were completed simultaneously and quickly.  They both were professional and careful with their work.  The massage for neck and shoulders seemed a bit rushed... guess cause it was close to closing time The margarita machine was either down or broken cause I was only offered wine  or water/soda.I may try them again cause they have a cute Hello Kitty pedicure chair for little girls... so I may bring my Daughter and let her decide if we should comeback for a third time.They should offer a hand massage add on after pink & white services not just for pedicures only. Next time I will ask if it's possible to add on.I would like to try to have them do colored powder designs for my tips but I was told the person who is capable of this service only works on the weekends.... I came in for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't packed, like I was afraid of, which was a relief to me. The salon was clean with a modern style. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I had an amazing pedicure, foot/shoulder massage and would highly recommend this place. The only reason this place doesn't get more stars is because they need to hire more people so the wait isn't as long some times. It's new, courteous, and relaxing. Came in for a quick color change before I was leaving town. Staff was very nice. The place inside was also nice and clean and really pretty decor. It felt pretty much like a spa! They did a great job removing my gel color and repainting. I didnt get a manicure just a color change but the nail guy did a great job still shaping them. They had a pretty good selectino of colors also arranged in a way tha made it super easy to overlay on your hand as well as pick from a spectrum. This made it a lot easier to find the color I wanted quick! Prices were about what I'd expect - not overly priced at all and definitely affordable. Will definitely return.I did notice they were doing some pedicures on 2 young girls (maybe 10ish) and they had cute little pedicure chairs that were just their size. Love this nail salon. I've been trying to find a good salon since I moved to Texas and I've finally found it. Sam was great! I came in with a broken nail (the low break down in the nail that really hurts) and like magic, he fixed it. He removed my next gen nails which I had tried at a previous salon (and don't like) and used Magnetic Gel Polish. My first time doing gel (used acrylic for 20 yrs) and it's beautiful. The magnetic polish creates a slight stripe design that isn't overpowering but adds a nice designer touch. And my favorite part... I didn't say ouch once! This is my go-to nail place. Conveniently located in the parking lot with Tom Thumb, they take walk-ins and reservations. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, always offer you a beverage (including wine and now frozen margaritas!), and are reasonably priced. It would be nice if they opened earlier on the weekends and offered weekend specials. It's hard to get there before 7 during the week when I believe they do offer specials. No complaints otherwise! I was a little concerned at first because I made an appointment online and never received a confirmation but when I showed up I was helped immediately by friendly staff. The salon was very clean. This was my last straw. This is the third time I made an apt and Jenny wasn't there w no phone call to tell me she wasn't going to be there. The owner or who I think was the owner basically said that if I didn't want to try someone else I could get out. He opened the door and told me to get out. Went to this place because it was close to home. They're not the worst, but not the best. I opted for gel mani, and it haven't been two weeks (10 days) and the Polish started lifting. I haven't done any major cleaning within the past week, but the polish on my thumb started to crack after a few days. I came in when it was slow. Maybe it's just the polish? But it was opi? Not sure, but they have a lot of colors to chose from. Place is newer.. but I don't care for any fancy shmancy place. Read Less

I went here because the reviews seemed great. I received one of the male technicians and I'm not sure he was too pleased to have me in. He sighed a lot and was rough with the pedicure. I don't get too many pedicures because as a licensed professional myself it's usually a treat. I won't be back.... After visiting over 5 different places, I finally found my perfect nail salon. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want the word to get out on how great this place is. I came here on a Friday evening during what should be the holiday party rush. They are still relatively new and were able to attend to me right away. The place is very relaxing and nicely decorated, compared to other nail salons that try to appear sterile but only end up showcasing how dirty the place really is. They immediately offered me my choice of wine, sangria or a margarita. A margarita!!! I was sold before they had even picked up the first nail file. I elected the Deluxe Pedicure while enjoying a nicely chilled margarita. I've had gel nails for years but they convinced me to try the NexGen nails. Great suggestion, they look so natural and aren't as thick as gel or acrylics. The woman who did my nails didn't rush through the job. She made a mistake putting on a tip, so she removed it started over. I appreciate when someone takes that amount of care with their craft. Any other place would have patched over it unless you call them out. This place is top notch in my book. Read Less

Love this place! This is my 2nd time here. I came here 3 weeks ago as their 1st customer. My regular place across the st for some reason didn't open at 9, when they usually do. I drove by just to scope this place out and they happened to be open. The service is awesome here. They take their time and do a great job w/o rushing. I don't like nail places that rush through the service and have timers out. This place has a contemporary, clean and fresh look. Nice and bright, puts you in a good mood. My new favorite nail spot! I'm not from the area but went to 360 Nails and Spa on the recommendation of a friend that frequents the salon.  The service was way better than any I've experienced from other salons. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a pedicure and received a free eyebrows wax because of a special they are currently running. The inside was warm and welcoming, and they also offer wine and margaritas.  I opted for the Margarita and it was delicious. Two words to describe this place. MUST GO! Read Less
