I can’t say my nails have been perfect everytime. But these girls are always sweet to me and have me leave happy everytime. Lisa is the best when it comes to nails. Hands down. My mother doesn’t have anyone else do her nails. Lynn and Lisa are the only two I can really trust with my eyebrows. The lady started okay with my nails, mid way through the service my nails started coming out crooked and I TOLD HER they were crooked and she did nothing. This place is horrible and definitely not worth the money. The first time I came here, about 2 years ago, I was extremely impressed with the full set that I got. About 6 months ago I came back and got the same thing but a different color. The staff was nice BUT my nails were a mess. There was left over color powder on my fingers that never got cleaned so they had stains of red all over them. I decided to give this place another chance yesterday and regretted it. The same thing happened except the staff was not nice or welcoming. My nails were AWFUL. I asked the lady to clean them up a little and she told me that she didnt understand why they needed to be cleaned... Never coming back here again. Today I went here to get a mani/pedi with French tips since I'm getting married Sunday. I asked the lady if she could buff the scuffs off of my big toes and she said "no." However the lady next to me had hers sanded away. So the flaws she painted over with the clear coat are very noticeable. Then when she began working on my nails, she made them square (I like them more rounded). No big deal, I simply asked if she could round them out more. Instead she filed my thumb nail down flatter, all the way to the top of my nail bed. I asked her to stop and to cancel the manicure - I would fix it myself at home. I was charged a fee for the unfinished mani, left very dissatisfied, and will not have the nails I envisioned for my wedding. Used to love this place. Now it's just run down. The chairs don't work and the staff doesn't really care to offer any thing other than excuses. I'm not going to come in and pay 65 for a pedi if the massage chair isn't working. I have been a patron for over 20 years and until the last 2 visits very happy. STAY AWAY!!!!!! If I could gv this place a -100 I would. For starters this place is unsanitary. Who knows if they even clean their equipment. The polishes looked they are mixed with ea other. Customer Service was non-existent. Good thing I wasn't dying of thirst cause I was never offered anything to drink. The "nail tech" if that's what you want to call her was poor in doing her job. She wanted me to pay for things that should already be included ex): the callous remover used to scrub bottom of feet is an additional $4. I've nvr in the history of getting a pedi had to pay extra. Also 1 of the nail tech's regular customer came in and she rushed through my services to get to her. I came with a friend and we were both started on the same time but yet here I am sitting nxt to her for 15mins plus writing this review waiting for her pedi to be complete!! Ridiculous. Uneven, made me bleed in two places, did not trim cuticles before beginning, so it looked like I had them for at least a week on day one. My experience is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The people here are so very rude. She was rough with my hands and when I complained she stopped to say she will have someone else do them. She then did my feet. She put my feet in cold water. She removed my cuticles without the cream!!!! Very painful. She had a nasty attitude the entire time and rushed through the job. There is singularly ONE person that is worth coming up her for and she is always booked. I HATE it here and do not recommend anyone to come!!!! This will be my VERY LAST TIME COMING EVER!!! I felt like I may have already reviewed this nail salon but apparently I haven't. I have come here three times already. Twice for a mani and pedi and once for a nail repair after my nail broke. I do think this salon is okay. It's not really that special and is your typical mall nail salon but not the worst salon I have ever been to. I am realizing though that shortly after I get my nails refilled they tend to break easy and it's weird in that they do not hurt when they break so it is not from strenuous activity. I will just look at my fingers and notice a nail is broken. I don't know if it is the polish they use or the method but they don't stay on long. I probably won't be a frequent customer here and go back to my usual salon. I don't find them to be egregiously dirty or disorganized. Read Less

I had such high expectations.For a nail salon in a mall you'd expect so much more than you receive. I arrived at 7pm for a manicure and acrylic set. I was told because it was so close to closing I could receive one or the other. Mind you closing is at 9pm that's 2 hours, if you know what you're doing you can finish an acrylic set and shaping in an hour, but whatever I just got the set but I let her know one of my nail beds had an ingrown nail that I wanted her to remove before she started my set. After she filed it down I was like can you get the ingrown nail before you start she told me they cut cuticles after applying the acrylic. I just said fine whatever okay. So at 8pm another young lady brings me my receipt for payment... while my tech is in the middle of laying the acrylic- so obviously I can't reach into my purse to get my card. I asked her if I could get it to her once the acrylic dries and she let me know she needed to close the register. Instead of giving me time to look in my purse she reaches in my bag and grabs my card. I told her excuse me I was going to give you my card I didn't want go damage my nails. And she walked off. Didn't even respond! She comes back and says you giving her a tip? I think $10. I was like um no $5. Although she was doing a good job, she still hasn't gotten my ingrown nail like I asked and she wasn't friendly at all. She rolls her eyes and ask me to sign, then tosses my card on the table. Okay now she's done with everything and has started on the cuticles- which I have done regularly. So when I saw all the cuticle build up on the trimmers I knew it wasn't mine. I asked her if the tool was clean and she never answered which definitely grossed me out but eventually she wiped it down with an alcohol wipe before picking at my ingrown nail. After poking it maybe three times she grabs the drill and digs into my skin! I jerked back and the nail tech says sorry it was really deep. I scoffed and just continued on with the appointment which thankfully went well. Fast forward 2 days. I'm at work and my nail breaks right wear she glued the tip on. Only leaving my natural nail and some acrylic on the pointer finger on my left hand. After I get off I take the time to individually inspect each of my nails only to find 4 of my nails are lifting that I have to keep gluing until I can make time for another appointment. I'm so disappointed I don't even think it's worth it. Now I have to pay to get them soaked off and redone with someone else. But this salon will NEVER have my business again. Read Less

I wish someone from the health department or whoever monitors nail salons would visit this place. It is so horrible. It will be a miracle if I don't get a fungus from the gross utensils the lady dug into my toes. They really need to tear it down and buy new. Everything is dirty and old and gross. The chairs are decrepit, the towels are threadbare and stained, the menu of services was so stained with old polish it was hard to even pick what I wanted. I came here with my daughter because we thought it would be convenient because we needed to do some shopping but location is only thing this place had going for it. They really should be embarrassed to have this place looking like it does. There are so many nice places to go to nowadays. The lady who actually did my pedicure learned her massage skills in the house of pain school of toes! She dug her nails into my legs and used the cheese grater on my feet like I kicked her dog. Girl who did my daughters feet threw the grater loaded up with all the dead skin from her feet into the water she was soaking in and never rinsed her feet!! None of their lotions smelled nice or nor did they give you a choice of fragrance like most places. The one masque they put on my legs looked like putty. Disgusting!! Run past this shop! I went in 08.03.17 for a full set with gel. The tech doing my nails asked for a picture I showed him and he told me he'd charge me $41. I wear my nails short with a pointed or stiletto tip. It's now 08.10.17 and my nails are falling off!!!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and he put the wax WELL below my lash line onto my eyelids and he ripped my skin off! I asked him for witch hazel or aloe vera he proceeded to wipe rubbing alcohol on my eyelid. I screamed in pain! He said sorry he didnt understand what I wanted. When I left the room I told a female employee to look at what he did to my lids and she rubbed neosporin on my eyelids. My eye lids are swollen and red. I had to pay them before I finished the services or I would have refused. they refused to refund the eyebrow wax. $65.00 down the drain. I'll attach pictures when i get home! Read Less

My daughter got her nails done at this place last night. Lady was rude and being difficult. To top it off she kept claiming she needed to charge more despite having given her a price up front. First time. Guy at front was nice & helpful. Nail tech Nikki was in a rush and very rough. I told her more than once that she was being too rough. I got shellac and it was so messy. All over the cuticles. I asked her to clean it up. And told her it was bad. She agreed to fix them. She didn't fix anything and She was in a rush to get to the next client. She also did my pedicure and she cut my toe nails short & not straight. Very disappointed. Between my daughter & I we spent $100. I will not be returning. I have been going my here for 2/3 years and sometimes the nails come out ok and sometimes they are good but this was the final straw! I just got solar nails yesterday and the now falling off. Not to mention I had to go home and refile them my self when I got home but I didn't even allow them to complete my pedi because she was doing sure a horrible job. I asked her to check for ingrowns on my big toes because I wear a lot of heels and something need them removed she cut the skin on the top and was like they're done and when I asked her to check again she got mad. I will NEVER come back here. I always spent 60+ at this place and leave 10-15 dollar tips. I don't get why this place has such poor reviews. I've always like this location. It has mall hours which is great because they are open super late for a nail salon. And it's located at an entrance, so you can come in and out without walking deep into the mall. I've gotten shellac here a few times because it's reasonably priced and I think they do a good job. They offer you soda, water and even wine here. And they're always on top of it, when they see you're almost out, they're quick to offer you more.Their pedicure chairs are average, nothing fancy but they still work really well. I like how they have a menu ready for you too, and they have deals like pick three services and a certain price. They offer the hot stones, wax, callus removal, sea salt and they'll do shellac on your toes too. My toes have shellac right now from this image nails! And they last for a long while without chipping. I'm at the gym a lot and I can't do regular nail polish, it chips way too quick. I don't mind getting my eyebrows waxed here either. They have a small room where they take you to, so it's private. Not like some places that sit you in a chair in the middle of the salon. I hated it. My nails had air bubbles. They started coming off 2 days later. I went back to get them fixed and she made it worse. My toe nails were half painted. When the nails fell off literally a week later, they tore my nail off with it which is bleeding and infected now. I will never go back here. Worst experience ever. Read Less

WORST mani/pedi I've received in years! Stopped in while shopping - they were rushed and rude! Lukewarm water for my spa pedi and wouldn't add hot water. Said it was $5 extra to remove the dead skin from my feet (ummm....that's the point of a pedicure)...and I keep my feet up. No crusty business here. Then they talked about me and gave me attitude the whole remainder of my time there m. Paid extra for a massage and it was the most half-ass lame massage I've received at a salon. I took my friend here since he just moved here and his stylist was talking to me asking me if I wanted the deluxe pedicure and I said no then she continued to ask me what about my friend. I have had my nails done here twice since October.  The first time was the day before my 15 year HS reunion.  They used the pearl tips & glitter powder.  They were the perfect length and strong, but were still very thin and natural looking.  It was nearly 5 weeks before I needed a fill.I went to Houston again last weekend and needed my nails fixed.  They were in desperate need of a fill and started lifting on the sides after only a week.  The technicians I have used in Dallas don't seem to compare to this location.The technician took off my old nails and put on an entire new set.  Again, I went for the pearl tips but just used regular powder.  They are a little short this time, but are strong and are not lifting yet like the last set I had put on in Dallas.My #1 praise of this nail salon is that they are not constantly trying to get me to use pink & white.  Sure, a lot of people use it... but my skin is so white the pink just looks unnatural and ugly on me.  Not to mention that pink & white costs more... so why would I pay more for something I don't like.  The 4 different salons I have been to in Dallas seem to borderline harass you to "upgrade" to pink & white.BUT, what has impressed me the most... was that Tuesday night I spent 3 hours trying to help a friend change a tire (with 4 vehicles, we didn't have a Jack that would raise her car high enough to put the spare on, including the one that came with the car).  And I DIDN'T BREAK A NAIL!  That, is strong quality there baby.
