I wasn’t impressed with the pedicure. She was rough with my nails and feet, it was a little painful actually. The place is clean and the girls were nice but the pedicure was short, rough, and not relaxing. The foot scrub with the sea salt was hard and slightly uncomfortable. They make you buy your own file for $1 because they say they don’t reuse them on other people. But what I found weird was they reuse every other tool...so what’s the point?? Read Less

I have never been into this place so I walked in and said how much for a manicure and pedicure? The guy working there replied $35. I said awesome let's do it. Then when I went to check out the girl told me it's $36. I proceeded to tell her that the man told me it was $35? She said oh we charge a dollar for the nail file that we used on you. The nail file they used on me was already used prior to me!!! They tried to make me purchase an already used nail file and buffer!!!! SERIOUSLY??!!?! Disgusting! There is some confusion with a client before me. But it took a really long time for them to get to my nails. There was only like 3 people working in the shop. I sat in a chair without any water for like 40 minutes before they even took me. My pedicure was decent. But my nails on my hands are crooked. I tried to explain to The Nail Tech that my nails are crooked but she didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I mean the fingernail is actually crooked. My finger points North and my nails point northeast. It was supposed to be coffin shaped but they just came out rounded square instead. Like one might be coffin shape . The electric file that they use...ugh.. this woman really dug into my nail bed. And my nails hurt for 2 days afterwards. The only good thing is then a couple weeks in the nails not chipped. Yen was very attentive and took good care not to hurt an old sports injury on one of my feet, as she did my pedicure. Ryan and Niki are the sweetest people and will do everything to make their customers happy! They also offer a lot of services and a shellac mani pedi special for only 50$!! 1st it took them 3 hrs to do my nails 2nd when I got there I should them a picture of what I wanted for my wedding. I said I want it exactly like the picture the said ok the nails had small rhinestones on the picture when it came to put the rhinestones on she put big rhinestones that covered my whole nail it looked bad I told her to take it off that I wanted the small ones she said your wasting my money and time we don't have the small ones I said then why did y'all tell me y...'all can do it when y'all can't this was suppose to be for my wedding of course I was upset so I told her just take it off and I'll go somewhere else I was so upset I had to pay for something that was not done and that they said they could make it look just like the picture but they couldn't they didn't even have the correct supplies instead of worrying about the customer they worry about money they could of just said no and I could of saved money and went somewhere where they could have done it right I do not recommend this place horrible experience See More Read Less

When I came in, everyone was working with someone. No big. They drew water, and I climbed up in the chair. 30 minutes later, sitting in complete silence, my water had gone cold. When I asked for a towel so I could leave, he insisted I stay and that the lady was coming as soon as she could. 5 minutes later she came in and put on latex gloves. When I told her I was allergic, she didn't understand. I tried other employees, trying to explain that they couldn't use those (this was my fault.. I should have told her when I came in) but NO ONE understood me. I finally had to leave. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Super awkward and a huge disappointment. Read Less

This nail salon does not even deserve one star. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I went there for shellac and they chipped 3 days later and when I went back they didn't want to fix them because they said "shellac does that" all I get is shellac and that has never happened. I also told them I wanted a pedicure and they started the water and I told them never mind I just want them painted the water wasn't even filled up and when I went to pay they told me I had to pay 5 extra dollars for them turning on the water.
