The staff is super friendly, but felt kinda rushed getting my full set. I showed the nail technician a photo of a different styled French tip and she kinda struggled doing it. I completely understood, so asked for just a normal French tip and she struggled as well. I then opted for just white powder and this took over 45 minutes to do and was still left w bumps. Sent a message to make sure that the design I wanted could be done in dip. Was told it could. Apparently not. Went in wanting one thing and showed the technician and she said she couldn’t do that but could do a flower. The flower was not dry when I left. The rhinestone fell off and the nail polish from the flower chipped off. Don’t say you can do something if you can’t. I am so disappointed with this Nail Salon, it is not the first time I come here and my nails not last for more than 1 day. Decided to give them a second try. I went on Friday 3/10/2018 to get my nails done, I did have shellac on my nails so they did have to remove ($5) I tell the lady I want powder and coffin shape (powder $40 and coffin shape $5). Plus a manicure which is not included because I wanted my cuticles cut($10). Over all my total comes out $70 because I left the lady $10 dollar tip. The next day Saturday night 2 of my nails break off. At this point I do want refund because I no longer want services with this nail salon. Manager tells me that they do not offer refunds but they will fix the broken nails. I have been there and enjoyed my first visits. I was referred by a friend I went to high school with. She is a very wonderful and classy lady. The last two times have been very unpleasant. I asked to get and refill/ polish and the technician was pushing to do shellac. She did it and I asked her once again I just wanted a refill/polish on my nails. Not sure why she didn’t understand or decided she was going to do what she wanted. On top of it I was late to a dentist app...ointment that I needed to go to. I didn’t go for a while and decided to give them another chance. This time I told the technician no shellac just refill and polish. The technician was mad and had a attitude the whole time I was there. Never did she bring out a dryer to dry the nails. She had another client and basically blow me off and moved on and said you should be dry. I went to pay and of course they weren’t dry and I messed up my nail. I love this location! Today I had the opportunity to have Mindy do my nails and she was fantastic!! I've had the dip nails before and they always come out thicker than I'd like but when Mindy did them tonight they came out just perfect. I have been here twice, and I am super dissatisfied both times. I get dipping powder for my nails, and both times I left and they were uneven, with dips in the powder. The last time, I asked for a chevron design, and ended with my ring finger looking horrible. Now just over 24 hours and the gel that was used has peeled leaving a blank white nail. Super frustrated as I heard good things, but haven't had much luck. Asked the nail tech if they weren't used to designs and she stated, "No, not really." I had heard such great things about this salon and was excited to try it. Boy was I disappointed. My technician never introduced herself, never offered me a beverage, never showed me how to use the chair(which by the way is so uncomfortable). She then hurried through my pedicure. She didn't even spend 1 minute removing the dry skin and I'm not exaggerating. I paid for the deluxe manicure. My friend and I went in and were both equally disappointed. This was probably THE worst nail salon I have been to and I've been getting my nails done for the past 7 years. To begin, we'll start with my pedicure. Now the ONLY thing I appreciated this whole experience is that they assign one nail tech per person which is nice so you only have 1 person to tip for both a pedicure and manicure. My nail tech (Crystal) did my pedicure first. It started out okay but then before I knew it she was cutting my toe nails before she even asked what shape I wanted them! I like to keep them square and she started cutting the edges making them round. When I explained I wanted square she said it would be hard because she needed to clean up so much of my toe nails on the side. This was false. I had just gotten a pedicure 2 weeks prior and had no problem at all getting a square shape. Then, after destroying my toe nail shape, she starts the massaging my legs part of the pedicure. Now this when I started to get pissed. She half ass massages my legs and then after massaging each leg she puts it BACK in the water and starts rinsing off the lotion!! I look over and my grandmother and sister both have their legs up with hot towels on them which is how any pedicure I've gotten has gone. After the "leg massage" she goes to paint my toes and the job she did is equivalent to the job of my 12 year old sister. They don't look professionally done at all. After the pedicure I go sit down to get my nails done. I decided to try dip nails because I've heard good things and it and wanted to see for myself. I was already upset because of the pedicure and almost asked for another nail tech to do my nails but I decided I'd give Crystal a second chance. I sit down and she starts in my nails and everything is fine until I get to the shape of my nails. I told her I wanted my nails narrow on the top and more round at the base of my nails and as she begins to shape them I can already tell it's not what I want. So I stop her and show her an example picture and explain how I have fatter nail beds so I try to make my nails look more skinny and she said "well that shape makes your nails look fat" (mind you I showed her an old picture of the nails I had before) I came back and said that I disagreed and she continued to argue with me how they made my nails look fat! What?! You provide the customer with what they ask for weather you think it's cute or not. To sum up my nails, they turned out terrible.  They're entirely too narrow and some are crooked. To top of the great experience I'd had (sarcasm), when I go to pay she tells me my nails where $50!!! I ask her to explain why they cost so much and she said that a full set of dip nails are $40, on top of that it's an extra $5 for the fake nail (why am I bein charged for the nail when I'm paying for getting dip nails as a whole?) and then another $5 for coffin shape. That's when I got even more irritated. I showed her my nails and told her I didn't get coffin? She said that was what Crystal had put. Trying to keep my cool I told her I would pay for the nails even though I thought they were terrible, but I wasn't paying for coffin shaped nails because that wasn't what I had! She said she couldn't change the price so I asked her to find someone who could. She brings Crystal to the front and tells her what I said and she starts to argue with me that I did have coffin shape. I've never had a nail tech argue with me! I told her no! When you said "coffin shape" I said "no, I don't want that shape" so how are you charging me for it now? In the end she ended up taking off the $5 for the coffin shape but I still think the nails were overpriced. Moral of the story, DO NOT go to Cinderella Nails unless you're looking for a crappy pedicure and crappy nails. Oh and did I mention, one of my nails BROKE after only having them for ONE day. I've had them for exactly a week now and already 2 other nails have broken. I can honestly say in the last 7 years I've had my nails break maybe a hand full of times. Both times they said, "We are not taking anymore customers," despite the fact that their hours of operations online and on the door says 7 PM! So do not even rush from work to to get this place. I love this place! Been going here for a while and have yet to be disappointed. I typically go to Alex, and he is awesome!!! A broken nail lead me in on a day that he wasn't available, and Gina was, she is amazing!!! I love her!! I'm so glad I'm broke my nail that day because I never would have met her. I come up with some crazy things and Gina never lets me down! my nails always look great and she always takes her time. Even if she's not sure she will tell you she'll try it and if you don't like it to she will redo whatever you want. Cinderella Nails was one of the best pedicure experiences I have had at a nail salon in the Webster-Clear Lake area. When you walk in you are greeted right away and a quickly started on for your requested service. The place is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a very upscale spa. The pedicure chairs are much more roomy than typical nail salon chairs and are easier to get in and out; these chairs include the built in massager I know some people enjoy. Angie was my nail technician and she was very attentive during my pedicure. Angie provided me with a long and thorough massage (unlike many other nail salons I have been to), and made sure the oil, wax and stones were not too hot before providing the service. She was delicate with my nails and cuticles, but shaped and cleaned them up well. The only downside to Cinderella Nails is the prices are on the higher end, but you get what pay for ($45 for basic pedi, masque/warm towel wrap, hot stone massage, and wax). The prices can go up to $60 for pedicure or lower for a more basic service. Overall, I will be returning and truly enjoyed my experience at this nail salon. Read Less

After my recent trip I don't think I will be returning. They did great but I spent over $100 got the dip done on my nails with in 24 hours one cracked and another chipped. I have been there a few times and have enjoyed the nail technicians. However, after today I will not be returning due to the young girls who sit up front and sign people in. My sister and I showed up as walk-ins and were informed it would be about a 15 minute wait. A few minutes after we sat down to wait a group of 5 people walked in. We didn't think much of it and continued to pick out our color and wait. After 30 minutes had passed I approached the two girls at the front co...unter to find out how much longer it would be. They informed me that the 5 people that walked in had an appointment so they had priority and our wait would be an additional 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't have that much time to wait as we needed to be somewhere that afternoon. I was extremely disappointed that upon the arrival of the 5 people with appointments, neither of the girls approached us to explain that our 15 minute wait was going to be roughly an hour. When I explained to them that this news would have been helpful they rolled their eyes, gave me a half apology, and continued to play on their phones. Worst salon experience I've ever had! My tech was careless when filling the sides of my nails that she filed right into my pinky, and NOT just a little. My pinky started bleeding, and it hurt. I pointed it out to her, so she proceeded to roughly swipe a cotton ball on it, then disregarded it when using a brush to brush off dust, needless to say burning my cut pinky. She never apologised. Upon leaving I made a complaint to the woman at the front desk. She didn't give an apology either, and insisted on putting a blue liquid on my finger which BURNED so bad! My nails were also crooked, which I had pointed out before my tech dismissed it. I posted my review on the company's Facebook page only to have one of the employees CURSE at me, call my mother fat white trash etc, and mocking my review. I did a little digging (didn't take much) and found that this same person has been terrorizing EVERYONE with a review lower than 4 stars, often calling them "white trash; b****, c**t", etc etc. The owner does NOTHING about anyone's bad reviews, but is quick to laugh at you when calling with a complaint (as he did to MANY people). My pinky became infected and the tip turned purple. I had to go to my doctor to get antibiotics. I pointed this out to Cinderella's, and yet the problem was never fixed. They think very poorly of their customers, and completely disregard ALL complaints. This place needs to be shut down. Read Less

If I could leave 1/2 a Star I would. I hate that the first review I ever leave for any establishment has to be a bad one. My mother and I  arrived at this salon at 1:00pm and was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. Okay, that's to be expected it's a Sunday and most women make appointments. HOWEVER, we waited 45 minutes before being offered anything to drink and we were sitting at the bar. In that time the owner made several drinks for other clients and didn't speak to us once. After he asked if we had been offered a drink and we said no when I told him what I wanted he tells me there is no ice so I had to drink it refrigerator temperature. What ever that's fine. Finally after an hour and a half we get seated, my water is cold my mothers water is too hott. I never received the other drink I asked for and my mother the water she asked for. Needless to say after waiting for 2 hours we dried our feet and left. I can't help but feel like that's what the salon wanted.  I frequent the pearland location because that's where I live so I was excited about this location. Nails fell off in 2 days! I was recommend here and will never come back. I asked for almond shape nails and I even showed her two photos of what I wanted and she gave me rounded nails instead. I specially said I wanted them cut down a little and she didn't do that either saying it wouldn't look good. Even though she didn't even do them right. TWO DAYS later two of the nails fall off and they wouldn't fix them. I was extremely annoyed especially since they made me pay twice as much for a refill than anywhere else I've been. I will never come back here and have warned a lot of my friends to not come here since I'm not the only one who received such terrible nails that literally fell off in a matter of days. First time I've been here today utilizing a gift certificate I was given for my birthday and I LOVE IT and loved Tammy who did both my nails and toes and it was nice that the same person did both.The chairs for pedicures are SO much more comfortable than other places and are joined to seat two of you have someone with you. They do not have sanitary liners in their foot baths. This is something that can cause foot fungus. They also do not have nail drying machines of any kind. You just have to sit there and wait the amount of time it takes for your nails to air dry. When asked about it, they replied "oh we don't have those because they cost a lot of money". However, when I walked in and went to the counter, I asked what the prices were (no service list in site). She proceeded to tell me a full set was 40. I said great and she took me back. I asked why the extra 15 and was told it was because tips were added, the shape I wanted, etc. If I would have been told about this from the get go, I would have said thank you and left. We are all on a budget these days and I truly did not appreciate not being told there was an extra charges for things I have never been charged for before. I go here every 2 weeks to get a dipping powder manicure, and have had decent service until today. I went this afternoon, felt extremely rushed, and got an extremely sloppy result. There is powder under my nails, color dripped all over my hands, and the nail tech did nothing to fix any of it. Additionally, she dipped some fingers in color twice and others 3 times, so I have random nails that look darker and lighter. The money I paid is absolutely too much for these results. Had a great experience. Paid for 45 pedicure and feel I definitely got my money's worth! It was perfectly relaxing and not rushed. Enjoyed my free beverage (I picked a coke) and massage chair made it even better! Will come again soon (maybe a birthday treat?) I took my best friend for a pedicure and manicure as a birthday present last Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the complimentary drink..There were probably 3 people in the entire place, which was nice. My pedicure was okay.. I hardly got my legs or feet massaged for more than 2 minutes. And since it's been a week, I'm noticing now that they didn't even get my ingrown toenail out. The girls were nice but I just expected more out of a place that looked as nice as it does. May come back for nails, but if what you look forward to most, like me, is the massage part of a pedicure.. After an amazing first experience during the grand opening in October, I went for a second visit with a friend and her 2 year old daughter. The cleanest and most welcoming facility, you can tell they make cleanliness a priority. They are on the more high price side, but you get what you pay for. No risk of infection here! All the tools they use are in their own packages, so you know you're getting fresh ones each time. She has several years of experience. I was offered a beverage when I arrived. Even though I didn't know my tech, she was very friendly and we engaged in conversation the entire time. My friends and I went in on Sunday for mani/pedi's. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and the environment was great. However, two of us were rushed through our appointments and finished about 30 minutes before our friend. Granted she got a different pedicure (we got the deluxe and she had a mask on her legs). My lady barely massaged my legs- they were soaking wet and she slathered lotion on them and quickly washed it off. When I asked her to cut down my nails she said she couldn't go shorter but they've always been shorter. Fast forward to my mani and she put some lotion on my hands and quickly moved on. My cuticles look awful and I was done in under an hour. Two of us have chipped nails already! I didn't pay almost $50 for that. I've been to the one in Pearland and the service was way better. I went to this one because it was convenient for my friends but I don't think I'll be back. I'll stick to my regular place which charges far less and I can go almost two weeks without chips in my polish. I was pretty disappointed. Read Less

This is my 3rd refill since opening and my last.The lady who did my nails did not have a name tag so I don't know her name but she did a very sloppy job on my nails.My nails are crooked, nail polish around my cuticles and she cut me on my cuticle with the grinder in two spots.When I first sat down I told her that I like my nails a little thicker which she didn't do but after telling her a few times I just let it be.When she first started to do my nails I told her I had "lifting" and to make sure she grinds off all of that lifting area around my nails.She had to go back a few times because she kept "missing" the very visible spots that were lifting.This is her "profession" so either she's lazy or wanted to rush though cause it wasn't hard to miss.And another nail tec come up and i'm assuming she was telling her that I continued to tell her because even though I didn't understand what they were saying because they weren't speaking English but her hand gestures to my fingernails meant she was talking about how I wanted my nails.So I was pretty much just ready for her to be done so I can come home and fix them.My next issue was the last time I came in for my refill they had a discount for the month of October which I was told what obviously end the last day of October so when I went up to pay the rude girl up front said the mgr ended the oct discount.I don't mind paying $23 for a refill but I was looking forward to that little bit a discount since I had to go home and fix my nails.Nonetheless I paid and even tipped my nail tech!Also my friend got her nails done as well and they were also crooked and sloppy after telling the nail tech what she wanted. The décor in this place is beautiful and feels very spa-like.  As much time as I spend on my nails and pedicures, why not spend the time in a place that is pleasant and relaxing.  I have been introduced to dipping color, which I LOVE.  I've had solar nails for years, but this new process uses my own nails and is organic (no chemicals) so it's much healthier.  They told me they have 600 colors to choose from and I believe them.  The choices were endless.  "T" was my technician and did a great job.  Pic attached. Lovely setting and great service. Everyone was nice and accommodating. A little more money than I generally spend on myself but worth it. The basic pedicure is fabulous and relaxing. I had Jessica and she did a wonderful job. This was my first visit and as a result, I purchased a large gift card which I now regret. Follow up, I've been back twice since then. The customer service from the hosts is a 5 but the service itself is just ok. The first time was a 5 due to Jessica I'...m beginning to believe. I had the powder dip. It stayed gorgeously but I felt it was too thick and my nails grow too fast. The next time I had a gentleman do my nails. He barely made eye contact and was not very friendly. I got the gel manicure. It stayed ok but began peeling within a couple of days and I do not do dishes or anything harsh like that. My feet were rough that evening within minutes of getting home. He never even used the tool to remove my skin and I did not ask as I was not comfortable at all speaking with him. My third visit, I had a regular manicure. It stayed gorgeous but my tech left me in the chair and never checked on me before she apparently left for the day. I was the last one in the place, which is fine but my nail tech never checked on me or my nails. I was forced to leave as they were locking up 30 minutes early and my nails were ruined before I left the parking lot. My tech also did not remind me to get my keys out before painting and leaving me sitting. As a result of these last 2 visits, I will not be returning and only went back the 3rd time as a result of my gift card purchased on my 1st visit.
