I love KT Nails my entire family goes here. The staff knows our names are always friendly and asks about family when we go. I do not go to the nail salon on a regular basis maybe once a month (maybe). When I got married they opened an hour early to provide spa services to my entire family. I can't believe all the bad reviews I read. The spa is clean the chairs are great they greet everyone w a smile (not just my family, they know most ppl who come in). I believe the service they provide is quality and I have seen multiple customers return for repairs at no charge. I won't go any place else and I think the bad reviews were unfair. Read Less

I loved the work they did when I left that day, even though the guy screwed up my thumb nail and had to redo it several times. I got the dip, and by the next day, the clear coat was chipping off. Then, 6 days later my thumb nail broke (not the same one he re-did). I also got a pedicure and the very next day, my toe nail chipped off. Why 5 stars? Because this was possibly the best pedicure I've ever had.   ---   ---   ---I'm a man who loves pedicures, what can I say? And I specifically love this one.Chalk this one up to another Erica N find. My mom lives nearby and this is her go-to place. I recently just wrote a review for a restaurant right down the road that was shockingly great, especially considering its physical location (deep in the suburbs.) Well, look at good ole' Friendswood becoming a beacon for great, local businesses!We went with the deluxe version, with the elongated leg massages and what not. This is a must. I never wanted this part to end. The ladies at KT Nails are not only really good at pedicure-giving, but they're all super sweet as well. I had the "top if the line" pedicure and shellac manicure SIX days ago. On three of my nails the polish has completely come off. The remaining polish on my nails are peeling up and are snagging on everything and will result in me just pulling it off. I would NOT recommend this place! i love the nails they do. I've been coming here for 6 years and i must say things have changed over time. the people that work there are rather rude and some are rough with your hands and feet. i did not appreciate how the only man there made 3 of my nails bleed. i don't know if the awesome nails they do is worth a little pain and rudeness. i will have to rethink about going again bc it's not the first time it is happened. there are a few lady's that are super super nice though. so pick who you do your appointment with carefully. if you'll do anything for some beautiful nails or toes even if it means a little pain this is definitely the place to beRead Less

I went to this place last year and had a good visit, however this time was horrible. My friend and I went to get pedicures. We were sat right away and they turned on the cold water. After telling them the water was too cold they barely warmed it up. 30 minutes later someone came to do my toes. About 3/4 of the way through my pedi someone finally started on my friend's feet. So much for pedis together. The person I had started using the cuticle nippers and by the 4th toe had drawn blood on 2. I had to tell her to stop trimming my cuticles. I have been having KT Nails do my nails since 2009, they are wonderful and work by either appointment or walk-in. Many great ladies here, not just one that someone would feel comfortable with tipping. Lindsey and Lisa are my favorites. This place also does wonderful eyebrow waxing!!!! Read Less
